Speaker 1 (00:01):
And That's what you Really missed with Jenna.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
And Kevin an iHeartRadio podcast.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
Welcome to and That's what You Really miss podcast. Okay
it is. We are completed season five. We have all
recapped this together. So this is fan votes. We asked you,
you delivered. This is what we've been waiting for. You're
giving us all the results. Let's just let's get into this. Kevin,
(00:33):
I have a question at the end. I want to
hear our overall season five thoughts. You guys also wrote
in some of those I can't share. Let's just die.
Let's dive the f into this.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
Can I just discuss something really quickly?
Speaker 1 (00:47):
Go for it?
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Because thinking about what our favorites were, this season was
full of so many different things, like like we started
in one place and ended in a very different place,
and so I couldn't even like put into my head
like where have we been? Where did we go? What
(01:10):
did we just experience? It was and I don't mean
that in a bad way. It was just a lot
of ground was covered.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Well, a lot had happened. And I know we talked
about this in the beginning. We gave ourselves a lot
of grace this season, A lot had happened. You know what,
we applauded ourselves, yes, season, for all of us getting
through it and here we are. We it was a
roller coaster of all the roller coasters. You know in
The Bachelor, when they say this is the most dramatic
season you'll ever see, they always say that, Well, we
(01:39):
always say it's a roller coaster. But this was really
the kingdo Ka of them all.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
So where do we even begin?
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Okay, let's start with favorite episode voting results.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
So you guys, you guys voted top five, Okay, top five,
starting with number five New York Love, number four, Old.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
Dog, New Tricks.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
I get it, I get it.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
I also feel like it is the Chris Colfer of
it all as well, like that is the that's the thing, right,
but I get it. Uh, Number three City of Angels, Kevin,
Yeah Girl, number two, one hundred and number one, the Quarterback. Okay,
(02:36):
let's talk about honorable mentions also, because there were some
honorable mentions frenemies of course, Opening Night Yeah, interesting, surprising, Yeah,
and Love Love Love surprising. I think, also clean, like
we are in love love Love is clean and trick
(03:01):
and those claimers are We're in it with you? Guys like,
I get it, I get it.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
I think there's a lot of sentimentality going on with
these results, and I understand there's emotional attachment. I understand
the quarterback for obvious reasons. No judgment, like you know,
we didn't rewatch it, but I get like you just said,
Jenna before this started, Yeah, what did you say?
Speaker 1 (03:28):
What did I say? That?
Speaker 2 (03:30):
It was like it was a funeral for people. It
was like their chance to get to say goodbye. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yes, look we had we had a memorial for Corey,
like this was the memorial for Finn, right, And it's
so many guys of you guys have shared with us
the Finn was your favorite character, he was our favorite character.
He was the heart of the show so rightfully so
(03:59):
like saying bye to him, this was this was the goodbye.
Very different experience than what we had obviously shooting this
episode for all of you, you know what I mean,
Like that's that's it's it's all.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
But I get it, and I'm glad. I'm glad people
have that in that way totally.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Now I understand all of these I really do. I'm
surprised by some of them, obviously, I'm I am surprised
by one hundred. I'm surprised by Opening Night.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
But see that's what I think. There's sentimental things going
on here. One hundred is the achievement. All these people
come back, everybody heard, and.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
We get recreated numbers like I get it. And it's
a two parter, so like why why not? Okay, what
were your picks?
Speaker 2 (04:56):
So we obviously know we like a lot of New York.
This is what we've learned, and this season we really
enjoyed the back half. Yeah, so you might be surprised, Jenna,
but I liked Old Dog New Tricks.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Wow, that's what you're with.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
That's gonna be number five? Whoa? Yeah, tested, it's gonna
be number four.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
Definitely h.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
New New York. It's going to be number three. Yes,
I'm going with City of Angels number two, whoa and
number one for these.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Okay, mine is not just similar. I'm going Katie Gaga
number five. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I feel like it was
just like I have such good memories from shooting that episode.
