Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hey everyone, we're back and welcome back to Golden Hour.
Thanks so much for joining us again. Boy, do we
have a show today for you?

Speaker 2 (00:16):
How you doing today's Susan? Great?

Speaker 1 (00:18):
Good, Kathy?

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Yes, all right, we're here today. We are back to
talk about the newest episode of the Golden Bachelor, and
there is so much to discuss. I gotta start. We
don't know where to start. Let's just say bachelination. Susan
and I are not happy today. We are not happy
after watch. That might be the understatement of the air,

(00:39):
but I got to say the intro when Robin, you know,
you see her saying self serving, self promotion, She's not honest.
I'm just gonna let you jump in because we are
talking about first things, first year. Let's talk about what
we both think about our friend to be Nicole.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Should we start with her and with because she might
start podcasts?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Oh no, I got other things. You go go jump in.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Let me start with Oh my goodness, Nicole. Seriously, she's
sitting there whispering about not dating Mel but she's dating
everyone in America, those that are watching and aren't watching.
It's about exposure. Then she sits down and tells the
girls everything, and one she.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Admits to be wanting to be an influencer.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Don't forget that, obviously, And I am going to confront
her when I meet her about how pretty they all are.
But we weren't so great looking on our show, really.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Nicole, Okay, so go ahead.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Why would you say something like that? I mean, obviously
you're you are there for the wrong reasons. Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
So Bachelor has a phrase right coming doing these things,
for being there for the right reasons and being there
for the wrong reasons. I have a metal that I
want to give to Nicole. It says you are there
for all the wrong reasons. We're going to put it
around her neck, and Nicole, it is the first annual,
but we may have to retire it with you. Just

(02:12):
retire it's yours, Kathy.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
How about when she presented the lemon bars and took
all the credit.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Okay, but wait, let's let's again. Here's my problem with Nicole.
I'm sure she's lovely, and I'll tell you why. I
say that women should support women, and that is my
problem as a golden myself, and as a Golden who
was on the Golden Bachelor, I have a real problem

(02:41):
with a woman, any woman who's part of our tribe,
part of the Bachelor family, saying pejorative negative things about
those of us who were on the show, and that
all the comments that came out of her mouth tell
me I'm sure she's a love person, but the fact
is it is not supportive to women. And that's what

(03:06):
I really struggle with.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
It's like, bold face, lie everyone. We saw everybody working
on the lemon bars in the kitchen, and honestly, she's
full of shit. Again, I'm going to give her a
that was a lie that she did all the work
and it made it with the.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah, well it is good TV. Let's be clear. And
to the extent that she's trying to get Mel's attention,
they you know, all's fair in love and war. I mean,
I'm not. The behavior I have an issue with is
being critical of other women and saying we didn't look
as good. I think that sends the wrong message to

(03:49):
people of our age and that's what I don't think.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
And what do you look like? What you're showing America,
this is who I am. I don't think that's very active.
Beauty goes way further than a look. Well, that's what
I suck in somebody's face. I'm sure I might like
you to call when I meet you, and I might not.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Because Nicole let me just Susan's one hundred percent Italian,
and if she doesn't like you, you might just want
to call in sick.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Just all the bullshit and just playing a part to
get somewhere is not what the Bachelor franchise stands for.
This is supposed to be about love.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
It's not only about love, Susan. You that's for you,
and I disagree. I don't think. I think it is
the framework. We all want people to fall in love.
We all hopefully there's a wedding at the end. But
I think it's about making friendships and connections.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
But if you're standing there bullshit and then calling everybody,
they didn't do anything. It's all me. She's trying to shine.
I think it's it's not attractive to me, though.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
I think you're saying it's disingenuous. She's not being genuine
to him. How many?

Speaker 1 (05:01):
How many when they walked away together and she is,
we are going to make good TV?

Speaker 2 (05:07):
What well? And guess what, Susan, she's got a lash.
She's gonna make really good TV. Here's the question. Do
you want to make really good TV and maybe make
a lot of enemies or is you know, is there
no is bad press still good press? I mean whatever.
I just have a problem with, uh, with calling out

(05:27):
women of a certain age because we don't look the
way they looked. Some of us did. Some of us did,
so I'm a problem with that. I want to talk
about the photo shoot.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
I enjoyed that that photo shoot. I loved when Cindy
was rolling and they were all looking, but I couldn't
help Debbie's face look so hurt.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
I mean, okay, so let's talk about that. I would
love nothing more Cindy and mel rolling around on that
beach shield fabulous in the bathing suit. Who wouldn't want
to be with their guy rolling on a beach making
out in the you know, golden hour in the in
the afternoon whatever. Of course, it's TV, so of course
there's a camera crew watching and filming. I mean the

(06:07):
women watching. Again, it's TV, so of course they're going
to have them watching so they can drool and say
I wish it was me, you know, I get that,
But that to me was like a lovely show of
their love is growing and I liked seeing that it
was not.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
As much as I liked so cute. She's just adorable.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
The other photoshoot was Debbie in the as a beach bride.
Given the fact that Debbie has never been married, I
thought that was very sweet. It brought me back though
to our season where Nancy was crying because she hadn't
been in a wedding gown since her wedding. People really
struggled with those wedding gowns. In this case, I was like, oh, Beatnae,

