Sean Diddy Combs has been sentenced to just over four
years in prison. Combs was found guilty on two prostitution
related charges in July. Prosecutors called for him to get
at least eleven years in prison, while defense attorneys said
the maximum should be fourteen. Months before the sentence was announced,
Combs had written a letter to the judge asking for mercy.
Both sides presented their arguments today before the judge rendered

his final decision. Hamas has agreed to release all of
its Israeli hostages, but the situation remains murky. It's one
part of President Trump's peace plan involving Israel that Hamas
has agreed to. In a statement, Hamas says it'll release
the prisoners alive and dead, in an effort to start
negotiating the full peace plan. There has not been a
response yet from the US or Israel. Earlier today, Trump

gave Hamas a deadline of six pm Eastern Sunday to
agree to the peace proposal. The government shutdown will stretch
at least through the win weekend. This after the Senate
failed once again to pass competing measures that would have
ended the stalemate. The Chamber will be adjourned until Monday.
This means the shutdown will now at least last six days.
President Trump has promised federal layoffs and said he would

use the shutdown to decide which Democratic agencies to close. Furthermore,
the White House says Democrats are holding Americans hostage with
their demands to end the government shutdown. White House Press
Secretary Caroline Levitt said millions are being impacted.

Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space for US

Levitt noted services like food assistance programs are at risk,

working without pay. She added, all that's needed is just
five Democrats to help end the shutdown. The fire and
explosion at a refinery in southern California is expected to
cause the price of jet fuel and gasoline to increase.
