hostages held in Gaza have been recovered by the military.
There are now forty eight Israeli hostages remaining in Gaza,

There's no ruling from a federal judge on whether Federal
Reserve Governor Lisa Cook can stay on the job while
her lawsuit against President Trump plays out in court. A
hearing was held Friday on Cook's challenge to her firing,
which Trump said is based on allegations of mortgage fraud.
Cook's lawyers have argued Trump doesn't have the authority to

remove her. They also called the allegations a smear campaign.
The judge is asking both sides to file additional briefs
by Tuesday. Police have found bones near the Washington campground
where Travis Decker is suspected of murdering his three daughters
earlier this year. Decker's daughters were found dead at the
campground in the Cascade Mountains on June second. Decker's pickup

truck was found nearby, and authorities have been looking for
him ever since. On Friday, the FBI said bones were
found near the campground and investigators are currently trying to
determine if they're human. And millions from the Southwest into
the Southeast are bracing for a rainy Labor Day weekend.
