to stop a fight between two other workers when he
was stabbed. He died from his wounds the next day.
Stone's parents sued the owners and operators of the Rose
Bowl for not properly vetting workers, saying many of them
have criminal records in gang ties. Terms of a settlement

the trees at an event at the Bell Avenue Business
Center parking lot in Des Moines on Saturday between eight
am and noon. This is the organization's first event in
Central Iowa and supports the one Million Trees Central Iowa initiative.
The goal is to expand the tree canopy by one
million trees through twenty thirty two.
