says American cattle ranchers don't understand the positive impact that
tariffs are having on their industry. In a post on
truth Social Trump said he loves cattle ranchers, but the
only reason they're doing so well is because he placed

tariffs on cattle coming into the US. The President said
if it wasn't for him, they would be doing just
as they've done for the past twenty years. Trump said
the ranchers have to get their prices down because the
consumer is a very big factor. He added tariffs on
other countries saved US cattle ranchers. The Senate has again
rejected a measure that would end the government shutdown.
