want all of you to get up out of your chairs,
go to the window. Open it'll stick your head out
of here. Our number two at the window on the
Sports Grade TV network. I'm talking WAFA Mafia. Joe Rnary
(00:43):
with me as well. As we continue to break down
the biggest sports headlines right now, and we'll get to boxing.
We'll get the Tyson Fury Deantay Wilder too. We'll get
a handicap on that can't wait for that heavyweight matchup
Kansas right now Baylor that's going on one versus three.
Can Baylor come from behind at home and defeat the
(01:04):
Jayhawks as a battle for the big twelfth championship. But Joe,
we left off our number one talking about the wind
total for the Ale Central. We talked uh the twins
and a half, not THEA. We'll get to the Indians
next their eighty five and a half. But I do
love the Twins over one and a half. As I
said before, I love their rotation. Jose Barrios as your ace.
(01:27):
He's a study. He finally got it going last season.
But that lineup is just killer. If they could get
a great a hundred and sixty two games from Byron Buxton.
We know he have all the talent in the world.
He's shown glimpses of it, but he has not reached
the potential that many thought he would reach when he
was drafted in the first round. What was he a
top three, top four pick overall when he came out
(01:50):
of high school and he had a lot of offers.
He's a great athlete um as well, and he had
played multiple sports, and but he picked baseball. We have
not seen that from him yet. But even if Byron
Buckston just plays a d and fifty games and he's mediocre,
he still have Kepler there, He's staff Donaldson there. He
still have Rosario there. They have Garver at catcher. They
(02:11):
are loaded offensively. The team's loaded um in the pitching rotation.
So that's why I thought, uh, the over ninety one
and a half wins for the Twins was a no brain.
All right, Joe, we have you. Let's talk the Indians
now the second team in the division. As far as
win total is concerned, eighty five and a half the
number that's probably gonna go down. Um. Clevinger's injured. He's
(02:34):
had surgery for his meniscus. He's not out for the year,
but he's He's often injured anyway. I don't trust him
coming back and being a hundred percent. And if he is,
maybe you get to three months from him, not a
full season. Carrasco, he's he has injury news too. We
don't you know, we don't know the severity of that.
He's often injured. Shane Baber is nice, uh fifteen and
eight last year at three point to eight e r right,
(02:55):
So he's he's nice and it would look great if
you had Clevinger healthy and Rascal healthy in that rotation.
But offensively, I like the addition of Frand mil Reis
at thirty seven bombs last year for the Padres. I
like that addition. Uh Lindoor though, Is he gonna get
traded at the All Star break? Are they gonna reload Uh,
he'll have a solid season. I expect him to. But
(03:17):
offensively they lack and and that rotation with the injuries
that that to me not not a lot a lot
of depth there. So I'm going under eighty five and
a half wins. I don't go under a lot there.
Jump going under eighty five and a half wins for
the Cleveland Indians. And Frank Cohn is a magician though,
so I might regret it, but I'm gonna go under
eighty five and a half healthy, that's a pretty good
(03:39):
that's a pretty good starting rotation. But again, Carlos Santana, Um,
Linda Ramirez, they've got pieces there. But to your point,
we don't know what Cleveland's gonna do depending it all
depends on how they do in the first half of
this season, which I think will really depend on what
we see happen there. If they can remain healthy, if
(04:00):
those pitchers, if Carrasco can stay there, if these guys
can hit and deliver like we think they can, they're
gonna win some games in a division that has, you know,
the Tigers and the Royals, and they're gonna be able
to do some damage with their own I do think
the White Sox and will get to them. I think
the White Sox are really the sleeper in the division.
(04:20):
I think they're gonna be way better than what they
were last year. But they've got the pieces. The problem
with the Indians was can you trust them? You know,
can you trust them to be able to go a
hundred and sixty two games? They've kind of faltered over
the uh the last couple of years towards the end
of the season. Injuries have been a problem. If they
(04:42):
can stay healthy, Cleveland could win ninety games, no problem
at it. But that's a big if. So to me,
they have not been able to stay healthy. I would
lean to the under with you in this spot. Go
you know what, I just I can't. I have not
seen it. I can't back them in that spat, So
I'm gonna go under in this as well. Alright, the
(05:04):
next team up there on the win totals for the
ale Central we have the Chicago White Sox eighty three
and a half wins. They're set at and this is
an over. This is easy for me, Joe. What they
did in the off season. They added edwin in Canarcione.
We know that they added pitching depth with Dallas Kaikl.
That's great, just a guy to eat innings there between.
(05:26):
You know, they already have studs there in the rotation
as I pulled their depth chart. Giolito, he'll back up
what he did last year's coming out for performance. Gonzalez.
