A Utah neighbor of Charlie Kirk's alleged shooter is heartbroken.
She lives two doors down from Tyler Robinson's family in

he allegedly shot and killed Kirk, then changed again as
he was fleeing the scene. Federal charges may be filed
as early as today. Court record show Robinson was arrested
on state charges of aggravated murder, felony, discharge of a
firearm causing serious bottle injury, and obstruction of justice. Some

allegedly discriminating against people with physical disabilities. The lawsuit claims
Uber and its drivers routinely refuse to serve individuals with disabilities,

for riders who need special accommodations, including cancellation fees when
