with black creators who are shaping the now, the new,
and the next. For culture, it's black to business, y'all.
Who is will Lucas without technology? I'm me. I feel like,
you know, regardless of the generation of tools that exists.

You know, my mission at this stage in my life
at least, is to, you know, create content that educates, inspires,
and positions Black people for entrepreneurial success beyond that Water's dreams.
You know. I I can hear when you talk that
you know you're all about service. When did you get
to that point where you realize, man, that you have
to be a public servant. I think it was Napoleon

Hill who says something that I read a long time
ago on this as if I help enough other people
get what they want, I get everything I want. Who
was a mentor who changed your life? Well, my father,
First of all, I learned from my father very early.
Everybody pays in life. Some people pay now, some people
pay later, but everybody pays. And so I said, I

want to do what I gotta do now in order
to live the life other people which they lived later on.
But what has been your most satisfying moment professionally Probably
getting involved with afro Tech. Afro Tech changed my life,
and so I had never been in the room where
thousands of people who looked like me were all in
the room and talking about the future of the world
and building software and working for companies that you know

are changing the face of the planet, and so being
in a room like that before I was even involved
with afro Tech is the biggest professional thing I've ever
seen that changed the way I look at the world
and the opportunities that were available to people like me.