You Gonzalez. I mean they are loaded and they're gonna
get that kid back, that flamethrower that they got from
the White Red Sox. Joe Copick Michael Copeck. I think
that's how you pronounce his name, copic Um. I don't
know the plan for him right now. He's working his
(05:48):
way back. He's not gonna be a hundred percent to begin,
but he's a weapon Copeck. He's a weapon for those
for the White Sox. Eighty three and a half. That's
a low number. Joe. I'm surprised with this offense. A
joy him in as he had thirty one home runs,
but he has not even scratched the surface of what
he can do. Is ops is only. It's gonna go
(06:08):
even higher once he learns the strike zone. I love
this kid. I think he's gonna breakout. Performer um Mancata.
I mean he had a great year last year. I
think he's a little regression with Mancata, I don't. I
don't know if he's because his his uh out a
lot for me from from my liking. But he's a
third base. He's one of the better third baseman in
the league. Tim Anderson, that shortstop, another guy. I mean
(06:28):
you could go they have a all star lineup here,
eighty three and a half of you kidding me over
for the White Sox. Joe, I'm with you, I I do.
I love the rotation of young arms. I think they're
very well balanced on both sides, both offensively, both offensive,
I think pitching wise. When you've got Geolito, Ronaldo Lopez,
Dylan Cease, youre ranching call pack in there, you've got
(06:51):
some great what you've got. Um the lineup too, I
mean looking you got uh Missouri you said Grin Grandall
and we're incone. That's eighth. Yeah, that's eighty one home
runs from last year that are coming into that line
up here. Um. I love it. The I believe Chicago
(07:12):
was one of the last in home runs last year.
Go figure rut with the with the ball being juiced.
I think they were twenty five in home runs last season.
I think that you know him and as Moncada. All
of a sudden, Tim Anderson at the top of that order.
This is a this is a lethal squad here again
health health wise, and these guys taking the necessary progression,
(07:35):
the young guys to the next step. But why not.
You can't see these guys win in nine games next year?
Masters alone. I love it. I love the top of
the order. I love the top of the pitching staff. Yeah,
give me them too. Over, Um, let's just say I
think they're a little undervalued. I think they will over
(07:56):
deliver this year for a lot of people who want
to back the over to year. Al Right, next team up,
the Detroit Tigers. I mean you can have that this one, Joe.
I mean, it's not a lot of fun talking about
the Tigers. They're win total is fifty six and a half.
We skip, we'll get to the Royals, but I want
to get to the Tigers rebuilding once again. Fifty six
(08:18):
and a half. Go. I have that at Joe. I mean, uh,
they might go slightly over, but this team is a disaster.
I st love the guil Cabrera. I mean they st
love that arbitross of a contract. I can't believe I'm
saying that, but he has done nothing the last two years.
But just just he's the only name that there's really
nothing else there for the Detroit Tigers. No, I mean lessen,
(08:38):
it's I mean, kudos to them. Unlike Kansas City, Um,
who's a nightmare. At least Detroit took a swing at
some talent, you know what I mean. At least they
went out and said, all right, let me see if
I can bring in some uh somebody Jonathan Shoop, c J. Crone.
At least they went out and brought in some veteran talent,
some guys. They spent a little bit of money. Unline
(09:00):
some of these other teams here. Um, this team scored
the fewest runs in the Major's last season. Obviously, Shup
will help, Crone will help with that. Is it going
to be night and day? You know, what do they
do with Homer? Um? What what do they do with him?
From the pitching perspective, Um, he's gonna return to the rotation. Yeah,
(09:24):
he's gonna return. He's rehabbing right now from shoulder surgery.
But he'll be back halfway through the season. So to me,
it's tough to look at Detroit or or any of
these bottom feeders and go, you know, fifty six and
a half, what did they win last year? How many
games did they win last year? Fifty? Right around that number,
right around that that's probably what you're gonna get again.
(09:46):
So I don't think there's any value in uh in
over or under with teams like Detroit and Kansas City
and Baltimore. Um, I think they are exactly what they are.
They'll be a little bit better, but not where we're
gonna see a five game of friends between last year
and this year. Joe forty seven wins last year for
the Tigers. Yeah, I mean they're projecting a little bit
(10:08):
of an improvement. I don't see that. Horrendous. You have
Catherine Mayben as your right fielder and Austin roll Mine
as you're starting catcher. Come on, I mean he's washed up,
yeah and crazy. They have Matthew Boyd. He has a
pull Matthew, but they keep trying to trade him anyway,
(10:30):
but he's not an ace. But yeah, yeah, so I'm
gonna still I gonna lean towards the under. The Royals
real quick, sixty four and a half. They won fifty
nine games last year. Over under, we only even have
less than a minute. Joe, what do you think? Oh god, Um,
you know, Actually it's just it's rough. Um what is this?
(10:52):
What's the total this year? How many of sixty four
and a half? Ye had Perez back, right, I think? Um,
so they get him back, Um, yep, that'll catch up.
That all help. Um. I would say I would lean
to the uh under here again because there's just not
(11:13):
enough addition by subtraction there for me. When it comes
to this Royals team this year, Yeah, I'd lean under.
