Evacuations are underway in the Pacific Northwest as intense rain
causes extreme flooding in Washington State in Pierce County, Elizabeth

State officials say evacuation orders are in place for residents

the Pawallup River south of Tacoma. The Governor's office says
up to one hundred thousand residents may be told to evacuate,
and that some rivers were expected to hit record levels
this morning. Governor Bob Ferguson says three hundred Guard members

flood response. The man accused of killing conservative activists Charlie
Kirk will appear in court today in person. Tyler Robinson
has been charged with fatally shooting Kirk on September tenth
during an outdoor rally in Orum, Utah. Today's appearance in
a Utah courtroom will be Robinson's first in person court appearance.

A pre trial evidence hearing for the man accused of
assassinating United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson continues today in Lower
Manhattan in New York, Scott Pringle.

Numerous witnesses have already taken the stand as the defense
team for Luigi Mangioni tries to get key evidence tossed
from his upcoming murder trial because lawyers argue Mangioni's rights
were violated during his arrest. A judge made somebody camera
footage public from arresting officers in Pennsylvania.

Oh One officer testified he was afraid there was an
item in Mangioni's backpack that could cause harm, and prosecutors
say that justified a search without a warrant.

The mother and newborn reportedly made it to the hospital safely.

DA officials say agents recently discovered three hundred pounds of
crystal meth worth one million dollars had been smuggled into
the Five Burrows. The drugs were found in a tractor
trailer in Brooklyn. Agents say the palettes appeared at a
glance to be filled with boxes of papayas. Let's say

The program aims to attract educated and well off immigrants
who would pay one million bucks to the US government
for front of the line immigration status. Homeland Security would
verify the applicant got the one million dollars through legal means.
Corporations can pay two million dollars for a version of
the Gold Card that allows them to use for an employee.

Trump made the announcement during a roundtable of American business
leaders at the White House. But Light is using snow
from high Mark Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills, to
brew a limited edition beer more from Temmi Trehio.

Bud Light is marketing it as Blizzard Brew. The snow
used in the brew was collected after the first snowfall
of the season last month. Blizzard Brew will come in
sixteen ounce cans and be available at retailers in the
Buffalo area. It will also be available for the bills

home game of the regular season.
