The Supreme Court takes up a major case today testing
whether President Trump can bypass long standing protections and fire
members of independent agencies. The challenge stems from his removal
of FTC Commissioner Rebecca Kelly Slaughter, even though federal law
only allows such firings for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.

ruling that upheld those limits. Senator Adam Schiff is calling
for a thorough investigation into strikes against alleged drug boats

like CNN, are expected to be finalized in the third

entertainment industry, I understand the vital importance of this issue,

artists must be properly compensated for their creative work.
