The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on congressional maps that
could have a nationwide impact. The High Court is being
presented a case over whether the congressional map passed by

The new map created a second majority black congressional district
after black voters sued, arguing the old map violated the

is black. Israel and Hamas have started talks on phase