Even though it was like a weird, weird, really fresh
(06:01):
weird time, there was something like there's something joyful about
being all together in that I did it. Yeah, we
really did, and to like dress up in the most
ridiculous costumes and like do these songs that we love
so much. There was something very special about that episode
and the like roar, we were laughing, like it just
felt like it was therapeutic. And yes, totally there's a
(06:25):
lot of release happening during that time, you know.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
Number four Trio, Oh yeah, I didn't like leaving you out.
I didn't like leaving.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
It's still a great episode.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
Again, I had such a fun time shooting that episode.
Lauren Potter made me laugh the whole way through. Working
with obviously Blam was such a joy, Like bring me in, Blam,
you know whatever, Sorry, and and we get to do
break Away, the most important part of the most importantly.
(06:59):
Number three Frenemies. Yeah, Frenemies was a good one. I
really like them. Also memorable and also that Santana Rachel.
It's just like a very I loved episode, very focused.
Number two City of Angels. Just give me that competition Medley.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
All Jenna seeing her face off.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Give me that Medley. I love that Medley. I don't
know that I could do that anymore ever.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
Again them You're so dumb, You're so dumb. I don't know,
I just need it. Hold on, No, stop that right now.
We're not doing this. Jenna. Austin and I were talking
about this the other day, and you know, I'm not
nice about vocals. Your voice has only gotten better because
it's gotten this, I think because you care less.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
Yeah, and it.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
Has this like smokey quality to it now where you
still have the same crazy ass range that's you're so good,
you're so good, and you're dumb. You're dumb. You're good,
but you're also dumb. Well we know this, so I
do not doubt yourself. I'm not letting you get away
with that ship.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Well, just bring it to Elsie Fest and we'll see
you know.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Oh god, well I'm not saying I'm good because you
know I can't hit a harmony.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
Oh no, okay. And number one, New New York. There
was something the feeling that I have about New New
York was like the surprise, the pleasant surprise that of
the joy that episode brought me. I was so scared
this whole season to make the switch, and once we did,
(08:48):
like to go out like or to start out with
a bang, or like that episode was just the way
to do it. I was like, okay, we're here now.
I don't know about all of the New York episodes, right,
they all have their moments, but like this one was
the last, so.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
There's a lot. We were talking about this before. There's
so many great moments in the New York episodes. We're like, oh,
we love this from this one and we love this
from that one. But New New York really just.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
A culmination of Yeah, totally set the tone. Okay, favorite
song Kevin oh Man, Okay, so hard and it is Okay,
So the people have spoken and this is fascinating, fascinating
Number five Nasty Rhythm Nation, I mean series until we
(09:42):
get to this series van voting, because this one is
making my list mark my words.
Speaker 2 (09:48):
At number four Marry the Night. Wow, yeah, go Adam.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
I mean, I like, I'm not surprised, but wow, Okay,
you guys really like this too. I'm glad. I'm glad
we're all on the same page here, Okay, same.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
I did not necessarily expect that, because we had a
gauge earlier on in the series about what people liked,
because the songs that did better, but like this, you know,
there were less people watching, less people listening, and so
this is the only way we're finding out what people like.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
I'm loving it.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Number three, I still haven't found what I'm looking for.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
Okay, this is crazy because I really okay, I love
this song. I love singing this song. But I love
this song. It's a good song in general, Like the
original is just a banger. I thought this was just
like a Kevin fan of Jenna's song. But I am
so thrilled and honored that you guys like this song too.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
Yeah, come on, it's also sentimental.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
Oh, it is really sentimental with the drumsticks and the
I'm complaining two songs, And I thought it was what's
the other song that I was more than more than
a phelly. I was like, wait a second, this is
my mom brain. Uh. It works for both though, but
I'm also like, I still haven't found what I'm looking for.
(11:11):
Was one of those songs that like also surprised everybody,
Like nobody knew the drumsticks were coming when we were
coming in, and nobody knew that like it was going
to be presented in this way, Like nobody told us that.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
No, the edit of like Finn in the Hallway and
things like that, we had no idea.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
It's so rude but so good.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
That's some good storytelling.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
And also like the vocals on this song were stupid.
