a T N T dreaming Black and we're talking with
black creators who are shaping the now, the new, and
the next for coaches Black. The business over here makes
some noise. We're shot de Troy from Earn Your Leisure?
E y L. What's happening to my brothers going let

(00:23):
me know what those three letters are? What are those
three letters? Without everything y'all are doing in the media space,
and when you took a myo Earn Your Leisure, it's
just like assets over liabilities. It's one of these things
that has multiple plays on it. We always, you know,
glamorize a lifestyle, but it's like, what are the steps
to get to it? That's the part that we never
really got as a culture. So now it's like we're
not just going to celebrate the end result. We're gonna

(00:45):
show you the haves to actually get there. What is
a misconceptions about the work Earn Your Lesia though? That
is it happened overnight and easy because people see us like,
you know, three years old, and it looks like, damn,
that was a really quick come up. There's a lot
of backwork that goes into this. You know. I was
an financial advisor for over ten years, short with the
teacher for over ten years. Both of those career paths.
Let us where we are now, and we hit it

(01:07):
at the right time. Well, failure, are y'all most proud of?
I feel a math class and I was like, yea,
the teacher's sons, man, this is ridiculous. And somebody pull
me to the side and said, your education is your responsibility.
It's not your teachers. I needed to hear that. The
mission was like, yo, I gotta take responsibility for my education.
We can give you all the information, but if you
don't apply it, if you don't take responsibility for your
education and the outcome of what you're learning, then you're

(01:28):
not going to see the success. What does earn your leisures,
future makeup much. Just go bigger. You know. Sometimes we
don't go bigger because we're scared too or we get complacent.
Both of those are tremendously detrimental to your success. I'm
gonna use dream big, but dream more, you know. Having
a conversation with Tyler Perry that was one of his things,
was like I need to dream more and dream big.
I think people limit themselves because they don't think they

(01:49):
can do something. But so dream more and dream bigger.
You know, I've never seen two black men you know,
