The flames broke out around ten am and a home
on Seely Avenue in Keynsburg that's in northern Monmouth County

to get out from the second floor. As they arrived,
they got them to jump to safety. Firefighters pulled a
woman from a back room. She went to the hospital,
as did one of the cops who was heard in

the arm from catching the kids. Officials do not believe
the fire was suspicious.

In Friday marked the twentieth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. It
made landfall on the US Gulf Coast on August twenty ninth,
two thousand and five. Katrina remains one of the most
devastating natural disasters in US history, killing over eighteen one

President Kamala Harris is confirming the removal of her Secret
Service protection. Former vps typically receive a Secret Service detail
for six months after leaving office, and former President Biden
extended the protection for Harris for an additional year. President
Trump has revoked the extension just as she prepares to
go on a nationwide tour for her upcoming book. Her

office put out a statement that simply read, quote, the
Vice President is grateful to the US Secret Service for
their professionalism, dedication, and in wavering commitment to safety. Spirit
Airlines is filing for bankruptcy for the second time in
one year. Bryan Shook as more.

It comes after the airline failed to gain a better
financial backing when it came out of Chapter eleven protection
in March. Spirit said under this bankruptcy it will shrink
its fleet and reduce its network. The company said the
cuts will lead to a reduction of costs that comes
out two hundreds of millions of dollars per year. It
comes as costs remain higher and there's a weaker demand domestically.
