its streaming service, HBO Max, for a reported seventy two

oldest and most acclaimed businesses by a streaming giant. The
bidding warf of Warner Brothers Discovery's assets was well publicized

Netflix co Chief executive said the move was a rear opportunity.
The deal, which doesn't include Warner Brothers Discovery's TV networks
like CNN, are expected to be finalized in the third