They have some prospects. We'll see how it goes for
the Royals, but I'll lead under sixty four and apps
that'll do it for the Ale Central. Yeah, not no,
no value at all. When we come back, we'll take
a look at the big boxing fight. Tyson Fury. Daily

(12:17):
I like the song. Good job Sewan Angle running the
show there with Patrick on the video and Brian here
at the meadow Lands running things at the Fandel Sports Book.
Yeah right, No, that's not pretty spirit this time. No,
it is not. It is not. And if you tell
me it's Eminem, I'm leaving. I'm leaving right now. If
(12:38):
that's Eminem. That was alright? Alright, take a right Angle,
take down off stage now back to at the window.
I love it. A lot of fun, a lot of
fun last week. Can you tell them yours? Uh? Sean
(13:01):
who sings that song that is when by Powerman five thousand? Yes, yes,
that's right, right, right right, I get the mixed up
early two thousand's right? So all right? Uh back here
and at the window. Thank you, Sean. Uh. Talking with
Joe Ronerio San Balsamakia. Big fight and it's a heavyweight
about tonight, Uh Tyson Fury Deontay Wilder, Fury. Joe at
(13:25):
the way in two seventy three, sixteen and a half
pounds heavier than the first time he faced Wilder. Wilder
is heavier as well. He's up to two thirty one
he's around fifteen pounds heavier as well. Um. But the
first fight I listened to an interview with his former promoter,
develop who promoted him for the first matchup Fury Wilder,
(13:47):
and he said he had flew like symptoms before that
that big bout the first time, so that's why he
was underweight. So the weight did not concern his former
promoter at two one for Wilder. But are you concerned
with your at two seventy three. He's already a pudgy dude. Um,
big guys, a mammoth guy, I mean six ft nine.
Are you concerned with the extra weight for Tyson Fury? Joe? Well,
(14:11):
it's interesting. The I do think if Fury says he
does or he does what he says he's gonna do. Now,
the reason the first fight when the distance the way
it did and it was a drawer, was because Fury
was able to size him up and keep his distance right.
He was able to sit there and he's a big man,
(14:31):
big reach over there. He was able to avoid that
big shot until the last obviously the last round there,
which is kind of what made it a draw for Wilder.
But prior to that, he had he had done a
great job. Was actually probably if he if he doesn't
hit the canvas, he wins that fight. Uh the last
time out. Now he says he wants to go differently
(14:53):
and he wants the game. He thinks Wilder can be
beat on the inside. So if he's gonna get up
in close, and we never seen anybody do it, And
so if Fury wants to do that, I understand the weight,
the extra weight, because you know you're gonna come in there.
He's trying to avoid that big right hand of Wilder, right,
so if he keeps him close, it's gonna be very
(15:14):
hard for him to get it. But he's gonna take
some abuse. So I get the weight increase. I don't.
I've never seen him do it, Fury, where he's fought
from the inside. He's usually always fought from a distance
because of his reach advantage. If he does it, I
can't wait to see. I think it's gonna be an
all out war. If not, if they continue to keep
their distance, both of them, somebody's going down early. There
(15:38):
is no way with the extra weight. There is no
way either of these two guys is gonna make it
to the to a distance here. Um so to me.
I think this is gonna go four or five rounds
the most before somebody ends up hitting the campus and
it gets the end. It's over. Well the current odds
right now on Fendal sports Book at Joe, I've read
(16:00):
an odds at different books, so if you have differently
than please stated. Uh. They have money line Wilder minus
one twelve, money line Fury minus one oh four. Now
for method of victory, this is where it gets fun, Joe. Uh,
Deontay Wilder on points or a decision. That's eleven to
one Deontay Wilder KO or t k O plus one ten.
(16:23):
I like that a lot. A draw is twenty to
one Fury on points or a decision. This is Vanduel
Sports Book plus one ninety Fury ko t k O
plus four twenty. I don't know if those are the
numbers you have to but uh, that's currently right now
as we speak. Yeah, okay, I only see two two
ways this this this fight ends Fury right, and I
(16:46):
think you agreed technically technically speaking, yeah, yes, he's a
better fighter, absolutely, but Wilder has that you know, right
hand and and the punching power forty one knockouts in
his a rear forty two victories. I mean, he hasn't
beaten he's knocked out every man he's ever faced, because
he had a rematch and he knocked the guy out
(17:07):
the second time, so he's not This guy is just
unbelievable with his right hand. And so that's why I
only see the fight ending two ways, and knockout for
for Wilder or a decision for Fury if it goes
twelve rounds, even with that extra weighter, I know you're
going five or six rounds, but I don't know if
Fury can do it. I don't know. It depends on
how he looks. Did he add more muscle or is
(17:27):
he still underneath there like you know a bunch of
you know. I mean, he doesn't have the greatest body,
uh if you will, but he did not take his
shirt off at the weigh and so we don't know
if that sixteen pounds is more muscle. He's a big guy.
