The Labor Day travel rush is underway. According to tripaa,
drivers who left before noon today were likely to beat
the heaviest traffic heading to their holiday destinations tomorrow between
six and ten am, Sunday before eleven am, and Monday
before noon or others suggested travel windows. A federal judge
has not ruled whether a federal Reserve governor can remain
on the job while her lawsuit against President Trump plays

lawsuit filed by Lisa Cook after she was fired by Trump.
She was let go after a Justice Department criminal investigation
into her after she was accused of making false statements
on home mortgage applications. Cook's lawyer has argued that Trump
doesn't have the authority to remove her. The judges asking
for both sides for follow up filings to be provided Tuesday.

Parental concerns about children's school safety is on the rise.
The latest Gallop polls showed forty one percent of US
parents are concerned for their student's physical safety at school.
The survey was conducted before Wednesday shooting at a Minneapolis
Catholic school that killed two students and injured eighteen others
while they were attending a mass and investigators are uncovering
more details about that twenty three year old mass shooter.

Are learning more about the planning for this attack, police
now saying it had been going on for years since
the suspect was a teenager. We also know that this
suspect had written hundreds of pages of journals and manuscripts,
most of those pages filled with hate.

According to police Minneapolis Police Chief Brian o' harris's it
appears the suspect, identified as Robin Westman, purchased the weapons
legally and had no known criminal history. O'harris as Westman,
who committed suicide after the shooting, used to go to
the school. Consumer sentiment fell in August on worries about
the economy.

The University of Michigan's final reading for the month slipped
about six percent from July. The decline was noted across
all age and income groups, as inflation expectations rose for
the year ahead.

The survey's chief economist said buying conditions for durable goods
dropped to their lowest levels in a year due to
growing concerns about high prices. I'm Chris Kragio. The cost
of a Labor Day barbecue is going up in cities
across the country. The Bureau of Labor Statistics says grocery
prices are up two percent from this time a year ago.

shows in New York City, Spokane, Washington, and Atlanta had
the highest increase in costs. The Cost of Living Index
shows that even in cities where the total barbecue cost
fell from a year ago, the price of steak, lettuce,

Real life Batman, gets the credit for catching a burglar
in the process of stealing from a neighbor. In southwest Florida.
Officers with the Cape Coral Police Department showed up at
a home early Wednesday to find a suspect already detained
by a neighbor wearing Batman pajamas. Kyle Myvat said he
noticed a man rubbaging through his truck but couldn't catch him,
and later discovered twenty year old Justin Schmimple inside a

neighbor's garage. Myvit then detained the suspect until police arrived.
Police say Schmimple, who has a history of previous encounters
with law enforcement, stole designer sunglasses, jewelry, cash, and over
five hundred dollars in gift cards from the vehicles of
Mywat and his neighbor. He faces multiple charges. Before leaving
the scene, officers took a photo with the hero still
