Category two storm. The latest update from the National Hurricane
Center shows Kiko with talk wins of one and ten
mins an hour, about six hundred and thirty five miles
east of Hilo. Hawaii, Maui and the Big Island are
still expecting strong winds, heavy rain, high surf, and possible flooding.
Keiko's expected to pass north of the Hawaiian Islands on

Tuesday and Wednesday. A new study published in Cell Report
says the keto diet may speed up the aging process,
specifically in men. The study suggests that estrogen protected female
mice consuming a keto diet from the risk of aging.
The studies authors say the keto diet produces excess oxidative stress,
which speeds up cellular aging by producing cells responsible for

the aging process. The researchers found that giving the mice
estrogen or estratiol and antioxidant agents stop the rapid sell aging.

and higher risks of cyberbullying, disrupted sleep, and poor family relationships.
