The Trump Administration's use of a wartime law to deport
allege Venezuelan gang members as being blocked by a federal
appeals court. The court voted two to one to block
President Trump's deportations under the Alien Enemies Act of seventeen
ninety eight. The administration has used the act by claiming
the Trende Aragua gang is invading the US. Earlier this year,

the State Department designated the Venezuelan gang as a foreign
terrorist organization. Dozens of Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse victims are
expected to rally in Washington, d C. Today as the
first batch of documents related to the late sex offenders
being released. Scott Pringle with more.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee gave the okay
for the thirty three thousand pages of information to go public.
The documents include video from the area outside Epstein's jail
cell in New York City prior to him committing suicide,
and also the DOJ's interview with Epstein associate Glen Maxwell.

both parties are slamming the decision. Trump claims Alabama offers
a strategic advantage, but also cites Colorado's mail in voting
system playing a big role in the decision to move

Apple recently announced its next event will take place on
September ninth and fans are anticipating the new iPhone seventeen,
Apple Watch AirPods and iOS twenty six. However, all Apple
users won't be able to experience the software update as
it's only compatible with iPhone models se second generation and later.
While no specific release date has been announced for the

iOS twenty six, it's expected to be available later this month.

The city of Seattle has filed the lawsuit against gun
maker Glock because its handguns can easily be converted into
rapid fire guns. Brad Ford reports.

The lawsuit names Glock and its parent company in Austria,
along with three local retailers. A device called a Glock
switch modifies the semi automatic handgun to fire outmatically. While
switches are also available for other handguns. The lawsuit argues
the Glock switch conversion is much easier to use than
the other brands. They want Glock to modify its guns
to eliminate the switch. I'm brad Ford.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is said to
be progressing well following a Saturday night suv crash in
New Hampshire. Sarah Lee Kessler reports.

Theodore Goodman a Giuliani spokesman who was driving the rental car.
The eighty one year old was inces. The former mayor
is recovering in New Hampshire from injuries that include broken
bones in his back. The crash happened after an suv
rear ended Giuliani's SUV after he responded to being flagged
down by a domestic violence victim. Giuliani was released from

Howard Stearn's return from summer break has been delayed until
September eighth. The show originally said Stern would return yesterday.
