The Department of Justice says it has a solid case
against former FBI director James Comy. Todd Blanche, the number
two men at the DOJ, says, the case was investigated
by the FBI and taken seriously by the grand jury
in Virginia.

But as alleged, these are very serious crimes.

This is very serious conduct, and that's why we investigated it,
and that's why the grand jury returned an indictment. Meantime,
Comy's son in law has resigned from his position as
a federal prosecutor after the indictment came down. Michael Kesner

According to multiple reports, Troy Edwards Junior resigned from his
post as a National security prosecutor in the Eastern District
of Virginia. This came shortly after his father in law
was charged with one count of making false statements and
one count of obstruction of justice. The grand jury declined
to indict Coomy on a third charge, another count of
making statements. The charges are related to testimony he gave

before Congress on his handling of the investigation into the

Hundreds of US admirals and generals ordered to a meeting
next week. Will reportedly hear a rally the troops message.
The New York Times is reporting Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth
will deliver a message based on his war fighter culture.
The meeting was called unexpectedly and reportedly caught a lot
of military leaders off guard. It's expected to take place

once again start airing Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight. The broadcaster
has preempted the ABC Late Night talk show following Kimmel's
return from suspension Tuesday. Kimmell was suspended, You'll recall last
week following comments he made related to the killing of

for Disease Control and Prevention as of Wednesday, with outbreak
spreading in Utah and Arizona. Utah health officials say they
expect more cases as people with measles traveled to the state.
