President Trump says he's taking the legal fight over tariffs
to the highest court in the land. Rory O'Neil with more.

A lower court says most of the tariffs imposed by
the Trump administration are illegal, but the President isn't ready
to accept that decision. The president telling reporters they will
ask for an expedited hearing with the US Supreme Court
as early as possible. Trump blamed the recent court ruling

tariffs are needed to create a level playing field with

The governor of Illinois says President Trump is planning to
send National Guard troops to Chicago.

Democrat JB. Prinzker told reporters he also believes other federal
officers from various agencies will also soon enter the city.

We have reason to believe that the Trump administration has
already begun staging the Texas New National Guard for deployment
in Illinois.

Gritzker made the comments just moments after Trump said he
plans to deploy the Guard to the Windy City. To
help fight crime. Britzker once again says he does not
want troops on the streets of Chicago and takes offense
when Trump calls the city a hellhole. He vows to
fight the troop deployments in court by Mark Mayfield.

Some House Republicans are pushing to release all the Jeffrey
Epstein files, as Congressman Thomas Massey files a discharge petition
to make government documents public. Massey says he's confident of
reaching the two hundred and eighteen signatures needed to force
a vote. A federal judge is allowing Google to keep
its Chrome browser Tammy Treheo with more.

Tuesday's ruling stems from a landmark case filed in twenty twenty,
where the Department of Justice alleged that Google kept its
share of the general search market by creating strong barriers
to entry and a feedback loop that sustained its dominance.
Last year, a district court judge ruled that Google violated
the Sherman Act, which outlast monopolies, and said the company
is held an illegal monopoly in its core market of
Internet search. Now, Google will be able to keep Chrome,

from exclusive contracts and must share search data.

Apple recently announced its next event will take place on
September ninth, and fans are anticipating the new iPhone seventeen,

users won't be able to experience the software update, as

The city of Seattle has filed a lawsuit against gun
maker Glock because its handguns can easily be converted into
rapid fire guns. Brad Ford reports.

The lawsuit names Glock and its parent company in Austria,
along with three local retailers. A device called a glock
switch modifies the semi automatic handgun to fire automatically whilst
which as are also available for other handguns. The lawsuit
argues the glock switch conversion is much easier to use
than the other brands. They want Glock to modify its

be progressing well following a Saturday night suv crash in

Theodore Goodman, a Giuliani spokesman, who was driving the rental

mayor is recovering in New Hampshire from injuries that include
broken bones in his back. The crash happened after an