He's six ft nine, so he could carry the two
seventy three. But will he be slower because of the
extra weight. That's what I worry about with it, because
he's a technical fighter, Like you said, he's a technical fighter,
(17:49):
and Wilder guy that's always been criticized for being relying
too much on power and not enough technical experience or
depth in order to be able to beat a guy
like fur Or let's face, I mean Furious a boxer. Guys,
this is a he is your prototypical He is a
large ass man, a big heavyweight that's got skills. He's
a great body, he's a great count. He's a stick
(18:11):
and move guy. I mean, he is a throwback man.
He is everything that boxing once was in this division. Wilder,
same situation. He is very much think Tyson, not really
great technically, but if he if he hits you, you're done.
I mean that's kind of what it's been. It's amazing
both of these guys undefeated to this point going into this.
We have not seen a heavyweight fight with this much
(18:34):
juice in a long, long to the point where most
people probably don't even realize what's going on. I mean,
this is this is the heavyweight fight we have missed
over the last fifteen years. It really is. Um I
think it's gonna be great. I think, listen, if Fury
can go inside and really start to to work the
body and really start to punish him from the inside
(18:56):
as opposed to the the outside. This could be an
amazing and I mean absolutely amazing fight. I can't wait
to see it. But if he goes from the outside again,
then I think we know what's gonna happen here. Wilder's
gonna try to connect. If he does, this could be
a This could be a quick fight here. I agree.
And did you see Fury was making the rounds on
(19:18):
ESPN and he was being interviewed. He said he's going
for the knockout in the second round because he can't
win a decision because he feels like he was robbed
the first time against Wilder. So he said, second round knockout. Now,
do you believe that the Fury is gonna go after
while they're in the second round and go for that knockout?
If so, he better be careful. He could get caught
(19:39):
with that right hand. It's dangerous, exactly, And I think
that's why he kept He's trying to allude to the
fact that I'm gonna stay inside of him and I'm
not gonna let him get that distance and hit me
from that. So he's going to and again fighting from
the inside. Very technical. Wilder is not that kind of
a technical fighter. He is a guy that if that
(20:00):
the case, he might leave himself open for a couple
of opportunities for a Fury to take advantage. So, um,
you know, you start inside, all of a sudden you
go outside and you hit him with a right hand.
It could be early for Wilder too. Somebody's gonna make
a mistake early in this fight. I think, which if
the other person can capitalize. I don't think it gets
(20:20):
to you know, five or six rounds. I think it.
I think it ends early. Fury changed his trainer, he's
changed it up. He went with um Javon sugar Hill,
Emmanuel Stewart's son, the late Emmanuel Stewart, the famous trainer
for what Lennox Lewison and the number of guys he was,
the whole famer. Yeah, I expect I expect Wilder to
(20:46):
be because that come out. I expect him to come
out fire. And man, I don't think he wants this
thing to go to the distance. I think he wants
it more than furyka. I think he wants to crush
him early. And I think, listen, he he's got generational
talent power, right, He's gonna go out there and we
know he's never going to be more dangerous than he
(21:07):
is in the first three rounds to Fury, right, So
I would look, I don't know, maybe um first three rounds,
Wilder first four rounds, something along nose lines. I've seen
it out there anywhere between eight to one and twelve
to one. If you think Fury comes out firing guys,
and I mean Wilder comes out fire and connects. Uh,
there's probably a pretty big pay day if you can
(21:28):
get that between the first three or four rounds. I
like that, Joe, Yeah, that you gotta look at that.
I could see that happening. If the first bet, I
think the smartest bet is Wilder by a knockout. I mean,
I think that's very likely. Um, well that's the case.
Do it early. Well, if it happens earlier, you're gonna
(21:50):
that's the help of pay day betters. So do you
believe Tyson's gonna come after him in the second round?
And if if so, yeah, he's gonna get caught. So
if if you know, if that's correct upright, like that,
Wilder to win, Wilder to win by k a, Wilder
to win in the first three rounds. All of that
guy's is a huge payday, a couple of other things
(22:11):
to Joe Uh. Fury got caught in his last fight.
He had forty seven stitches over his right eye, and
in training that opened that opened up. You know. It's
so that doesn't bold well for Fury if you want
to go to the distance with Wilder too, because if
they open up, if Wilder opens up that cut, it's
gonna be it's gonna get it's gonna get ugly for Tyson,
(22:33):
especially with a heavy puncher like Wilder. So that's another
reason I don't think Fury on points or decision is
a smart bet in this one, because if it goes
longer than six seven rounds, that cut's gonna he's gonna
get at that cut and it's gonna you know, it's
gonna be ugly for Fury. Yeah. Yeah, it's the other ones.
