The White House plans to cut billions in foreign aid funding.
On Thursday, President Trump moved to cut four point nine
billion dollars in foreign aid through a seldom used budgetary
tactic dubbed pocket recisions. It's a maneuver where the President
attempts to cancel funding in a window of time when
Congress is in recess. The Labor Day travel rush is underway.

adopt restrictions on more than two dozen chemicals used in
cosmetic products that can release formaldehyde. Brad Ford has more.

The products can include shampoos, eyelash, blue nail polishes, and
hair treatments. There are cosmetic products on the market that
do the same thing without releasing formaldehyde. The new restrictions
take effect January one, twenty twenty seven. Retailers have until
December thirty first, twenty twenty seven to sell their existing
stock of products that contain the chemicals.
