four people are dead and eight others wounded after shooting
in a Michigan church Sunday morning. Grand Blanc Police say
the gunman, identified as Thomas Sandford, drove his vehicle through
the front doors of the LDS Church and fired multiple
rounds once inside. The church is in a small community

set the church on fire, so there are likely to
be more victims. Sandford was shot and killed by police
officers in the church parking lot. The state of Oregon
and the city of Portland have filed a law suit
against the Trump administration in an effort to block the

defended the administration's actions, calling them lawful and claiming they

the vegetable watercress. A study from William Patterson University, published
with support from the CDC, says researchers analyze dozens of
foods against seventeen essential nutrients, including fiber, protein, iron, and
several vitamins. They found that one hundred grams of watercress
delivers one hundred percent of the recommended daily intake. They
