include employees from seven agencies. The Senate is not set

until Tuesday. The US Naval Academy is announcing an investigation
into the death of a cadet from New Jersey. Sarah
Le Kessler reports.

An academy spokesman said Kyle Philbert James, a twenty year
old from Whippany, had been missing since Thursday night. What
the spokesman is not revealing is when or where the
history major and member of the thirty sixth Company at

a helicopter crash near Los Angeles. The incident happens Saturday
in Huntington Beach, where authorities found the helicopter wedged in
some trees outside a hotel. Video of the crash shows
the helicopter spinning wildly just before it hit the trees.
Two of the injured were still inside the helicopter, while
the other three were on the ground. The cause of
the crash is under investigation. President Trump says he's bringing

back Columbus Day. Thursday, at the White House, Trump signed
a Columbus Day proclamation, saying, quote, We're back Italians. Trump
has been highly critical of what he calls the woke
targeting of Christopher Columbus and other historical figures and how
they're being taught in schools. Columbus Day is still a
recognized federal holiday, falling this year on Monday, October thirteenth.

A Minecraft sequel is in the works. Warner Brothers has
greenlit a sequel to the nearly billion dollar hit film,
with a scheduled release of July twenty twenty seven. Jack
Black led movie based on the popular video game, released
in April, opening to over three hundred million dollars worldwide.
It's the second highest grossing Hollywood film in twenty twenty five,

The school announced the move after the Nitney Lions suffered
their third straight loss of the season on Saturday at home.
