order seeking to end automatic birthright citizenship. Michael Kassner reports.

On Friday, the administration asked for a definitive ruling on
whether the executive order is constitutional. The current interpretation of
the Fourteenth Amendment allows anyone born on US soil to
be granted citizenship, except children of foreign diplomats. Meanwhile, the
Trump administration argues birthright citizenship doesn't apply to the children
of temporary legal visitors or illegal immigrants. The US Court

order is invalid because it contradicts the plain language of

In the ongoing saga of the new jurymandering. Missouri's governor
has signed into law a new congressional map that's likely
to give Republicans an additional House seat. The Missouri First Map,
which was approved by the Missouri Jifneral Assembly during a
special session earlier this month, splits Kansas City among three
congressional districts. It's the latest in the state battle over

congressional redistricting. Around fifty eight million pounds of corn dogs