I thought they were really good.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
Everyone was really singing.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
Number two, come on, Britanna Vans toxic.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
I think I could have told you this from like
some of the q and as and like things that
we learned when we were recapping this at when we
were recapping one hundred and like I.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
It was not on our radar, definitely not.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
I had no idea. I had no idea. It's very
steamy this song. Oh yeah, very steamy. But oh my god,
little did we know. Interesting, you guys, interesting.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
And number one, the number one song of season five.
Shaking your head, give it to us, Gloria.
Speaker 1 (12:38):
Okay, I said this from the beginning. I'm glad you
all listened. I'm just kidding. You guys are ahead of
just like you know what's going on. I'm so thrilled
this is number one. I am so through. This is
(13:01):
the best song. This is the best song.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
I remember watching the episode. I'm like, wait, what's happening.
Speaker 1 (13:17):
I saw them, I saw them filming this and was like,
this is it? This is it? There is something so special,
it's so odd. I know, you just never you never
know until you know.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
I think this magic happens sometimes when nobody sings the genre,
and so everybody's on an even playing field, and like
this isn't anybody genre right, And Nia sounds great on it,
and Adam sounds great on it, and Leah sounds great.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
It's a feel good song, like it feels good when
you like. The melody is good, like the production it's such,
it's so I don't know, it's just good. It's so good.
Speaker 2 (14:09):
We have some honorable mentions as well. Let's go make
you feel my love. Okay, I think I'm just not
picking anything for that episode in general.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Yeah, we're awording this altogether. If I don't hear you,
I hear you.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
Breakaway great POMPEII.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
Fascinating more than the feeling. Oh that's nice. Did anybody
ask for my car?
Speaker 2 (14:39):
That's nice? Okay, you really just told everybody they're dumb.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
No no, no, no, no, these are all great. You
guys are are again. I just I'm this really makes
me so happy. POMPEII is funny because we talked about
this when we were recapping it. Maybe it's because I
won't have way through, maybe because the episode was felt
a little broken to me, maybe because it wasn't a
(15:04):
complete episode until it was a complete episode, Like I
just didn't hit the way I wanted it too. But
I love and because we love the song obviously, Kevin,
the Dust Deal breakaway for sure more than a feeling.
Speaker 2 (15:20):
For sure, honored.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Love it. I I feel like we're all in this together,
you guys for season five. Like I really feel like
Kindred spirits with all of you. Because this is like,
this is my list, Kevin, do you have your list?
Speaker 2 (15:41):
Yeah, I'm sure I got to sing a lot this season, and.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
You're like trying not to pick the ones that you
sang on.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Yeah, because I have obviously like attachments to certain songs
that I sang. Yeah, I'm trying to be objective here, yeah,
and not do just that because I'm like, you know,
an honorable mention would be like, let's wait a while
because I love that I got to do Janet with Amber. No,
(16:11):
I mean it was a great one, and like I
love Don't Sleep in the Subway because I never got
to sing with Lee's so fun. Yeah, But with those
honorable though, those are honorable mentions those aren't going to
be top five, but I just want to acknowledge them.
Speaker 1 (16:28):
Okay, I'm going to give you some honorables. Applause.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
That's not honorable for me as well.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
If I were a boy. Yep mm hmm, yeah, it
might be on your list. I get it. Natural woman
like Amber saying this whole season, and I was just
thrilled by it. That song now, just I don't know,
(17:00):
it just gave me. It's one of my favorites. Yeah,
roar again, Katie or Gaga. Something about that number was
like very therapeutic for all of us. This is similar
and I'm laughing because, like I sang a lot this season.
Is Number five was nasty rhythmation absolutely. Number four was
(17:25):
Whenever I call you friend.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
Yes, Jenna, I just love it.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
And I like your vocal on this a lot. I
love singing with you. I love this song. It feels good. Okay.
