Two children are dead with seventeen more people injured after
a gunman opened fire through the windows of a Minneapolis
Catholic church on Wednesday morning. The shooting happened at the
Annunciation Catholic School during a mass celebrating the first week
of school.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frice has fourteen children between the ages
of six and fifteen, along with three parishioners in their eighties,
were hurt. All are expected to survive. The FBI identified
the shooter as twenty three year old Robin Westman. He
died of a self inflicted gunshot wound. The Trump administration
is set to take over Union Station in Washington, d C.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy made the announcement on Wednesday and
said the station has fallen into disrepair. Duffie said they
will help make the city safe and beautiful at a
fraction of the cost by reclaiming management of the station.
It's the latest move by the White House as part

Iowa State Democrats have flipped a Republican seat in a
special election that breaks the GOP's supermajority in the Senate.
An official result show that Caitlin Dray defeated Republican Christopher
prosch Dre won the Sioux City district fifty five percent
to forty four percent. She said her election win highlights
Iowan's desire for change in political leadership. Democrats in the

Iowa State Senate now hold seventeen seats, breaking up the
republicans two thirds supermajority. A couple in California's suing Open
AI after accusing Chat GPT of helping their teenage son
commit suicide. The lawsuit claims that Chat Bought assisted sixteen
year old Adam Raine in exploring suicide methods and helped
him write the first draft of his suicide note. The

forty page lawsuit names open AI and its CEO Sam
Altman as defendants. It accuses them of WRONGFA, death design defects,
and failure to warn of the risks associated with chat GPT.

Coberger murders want a judge to prevent more photos and
videos of the crime scene from being released. Brad Ford reports.

Some law enforcement body camera video has been released, but
video of bedrooms was blacked out. The families of victims,
Madison Mogan and Ethan Chape and Wlaska judge Thursday to
prevent the release of video and photos that shows more
details of the crime scene. The families say they got
their relief when Coburger was sentenced to prison, but the
release of crime scene photos are causing emotional trauma. I'm

California Attorney General Rob Bonta has joined twenty other state
attorneys general in supporting a Colorado law that band's conversion
therapy for minors. They say the practice aim at changing
sexual orientation or gender identity is considered harmful and ineffective.
In Colorado, the lostops licensed health professionals from trying to
change the sexual orientation of kids and teens. It was

upheld by a federal appeals court after being challenged. The
US Supreme Court will hear the case on October seventh.
Over twenty five states restrict or ban the practice. It's
opposed by major medical groups like the American Medical Association
and the American Psychological Association. Frontier Airlines is adding twenty
new flights this winter, taking advantage of competitive Spirit Airlines

Many of the new flights are in Spirit markets, including
routes in Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Chicago, and Charlotte. Frontier has
spent the past three years trying and failing to merge
with Spirit, which has expressed concerns about being able to

Labor Day weekend gas prices are expected to be the
