accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk was in court today.
Tyler Robinson appeared at a virtual hearing in provo, where
the defense asked for a preliminary hearing. That's where a
judge will decide whether there's enough evidence against him to

move ahead with trial. The prosecution has already said it'll
seek the death penalty against the twenty two year old.
The next hearing in the case is set for October thirtieth,
where Robinson is expected to appear in person. President Trump

at the White House. NBC's Matt Bradley reports that Trump
is pushing a twenty one point piece plan for the
Gaza Strip.

Israeli officials have said that they still want to iron

across the northwestern Mohamas and is about two hundred and

turn east and isn't expected to directly impact the southeast.
President Trump will meet with Republican and Democratic congressional leaders later.
With the deadline to avoid a government shutdown approaching. A
stopgap funding bill which House Speaker Mike Johnson has said
he supports, would keep the government from shutting down this week,

as funding is set to expire tomorrow. The move would
keep the government fully funded through most of November. A
Monday night football double header is on tap tonight to
close out Week four in the NFL. The Miami Dolphins
will host the New York Jets at seven point fifteen Eastern.
Then the Denver Broncos will welcome in the Cincinnati Bengals.

A member of the volunteer Animal Rescue group a Puppy
Kitty NYC, spotted what looked like a man harming three
large snakes and queens on Thursday. He was actually trying
to move the reptiles, which turned out to be four
foot long ball pythons, back into the woods. They were
able to catch one of the snakes, but the other
two slithered away and remain on the loose. Animal rescuers

believe the snakes were dumped by somebody and want to
find the other two before they prey on someone's pet
or it gets too cold for them to survive. Dolly
Partner is canceling her upcoming Las Vegas shows over health issues.