And and from what I've seen and from the guys
(22:54):
that I've talked to about in Vegas, a lot of
the bookmakers, there's a lot of people Wilder's getting some of,
but there are a lot of people that feel it's
gonna go the distance. There are some people and feel
that this is going to be So there's a lot
of bets being made right now where either Wilder winds
the distance Fury winds the distance. Some think that these
(23:15):
two guys there's not a lot of hate there. Um,
it's you know, manufactured hate, so to speak, to sell,
which I don't know that they truly don't like each other,
these two, and and that usually leads to the distance.
I agree, Joe, they like each other. They hugged in
(23:37):
the middle of the ring after the first about and
it's manufactured. That whole thing with the way in they
couldn't steer each other down, and it's manufactured. Yeah, Furious Furies,
he knows the deal. He's just trying to sell the fight. Um, yeah,
I agree with you, and I think Wilder knockout. There's
a smart bet correlated early rounds, as Joe just mentioned.
All right, coming back, we'll take a look at the
college basketball and some more xfl action here and at

(24:48):
Britney spirits music to wrap things up here on at
the way that we're not wrapping it up yet. Now, Hello,
this is my favorite Britney spears a song in there.
Joe keeping rapping. I know, no, I know that song
till I collapsed by M and M. Come on, come on,
Shawn Angles trying to test me, now, Joe, that's I
(25:12):
think it's greatest song. I think it's his greatest song.
But again, I'm not the biggest slim Shady fans. So
as you know, as you know, surprise, Shocker, Shocker Shock?
Is this the shocker? Kansas up eleven right now with
eleven minutes ago over Baylor. Joe, Yeah, it's got away
from Bailey here in the first half of the uh
(25:35):
of the second right now is about eleven minutes left
to go, and they just again shooting has been abismo
for Baylor. Uh. They've gone a couple of stretches here
where they went two and three minutes without scoring a basket.
So um, there's therese long scoreless droughts. And meanwhile, it
just takes Kansas a couple of opportunities. They hit some
wide open threes and they've kind of they've blown it
(25:56):
open here. But uh, Baylor, they are at home and
we've seen this before. Still half a half a quarter
left and go, so we'll see what happens. Right now,
you can grab bailor eight and a half if you
think they'll be able to at least make this a game. Yeah,
I was. I was just gonna ask you that if
if you would recommend that they're they're down by eleven, right,
(26:17):
you said eight and a half right now, plus and
a half for Baylor, and I'm defeated at home straight wins, Joe,
I think they can keep it with eight and I listen,
they're down ten now fifty to forty. Um, Yes, I
think when it's all said and done, if they don't win,
I think they can keep it with eight and a half. Guys,
All right, Tennessee up big as well over Auburn. Auburn
(26:40):
now plus six and a half at home, they're down twelve, Joe,
in the second half with the same amount of time
around twelve eleven minutes ago in the second half. Uh,
do you like the bed of plus six and a
half for the Auburn Tigers. That's what they are Originally
I actually took on pregame. I have Tennessee at plus
six and a half of Auburn. I told you I
was a little bit concerned earned about the health of
(27:02):
their leading player, Isaac Acaro. That being for Auburn, Uh,
it's been tough. He really is the the little engine
that could there for that team. He is gonna be
a lottery pick. And if he's not on the court,
or if he's less than that's a that's a problem
for Auburn, who's actually there on a little bit of
a stretch right now where they're coming back to reality.
(27:22):
So Tennessee doing a good job keeping him at arms
length right now, another one of these games seven and
a half, eight, right now, you can get uh if
you think Auburn is UH got an opportunity to keep
this within there down twelve now, so you can you
can get yourself eight points with Auburn live if you
think they're gonna be able to come back in the
(27:42):
second half and make this a game. All right, We'll
keep an eye on those games. Have about a half
an hour left in this show, and if anything changes,
will bring it to you. But I want to get
to some of the games later on. I'm looking at
Michigan Purdue, how about your dad? Yeah, damn straight, looking
at a total half right now? Yeah, yeah, there you
(28:07):
go exactly. I was gonna skip over it. I don't
know if you wanted to go there in Virginia yet. Yeah,
now that is all right, Joe. Later today, I wanted
to just get this out there. Michigan getting three and
a half points on the road at Purdue. We watched
(28:28):
on what Wednesday as Michigan just stuff. I don't want
to stay what's the proper word? They got a good win?
How about that? A solid win at the rack Rutgers.
They were undefeated at home without Isaiah Livers. That one
of the better players, if not, they're best player for
the Wolverines. Solid victory. They're on a roll six of
seven wins, laying getting three and a half Joe, is
(28:52):
that a bet you might take their with the Michigan
over in today at two pm Eter, I love the
situational spot for Purdue today. Who has been fantastic at
home at the Mackey Arena. Guys, they have just had
some ridiculous, crushing wins against some really good teams in
Mackey Arena. The key is Purdue being home for this one.