Number three Breakaway, Yeah that's correct.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
Honestly should be hired.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
But fine, okay, fine, Number two Gloria, you spoke, I heard,
I'm with you. It is a tie and still haven't
found what I'm looking for. It's number one.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Great, you know I said that, and I'm still going
to pick a bunch of songs. I said, yeah, go
for it.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
Oh god, okay, I love that you do that, you
never do that.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
Number five is if I were a boy.
Speaker 1 (18:08):
Yes, yes, yes.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
Number four here comes the Sun. Oh wow, I love it.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
It's a good one.
Speaker 2 (18:17):
I played a lot.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Oh wow, that's a good one.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Yeah. Number three jump and jumping. I'm kidding sorry.
Speaker 1 (18:30):
Said that that was one of their favorite numbers recently.
Speaker 2 (18:33):
I oh god. Number three is Gloria. Number two is
more than a feeling? Yes, no, yes, Jenna, I'm never
getting over it. I'm never getting over it. And number
(18:57):
one is I still haven't fought what I'm looking for?
Speaker 1 (18:59):
Yeah, so Gloria is not in your list?
Speaker 2 (19:02):
No, it is number three?
Speaker 1 (19:03):
Oh, number three? Number three?
Speaker 2 (19:04):
Sorry, I'm oh, I didn't do breakaway? Oh god, wait,
breakaway supposed to be on there too, And so what's
whenever I call you? Friend?
Speaker 1 (19:12):
Well, your list is a seven?
Speaker 2 (19:14):
So hold on, hold on, how do I I gotta
fix this?
Speaker 1 (19:19):
You get to pick because.
Speaker 2 (19:22):
Breakaways number one is the number one. Breakaways number one,
I still found I'm looking for. Number two more than
a feeling is number three. Yeah, Gloria is number four.
Speaker 4 (19:35):
Wow, Kevin and what else did I say if I
were a boy?
Speaker 2 (19:50):
Oh, I think I'm gonna have to do Here comes
the Sun number five, and then I were a boy six?
Speaker 1 (19:58):
Okay, great, this is good.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
And we knew there was a lot of good music
going into this season.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
We were warned about it.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
And I don't even know if I agree with that list,
because I know, I know.
Speaker 1 (20:13):
It's just it's it's really hard. This one's really hard.
You know, what's going to be really fun is our
dream tour sell list this year.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
You know what's upsetting is that I know, like the
ratings were down this season, and so I feel like
the people are missing out on a lot of great covers.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
For sure, I hope that fans who didn't really watch
this season still listen to some of those that music
because it's really good.
Speaker 2 (20:40):
Oh my god, what about Oh god? What was the
Sarah Brella song?
Speaker 1 (20:45):
Oh Brave Brave? H Yeah, I don't know, like, oh, I.
Speaker 2 (20:54):
Didn't even do Lose Your like Me one hundred edition.
Speaker 1 (20:57):
I know I put that was that was an honorable
for me, and that's honorable. It's also Mary's boy Child, obviously.
Speaker 2 (21:04):
Obviously that's the real number one, But we have to
get everybody else a chance. Wow, glittering the air.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
That was also an honorable mention for me. And then
we also had like within City of Angels, we had
mister Roberto counting Stars, which I loved, Like, I thought,
you did a great job. All right, moving on, you guys.
The songs were just so hard. Okay, yeah, I'm gonna like, yeah, exactly.
Favorite couple voting, let's talk about favorite couple voting. So
(21:38):
the favorite couple voting, you guys voted, you spoke Number
five with Santana and Danny d'antana. We didn't see enough
of that, No, we didn't. Number four Artie and Kitty.
That's very cute. It was great. We love that. I
loved art Kitty Wild Abrams.
Speaker 2 (21:59):
Don't they have anything that sounds great?
Speaker 1 (22:01):
I know that we were struggling with that one CARDI
oh cute. Number three Brittany and Santana. Of course, yes,
this isn't okay, this is controversial.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
I feel like I think this is we've swayed the people.
