The FDA says, as of Wednesday, the outbreak includes at
least fifty one infants across nineteen states with suspected or
confirmed botulism who were exposed to buy Heart Whole Nutrition
infant formula. Federal health officials say the company's products may
have been tainted since March of twenty twenty two. The
by Heart baby formula company announced a voluntary recall last month.
The baby formula had been distributed nationwide and internationally, both

have gotten sick from consuming the product are suing the company.

Four men were arraigned in Queen's Criminal Court Wednesday on
charges of bribery, money laundering, and fraud. The State AG's
office as the four used a web of companies to
pay a Delta Airlines official more than a quarter million
dollars over five years, plus gifts and trips to Vegas
and Atlantic City. The Delta official has yet to be
named or charged. The four cargo company executives could face