(29:14):
I do think this is a great by low situation
for Purdue, who's lost uh three straight uh in which
the opponents have shot a combined thirty five of seventy
seven from three against them. So I do think this
is one of those things where they're being a little
bit undervalued right now. And I do think that at
(29:35):
home at Mackey Arena, if they were gonna be able
to turn it around, this would be a place for
them to be able to do it. Livers, to me,
is still a guy that is vitally important to Michigan.
You know this, Um, he's got that bumb ankle that
he's nursed. They are not the same team without him.
He leads him in shooting, he leads him in efficiency. Um,
he is a guy that is he's a game time decision.
(29:58):
They're saying still, so uh, My feeling is he's yeah
because Michigan could. To me, this is a this is perdue. Also,
I believe has a revenge situation coming in in this game.
They lost too. They lost to Michigan in an arbor
in double overtime, so they've got Dad going for him.
(30:20):
I do think that this is situationally a great spot
to get purdued a really good price because of the
fact that they're they've already lost three in a row.
But they haven't lost because they've lost. They've lost because
they're running into teams that are hitting everything they throw
off from the outside. So I do like Perdue in
this spot. I love him even more. Olivers doesn't go
(30:43):
me too. I'm with you as well. I mean, even
though Michigan is getting three and a half, I'd like
to see that bumped up to five or six. Uh
if as a Michigan packer, I'm very uncomfortable because produced
desperate to Joe, they are now like first four out
last four in depending on which expert you follow. They
need a win, and and this one at home against
(31:06):
Michigan they need to win. So they're desperate. And yeah,
and Michigan for how well they're playing that they that's
kind of on the same level these teams, I mean,
the Big ten, it's just it's a big just butcher
like all ten to twelve teams are all the same.
Maybe Maryland's maybe above everyone else, but everywhere you know,
these teams that give or take. It depends on who's home.
(31:28):
You take the home team. So I'm with you on that.
I like to do what other gi gives you. Looking
at later on tonight that you really really like. As
far as uh college basketball, some great ones coming up here, man,
they really are here tonight. Some teams that um Xavier
billing over in the Big East is another great match
up here, Xavier. Listen, a team that's been trending in
(31:49):
the right direction now over the last month. They've been
taking care of business. They're trying to make a push.
It took him a little while. This is a team
filled with upper classman guys, returning starters who just had
it hasn't worked so far this year, but they're really
starting to put it together. Taking onto a team in
Villanova who Jay Wright and company for the first time
have a ton of freshman starters. That's not how Villanova rolls.
(32:13):
They got a very young team here right now. They've
been going the wrong way lately. I think this is
exactly the kind of spot where Xavier's experience at home
and these guys really starting to play. Well, this is
going to serve them. I do like Xavier to take
down Villanova. That one's coming up at two thirty here, guys,
And there's a big revenge factor in here, as Villanova
(32:36):
ended up beating him in the craziest of ways first
time around here. So I like it. I like Xavier
at home taking care of business against Villanova. I like
that one, Joe, I all, they're practically even that that
that's spread right now on Fandel sports book. And how
about Texas desperate team, they need some wins as well. Uh,
(32:59):
they're playing it's the state just link yeah, just right,
just I gotta tell you they had They showed a
picture was that during the week Kansas Texas had a
had a big game at home, there were twelve people
in the stands in the arena in a big conference matchup, Like,
(33:22):
what are you serious? Like this is this is what
we're it's it's it's gone so far the other way.
I think it's time to go. I think also that
you are crazy if you are not watching Kentucky in
Florida today too as well. Nether monster game. Kentucky a
little banged up here, guys, So you know that Nick
Richards Ashton Hagen's two guys vitally important to this Kentucky team.
(33:47):
Richards looks like he's gonna go with the ankle Hagen's who,
in all likelihood is gonna be a lottery pick here, guys,
I don't think he's gonna go. But to me, super
inexperienced Kentucky team going up against super inexperienced Florida team, Um,
I think the Gators keep this one close enough. It's
(34:07):
at four and four and a half, I think, especially
if Hagan's doesn't go, I think this is a great
opportunity for Florida to sneak in a monster win against
Kentucky if that happens. Speaking of monster wins, NC State
destroyed Duke um the other night. Now they play Florida State.
(34:27):
They're laying one and a half at home. Uh No, actually,
Floria State's laying one and a half on the road.
NC State do they have it in them for another
big victory later today? You know it's funny you and
I thought you were gonna say his Duke ANDNNA bounced
back against votech today laying sixteen and a half, And
the answer is yes. Duke has just been absolutely money. Uh,
(34:50):
coming off a loss when they are nine points are
better as a favorite there nine and two in the
last eleven here, Duke has just been as about as
automatic as it comes coming off a lost guys and
being a big favorite. So I would not be at
all afraid to go ahead and lay it down. NC
State to me is such a I don't know. They
(35:12):
are so inconsistent right depending on what NC State team?
