been indicted. The Department of Justice says it has a
solid case against former FBI director James Comy. Thursday, it
charged Comy with making false statements and obstruction of justice.
It involves testimony he gave before the Senate in twenty
twenty on his handling of the investigation into possible Russian

collusion with President Trump in the twenty sixteen election. Todd Blanche,
the Justice Department's number two officials, says the case was
investigated by the FBI and taken seriously by the Grand
jury in Virginia. Blanche insists there was no pressure from

After tonight, both Sinclair and Nextstar announced they will resume
airing the ABC Late Night talk show following Kimmel's return
from suspension on Tuesday. Kimmel was suspended last week following
comments he made related to the killing of conservative activist
Charlie Kirk. In a statement, Sinclair said, quote, our objective
