says the keto diet may speed up the aging process,
specifically in men. The study suggests that estrogen protected female
mice consuming a keto diet from the risk of aging.
The studies authors say the keto diet produces excess oxidative stress,

olds who had their first smartphone at twelve or younger
were more likely to report suicidal thoughts, aggression, detachment from reality,

shows these effects are linked to early social media access
and higher risks of cyberbullying, disrupted sleep, and poor family relationships.
