A legal blow to the Trump administration is promising a
fight by the president. A federal appeals court says President
Trump overstepped his presidential powers when he issued an array
of tariffs earlier this year. On Friday, the court ruled
Trump misused his authority when he used emergency powers to
issue tariffs on a number of US trading partners. The

Despite this, the tariffs will be allowed to stay in

employees who took part in a pro Palestinian protest inside
the Redmond office of company president Brad Smith. The tech

Microsoft has now fired a total of four people who

as being sentenced to a year in prison Matt Boyer
pleaded guilty last August to running an illegal gambling business,
money laundering, and filing a false tax return. A federal

dollars in restitution and serve two years of supervised probation.