Speaker 1 (22:20):
Okay, I mean, I hope. So Number two is Blaine
and Kurt. We love Blaine Kurt Cline. Obviously. Number one
Sam Sades Sam and Mercedes. I'm so glad, so glad
we're all on board in this together. Yeah, because why
why the f not? Some honorable mentions Tina and herself
(22:43):
because bad bitch vibes. Sorry, Kevin, You and Kitty were
Keith too, Me and Santana obviously, Blaine in the Soda Street.
That's a good one. Blaine and the puppet Kurt, which
is oh my god. Yeah, Sue and that guy, Penny
(23:03):
and Sam. We love Penny y Fayberry. Mm hmmmm hmmm.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
Someone said Sam and Blaine they were together in my mind.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
Absolutely, Emma, Emma.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
Someone said Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Feuche.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
I love it. I love it.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
Can I just say that this my list is the
exact same.
Speaker 1 (23:30):
I agree. I was going to say the same thing.
Most importantly, Sam sadies at the top number one. This
is great.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
There's no beating it.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
There's very I love the Arty Kitty storyline, though, I
was really like, honestly, I'd move them up a little
bit in my numbers because really, yeah, I really liked
you guys together. Now, obviously Tina. I would feel differently
if Tina and Already were an endgame. But because we are.
I'm just I'm a fan of this right now. Okay,
(24:01):
Well that was the voting. The songs are obviously the
hardest because there's so many good ones.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
And you know what, there were a lot of good episodes.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
There really were given everything. It was a weird time,
solid solid stuff, really good work from everybody behind the scenes,
front of the scenes, in front of the camera. Like
just everything was I applaud applowso for everybody.
Speaker 2 (24:29):
Yeah, I'm an awe of the crew. Yes, that showed
up every day and you know the rest of the cast.
It was a full team effort. Yeah. It was a
tough time, and any of the guest stars or people
who came on today play at the crew like we
were going through it and probably were not at our
best a lot of the time. Yeah, and so just
(24:52):
thankful for hopefully they had the patience and grace for us. Yes,
because it was it was weird, but I felt prepped.
Speaker 1 (25:02):
How do you feel over all though, like after watching
it this time around, how did you feel out season five?
Speaker 2 (25:10):
I felt prepped by the people. Yes, and I think
you were exactly right, all of you out there who
wrote into us tell us what to expect. It it
wasn't as hard to get through as I thought. Emotionally,
I think I was building it up in my head.
I was scared of it, and I really loved that
(25:35):
we get to hear from so many people about what
Corey and Finn meant to them. Yeah, that's one of
my favorite episodes I've ever done, and so thank you
to all of you who listened or either wrote in
or sent voice messages like it was really meaningful for
all of us to hear that. And I'm I'm not
(26:01):
mad at it at all. I see why people like it.
There's obviously some issues, but like there's issues on every show.
It's season five of a show. Even if this was
the best of circumstances, which it was not, that's a
pretty damn solid season. I agreed, Greed, How do you
feel about it now that we've done it?
Speaker 1 (26:20):
I felt well prepped by everybody. I really went in
with like very little, like low, not even low, just
very little expectation because I just didn't know how it
was going to feel about at all. It was almost
confusing at the beginning because like it felt like things
time was just moving on when we were like having
(26:42):
this like looming thin tragedy coming, but all a sudden
done like for what everybody was going through, for the
huge shift and change that we had, the writers had
to make, the creators had to make that we all
had to kind of go through. Like I thought, everybody
(27:03):
did a damn good job uh re routing and it
was it was. There were so many pieces of this season,
like with the music and the storylines that were so
joyful and honestly, it might have been like a gift
that people scaled back and we went to New New
(27:25):
York and there was just like this, you know, Jenna's
mini spinoff I call it because it was so focused
and a little bit slower, and I think like the
Fantom kind of needed that. Like I felt like I
benefited from like the storylines kind of slowing down a
little bit. Just it just felt like they had to
(27:48):
be just a little bit more intentional with some things.
And so, uh, it was really really great. There were
I had some qualms with the season. I had qualms
with Rachel leaving Funny Girl so soon.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
I had quite very strange with.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
Some other things, but like, uh, like our season four
crew leaving so quickly and abruptly as well, But overall,
really well done.
