A major blow against the Trump administration and recently enacted tariffs. Now,
President Trump is criticizing a federal appeals court decision that
said he overstepped his presidential powers when he issued a
whole host of tariffs earlier this year. On Friday, the
court ruled Trump misused his authority when he used emergency
powers to issue tariffs on a number of US trading partners.

such measures. Despite this, the tariffs will be allowed to
stay in place as the case proceeds. Trump went on

a pro Palestinian protest inside the Redmond office of company
president Brad Smith. The tech giant fired the two workers
