Republican lawmakers are warning that an extended government shutdown could
disrupt the Thanksgiving travel season. Neither Republicans nor Democrats are
showing signs that they're ready to break the impasse. It's
kept the government shut down since October first. The Senate
rejected a Republican back spending measure that would have ended
the shutdown. It's the eighth time lawmakers have turned away

the bill that's been approved by the House.

phase two of President Trump's Gaza peace Plan. Wall Street

Journal says mediators from both sides have returned to the
negotiating table this morn, wanting to discuss the next phase
of the twenty point plan, which calls for disarming Hamas
new security arrangements under an Arab blood force and post
war governance in Gaza. Pennsylvania's Governor Josh Shapiro is thinking
prosecutors after the man accused of setting a fire inside

his home pleaded guilty.

Cody Bohmer firebomb the official residence of Shapiro back in
April while the governor and his family were sleeping inside.
Shapiro says his family still feels vulnerable even after all
of these months. The Democrat added that they'll forever be
changed by this event. The late conservative activist Charlie Kirk
got the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Kirk was fatally shot

last month while speaking at a rally on a college
campus in Utah. On Tuesday, he was awarded the Medal
of Freedom posthumously. I'm Michael Cassner. The Young Republican National
Federation is calling for some of its members to resign
after the leak of a group chat Mark Mayfield with Moore.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
On Tuesday, Politico reported on a group chat including several
members of the organization. The report has garnered significant controversy,
with politicians on both sides of the aisle saying many
of the messages in the chat are racist and anti Semitic.
In a post on social media, the organization's board of
directors said that they were appalled by the violent, inexcusable language.

He post went on to say that anyone in the
chat who holds positions in the Young Republican Organizations must resign.

A Facebook group page that was allegedly used to docs
and target ICE agents is being taken offline.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
Rory O'Neill reports, posting on ex Attorney General Pam Bondi
announced the anti ICE Facebook page was shut down and
said the Justice Department will continue engaging tech companies to
eliminate platforms where radicals can incite imminent violence against federal
law enforcement. Meta rivals like Apple and Google have also

recently removed apps that could be used to anonymously report
sightings of ICE agents and other law enforcement I'm Rory O'Neil.

The Seattle Mariners lead the Toronto Blue Jays two games
to none in the ALCS, but if you're hoping to
see games three or four, get ready to pay up.