To me, great letdown spot right. You just you took
down Duke in the most embarrassing of fashions for them
on your own hoard. You stop them down right. Seminals
of two and four overall fifteen and two in their
last seventeen um coming in they have been rolling Florida State,
(35:34):
And you know me, I'm a huge FS you fan.
I don't see anyway coming off of that big win
against Duke, that upset win, that they're gonna have enough
in the tank to be able to take down a
Leonard Hammond and Florida State seminal team that is rolling people.
Also Syracuse link six points at George and attack. They
(35:56):
need to win, desperately take the fall. Take a Georgia
Tech going against Jim Bayond's crew, all right, coming back,
Thank you, Joe shown angles and NASCAR pit stop that debut.

thank you very much. You can also catch us on
Instagram at sports r TV. Yeah, I mean Baylor's making
a run three points. That eight and a half had Kansas. Yeah,
(37:18):
I had Kansas winning the game, but the eight and
a half in game was a smart play. Joe, Uh,
if you're listening to the show, I mean, we're making
you some money. Plus eight and a half three point
lead Kansas overbel Oh, don't look now. Auburn, Auburn, Auburn
with a fifty seven fifty six lead now Tennessee. Oh,
(37:42):
two winners, two winners. No, so far we had them
six and a half. Joe should have took them on
the money line. Yes, yeah, I got them six and
a half. Full game. But Auburn is Auburn that they
catch fire shooting from three at home. It's a tough
place to play. Yeah. Speaking of which, we have the
number nine horse battling right now with Aqueduct. Uh coming
(38:06):
down the stretch. Oh no, it's golf Stream Park. Where
is that? Joe right down? A run for me? Oh no, Kenny,
A race number four just just ended, as you can hear.
I didn't see who won. But congratulations it doesn't alright.
I want to give you a new segment, Joe ahead,
(38:28):
Yeah it doesn't. Yeah, a new segment. We call it
Shawn Angles NASCAR pit stop. We'll look at the Las
Vegas penz Oil for a hundred. The betting favorite going
into tomorrow's action Kyle block Bush at uh F fifties
five to one, four to one. Yeah, So let's bring
on the guy, the engxpert, Sean angle. What's up Shawn?
(38:53):
Hello there guys. We got another week of NASCAR action
here and we are talking about that. And yeah, what
better place to emphasize to where NASCAR and bets together
then Las Vegas Motor Speedway. So here we go. All right,
what is some money? Who do you have as your
favorite in this event? Should I lay the money with Bush?
(39:15):
The favorite? Here? While Bush is certainly one of the
drivers die am liking quite a bit so far, you
gotta also think about those Stewart has racing cars, in particular,
if you've been keeping up with the practice sessions and
other pre race events so far, those Stewart Has racing cars,
such as Kevin Harvig and Eric Almarrole in particular, they've
(39:36):
been very strong throughout practices and overall these are drivers
are looking very fast. And when a driver looks very
good in practice, there's usually a good indication that they're
gonna do pretty well in the real race too. Let's
let's give me, give me, give me a one two
three man, give me one two and through here today
(39:58):
so we can combat it and lay it up and
just uh and and calling sick on Monday, because because
we're taking the check in flags. Give me a one, two,
and three here. As far as top price picks are concerned,
I am definitely so far at the moment leaning on
Kevin Harvick in order to win the race. He's just
(40:19):
got that long run speed he's been showcasing throughout practices
so far, and when you have long run speed at
a track that will emphasize a lot of long green
flag runs, he is definitely gonna be in position in
order to really pull away from the pack. And you
gotta keep this in mind too. Harvick did win the
race last year, and he's led a lot of laps
(40:39):
in recent races at Las Vegas. Other than that, the
other top price picks that I really like so far
is Joey Logano, who is currently on a streak of
eight consecutive top ten finishes at Las Vegas, which is
a pretty impressive statistic. He's very good at this track too,
so it wouldn't surprise me if he ends up being
(41:01):
very competitive for the win by the end of this one.
And then Kyle Bush, of course, he is a hometown favorite.
Las Vegas is his home track. He's been pretty strong
at Las Vegas in the past and well it's a
mile and a half intermediate. This is one of Kyle
Bush's best absolute track types, so you can never count
him out here. How about is there a matchup or
(41:27):
two that you like here in this in this race,
two guys that we can pet against one another. As
far as some of these matchups, I really wouldn't lean
to too much into the matchup prop that's going into here.
But if there is a prop bet though, as far
as matchups are concerned, that I am kind of interested
(41:48):
in leaning towards actually taking It's that best finishing position
that where you have Ryan Blaney versus Alex Bowman. Bowman
has been looking very strong throughout practices so far, are
as one of the most consistently best in the ten
consecutive lap average category, which if you do pretty good
in that category, it already is an indication that you
(42:09):
have a pretty nice car that will last through these
longer green flag runs. Other than that, you want to
go for some deep long shots in order to have
some decent finishes. Of course you can go rely on
Alex Bowman. I'm thinking he's gonna be finishing in the
top ten alongside maybe Eric Almarola, but one other real
(42:30):
deep uh driver that if you're really considering to be
daring this week is Ross chas Stain. Ross chess Stain
is filling in for Ryan Newman this week after that
horrible and really crazy crash he had during that Daytona five,
and with that equipment that chass Dain is in, Newman
actually finished tenth in the last race at Las Vegas.