Speaker 2 (28:26):
Have one more question for you, Jenna, do you have
any new insights to how you felt or feel now
seeing the show when you left the show.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Oh, I really enjoyed watching it without being in it,
I will say, like a true fan, I almost felt
like a little sad that I wasn't there for that
because it felt like core group fun. Yeah, but at
(28:59):
the same time, like it was really special, so like
I don't want to touch it, you know what I mean.
And Tina was there for opening night and she did
her whole thing, and like, I just felt like it
really was exactly what everybody needed.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
And so.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
I just I enjoyed watching some of the episodes for
the first time. Yeah, and uh, watching my friends and
again like watching it through the lens of like, okay,
let's just give everybody a little bit some cut, everybody
some slack, you know. Yeah, but I really loved New York. Okay.
(29:34):
So we asked you guys some overall thoughts, and you guys,
you really you didn't hold back. So I want to
share some of these major highs and some major lows.
I honestly think it wasn't that bad. But I think
you guys should have taken a break after Corey passed.
We did in theory, but I think what you meant
(29:55):
was a longer Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:59):
A lot of people there is a general consensus about
the second half. New York was the best part of
the season, ending half over at the beginning half. I
love New York, which there was more of New York
part before it and before the season ended.
Speaker 1 (30:16):
Somebody said, honestly, I thought it was a bit cringe
years ago, but rewatch made me love it even more.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
Yeah, of that for you? Yeah, same. Someone said NYC
episodes are too rushed interesting. I do feel that towards
the end, well, we lost those two episodes. Yeah, so
I do think there's a you know, there's a point there.
Like the observation is probably correct.
Speaker 1 (30:42):
Somebody said, a very over hated season, and the messiness
is what makes it so funny. I personally enjoyed it.
Speaker 2 (30:48):
Some said the comedy in five B is so good.
Speaker 1 (30:54):
Amazing season. It was a rollercoaster with ten out of ten.
I love that.
Speaker 2 (31:00):
Better than people say. I literally love it.
Speaker 1 (31:03):
Unhinged.
Speaker 2 (31:04):
Yeah, honest, major vibe change. Some New York stuff is great,
but not Glee fair. We talked about that.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
All over the place, but somehow works given everything that
happened that we know.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
I remember being disheartened when the new kids were sort
of abandoned as I liked their story. Yeah, missed them more.
Quinn more Britanna totally agree.
Speaker 1 (31:29):
The vibe gives walking on eggshells with some strong feelings
along the way. Wow.
Speaker 2 (31:35):
Wow, Yeah, I think that is it. Yeah, that is
that is this season.
Speaker 1 (31:41):
Yeah in a nutshell No really, I was like, oh,
thank you for putting some words to that feeling. Then
I had uh huh, yeah definitely, And this one, of
course is great. Were you watching it and hearing your
thoughts changed my whole opinion on it. I like it
a lot more. Well, that's what we're here for, you guys.
We're just here for this to be enjoyable and fun
(32:02):
and lighthearted. Even though there were obviously some very heavy
things that happened, we were still making a TV show
and trying to bring joy and glee to your lives,
and I hope that we did that. So thank you
for joining us for another season of our rewatch. Season five.
(32:26):
I cannot believe we're about to embark on season six.
Please let us know what we're in for. We're very curious.
We obviously have heard from you in bits and pieces
that season six is something great, so I'm I'm interested.
I don't know how I should go into watching the
(32:47):
season come in, like because I don't want my expectations
to be too high, but I don't know. I feel
like I'm excited for it. I am.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
I'm very excited because I am fully in your hands
of the listener, because you have told us exactly what
to look out for in season five, and you were right.
Season six is the same thing. And honestly, like hearing
(33:19):
that somebody changed their opinion on season five, we change
our opinion season five because we're just reflecting and regurgitating
what people have written into us. So we're learning along
the way, and this has been so nice. I'm just
I'm actually really excited. I went from pre season five
sort of dreading season five and six. Yeah, and now
