in Pennsylvania made up a story about a possible bomb
as a reason to search Luigi Mangioni's backpack without a warren.
Inside that backpack, prosecutor say there were several notes, a journal,

Brian Thompson. Mangoni's defense is trying to get that evidence
tossed from the case because his lawyers argue Mangoni's rights