(42:54):
So overall, with chass Stain, who was a driver known
for getting the most out of his equipment, he's death
somebody that you may want to consider as a real
deep long shot in order to put himself in position
for a solid finish. Alright, Sean, last question Denny Hamlin,
where will he finish? Do you foresee the day winner
(43:16):
having a good performance here in Las Vegas tomorrow? So
far I foresee that Denny Hamlin. Yeah, sure, he has
got some pretty solid equipment that those Joe Gibbs racing
cars are usually very strong at the mile and a
half intermediate tracks. But I do think though that Hamlin
just hasn't shown the speed so far throughout practices in
(43:38):
order to really justify thinking about betting him this week. Hamlin,
if this was was other tracks where he's definitely performed
a little bit better in recent years. Then yeah, I
would say go after him, But there are just other
drivers are more appealing as far as what you can
get out of them in comparison. One final one. Give
it to me right now, Kyle, what's your Joey Logano
(44:01):
head to head plus even money for Kyle Busch minus
one thirty for Lagano. I think Logano is gonna finish
better between the two. Ultimately done playing it right now?
It's done, all right? Shown. Where can we catch your stuff,
your readings, your your materials on Nascar, Well, you can
(44:21):

do go check it out there. And that's Robowler dot com. Alright,
Sean angle Nascar pits stop here on at the window.
Thanks very much. We'll look forward to Las Vegas Penzel
four D two morrow on Fox at thank Sean. Al right,
(45:05):
there he goes Joe ran aias excellent stuff from our
boy or radio producer here does a lot of stuff
every week. Gono, don't mean bush Man. I'm gonna be
a long Monday for him. I'll tell you that right now, Man,
tell you right now, exactly all right, Joe, just one
(45:26):
more thing about the whole leg and I do want
to mention one more quick thing. Those two have histories.
That's it. He's taken over. Now you give him an inch,
he takes a mile. I just want to mention they
have a history together. That's why I asked exactly like
you got it. That's fine. By the way, there, Sean,
(45:47):
what you're doing Eastern Michigan right now? Eastern Michigan getting
six in the second half ahead, don't be shy, go
ahead and play that right now, second half line plus
six Easterns. Yeah, I'm doing it. I was gonna do
your old bit you do with Bob from Vermont. You
know how you write down the picks there, but I
(46:07):
could put it in now on on the on the app.
It's it's legal on the Jersey. Yeah, he doesn't call
into this show. No, he doesn't. You should get it right.
I want to see what's for lunch. You know, I'm hungry.
I want to hear what when he's feeding those folks
at the Uh. Yeah, that is all right, Joe. Five
(46:31):
points spread here in Kansas. One to go Yelva Baylor. Uh,
they're in that within that eight and a half point
spread right there. So we're looking pretty good on on
that in game. All right, real quick, your final thoughts.
We have about two minutes left in the show. Your
final thoughts for this weekend, and your best bets litter
on today. Yeah, guys, do not sleep on b y you. Tonight.
(46:54):
They got a pretty pretty big game against Gonzaga. Uh,
tonight getting four and half. I love the Oliver and
I love b YU getting four and a half points.
Here they are, they've been waiting for this game. If
Zags are gonna fall, it's gonna be tonight against b
y U. Al Right, I love tomorrow's xfl Action. The
(47:16):
DC Defenders are on the road at the Los Angeles Wildcats.
Give me Josh Johnson, give me the eight and a
half points in that matchup. The are the game too.
I love the matchups tomorrow in the XFL the Guardians,
the much maligned New York Guardians Joe with Matt mcgloyin
at quarterback and you know he's calling out his coach
(47:36):
ten points against the battle Hawks and the battle Hawks
I love them, but I'm not going there. I'm gonna
go with the total forty. It's just forty. Give me
the over in that one as well. Uh, with the
New York Guardians at the battle Hawks. Like the battle
Hawks a lot. Actually, they tend to one to win
the title on Fandel Sports Book. That's a smart play
if you made it earlier this year because they have
(47:58):
been impressive. I like what they're doing in there in St. Louis.
All right, those are my two best plays. Your final thoughts,
Tyson Fury, Wilder Joe. I'm gonna go with Wilder by
knockout in the early rounds of going with your prediction there.
What do you What do you like there tonight in
the big Yeah? I love it. A lot of interesting
of her there too, but I like Wilder early, betted
(48:19):
early and correlated and uh and cash some tickets gonna
be a lot of fun don't miss that late night
Jack's b Why are you games gonna be in the
