against drug boats and waters surrounding the US continues with
the military. The US Navy is deploying its largest aircraft
carrier to fight alleged drug boats in the Caribbean. The
Pentagon said Friday that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered the

USS Gerald R Ford to the Caribbean Sea to help
quote dismantled transnational criminal organizations and to counter quote narco
terrorism in defense of the homeland. The US has attacked
several alleged drug boats in both the Caribbean and the
Pacific Ocean. The strikes have drawn criticism from Democratic lawmakers

and from some Republicans. President Trump is on his way
to Asia to meet with leaders from Malaysia, Japan, China,
and other nations. Trump left on Air Force one late
Friday and will start his trip in Malaysia, which is
hosting a regional summit. He will then go to Japan
and meet with the country's first female prime minister. Trump

is also scheduled to meet with Chinese President Shijingping in
South Korea. A long island man as charge was stalking
and then murdering his wife using cyanide. Sarah Lee Kessler

Nasa County police say fifty three year old Asif Kureshi
was angry at his estranged wife, Elina, who served him
with divorce papers at his queen's apartment. Now he's accused
of asphyxiating the forty six year old mother of three
with a cyanide like compound.

Faith Police Captain Stephen Fitzpatrick says the deadly attack took
place last week at the Herricks Point home where the
former couple had raised their family. Qureshi I pleaded not

Columbia President Gustafo Petro. President Trump levied the sanctions on

further escalate his feud with the South American leader. Petro
is accused of failing to curb the country's cocaine production,

US of killing a quote lifelong fisherman during one of
its strikes. A big rig driver from Uba City is

Twenty one year old Joshun Preet Seeing made his first
appearance in a San Bernardino County courtroom on Friday. Prosecutor
say Seeing is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated
and driving under the influence. Tuesday's multi vehicle collision on
the ten Freeway left three people dead and four others injured. Seeing,
believed to be an illegal immigrant, is being held without bail.

Canada is pausing its TV ad about tariffs. After President
Trump's reaction, Trump announced he was cutting off trade negotiations
with Canada after the ad that used former President Ronald
Reagan's warnings about tariffs started airing on Friday, Ontario Premier
Doug Ford said he's pausing the ad after World Series
Games this weekend so quote that trade talks can resume.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Karney already left for Asia, where
he was scheduled to meet up with Trump in Malaysia
to discuss trade. And Elton John is celebrating the fiftieth