(06:53):
you got this one so right. First of all, it
wasn't really a wedding dress. It was a white slip dress,
kind of sexy, very pretty. Debbie's never been married. I thought,
this is sweet. You know, it could be who knows
how it ends up, It could be Debbie and Mel
having a beach wedding. I thought that was a sweet,
sweet moment. I love that.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Let's talk about our Mel for a second. First of all,
I get it he wants to kiss every single one
of them.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
I disagree his mark.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Well, I would want to kiss some.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
I don't think he wants to kiss any of them.
I don't always kiss him.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
I'm not talking about the kiss but just the fact
that he is kissing okay, and some of the things
that he says afterwards. He really loved that Nicole was
all about him.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
What man doesn't want to have it all about them? Well,
this is true, This is true. I mean that's you know,
men think with they have two heads, and usually the
thinking with the smaller of the two. Sorry, we got
to talk about we've we've the group day when he

(08:03):
said hate girls, I literally threw my straw at the
TV and said, hate girls. You know, come on their women.
I want to talk though about So I think we've
covered how we how we both feel about Nicole. I
can't wait to meet her. I'm gonna I'm just gonna
go with women supporting women. She said it. Maybe it

(08:23):
was taken out of context.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
I loved Robin showed a lot of class that she
was the one that said to mel not everyone's here
for the right reason. And she didn't mention any names.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
That kept it and then she went home. Yes, so
you know what, was she smart? I don't know you
think that's why he sent her home because I have
no idea. I was not there, but I just am
making a connection. She she said something she want to
but here, uh, I don't. I just have to be honest.
One more thing about Nicole. I don't see them together.

(08:57):
I think melt Me looks a little bit like a
deer in the headlights. At doesn't well, he doesn't seem
I want to get into the date with Peg. And
this is my preamble for his one on white Peg. Okay, okay,
well here's my preamble on it. I think that for
whatever reason, he is uncomfortable. I watch body language when

(09:20):
he's hugging them or kiss him. He's sort of looking away,
looking out. He doesn't really accept. With Cindy on the
on the surf making out session, he seems to be
into that, no pun intended. He sucks face, Yeah, but
we can't really see his face when he's sucking face
with Nicole. But the other women when he's kissing them,
his eyes are open. He seems stiff. I don't know

(09:43):
what that's about. I'm not condemning him for it. I'm
just when a man kisses me, and especially at our age,
come on, we know how to kiss. So I just
found the lot. So that brings me to the one
on one with Peg at the OC Fair. For those
of you who don't know.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
O C.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Fair is the Orange County Fair. Uh and she I
loved she? Wait, so she's she's so fun, she's he
talks about her high energy. She says she wants a
strong man. I watched that peg reminds me of me
in some way.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Yeah, she does that a lot.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
You know, rip him right out? Were you really going
to say you thought I liked.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
She reminded me of me because she was excitable and
hyper and she was winning the game, so she was
a better athlete than I am. That part could be you,
because she and I love that. She said, when you
accept this bear or whatever?

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Yes, and he said, we accept this monkey. Very cute. However,
did you notice the awkwardness when she put her arm
that The essay used to call it the pregnant pause. Right,
you think he's going to lean in and he doesn't.
I didn't see. I go back and watch Susan. He's
she's kind of encouraging him. We're women, we know how

(10:58):
to do that, right. She he sort of puts her
arm on him. She's leaning in, He's not leaning in.
He says, I love her energy.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
He loves that she's herself.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Yeah, herself. But I don't see him. I see him
having a good To me, it looks like he's having
a good time with a Peg. Seems like a lot
of fun.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
But she was singing to him when they went to
see Casey in the Sunshine.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
I think he was sorry, what did you just say?

Speaker 1 (11:26):
What in the Sunshine?

Speaker 2 (11:28):
She was singing to him.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
He's looking at seeknew the words Kathy.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
He didn't No. My point is he's looking at her like, yeah,
you having fun? Like I don't see him, you know,
putting his arms around her, snuggling into her, kissing her
during the music.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
He pulled her in. He pulled her in. I think
that's mel I don't think he's the forward. He's waiting
for them to come to him because he's sitting back
and he's trying all the flavors until he makes his decision.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
We're almost halfway through the show and I don't other
than Cindy, other than Cindy and that makeout session, I'm
not I want to see him. I think Peg is
a blast. I keep trying to wash her head of hair.
If I'm being honest, I want her head of hair
and I want her cleavage. Okay, that's I've said it.
But she seems like a blast. But I just don't

(12:22):
see him engaging at the same level she is.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
Have you seen him engage at any of the other
woman's level.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
No, That's why I say to you, it may just
be him. He seems a little stiff, almost like he
doesn't know how to proceed, which I find interesting given
that he was an NFL player, so he definitely was
in the public eye. Now he's a sports attorney, so
he's used to being around people. Yet I feel like

(12:51):
he's a little I feel like he needs us. Susan,
here's the now. You need Susan and me to come
and give you, Susan and Kathy the Golden Men. We
really do I mean, I mean, I guess that's what
I'm saying. You know, he said he said that I
don't see him being as vulnerable, I guess is what
I would like. And to your point, where the show

(13:14):
is about finding love, that obviously is one of the
main points. I'm not it should be. I'm not seeing
him being as vulnerable as I would like.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
I don't think he got hit with the the heartache
yet he hasn't attached himself. He I don't see.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
That's what I'm agreeing.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
He's not really falling in love yet for us to
what we're viewing. Maybe something secret inside and he has
a good way of hiding it, but he's just going
with the flow. The women are doing everything, but that's
also part of the show. You've got to show him.
And I noticed a lot of them are starting to
open up. They're starting to tell them I'm getting feelings

(13:58):
for you, yeah, and so on.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
Uh. Two things that I wrote down that I about Peg.
I agree with everything you just said. Mel said her,
which it's the things that I hear on the TV,
and you're right, we don't see at all. But when
Mel said to her, I can't get in the way
of your fun, I felt like you're gonna laugh. I
felt like it was two toddlers with parallel play and

(14:25):
she was the tor having fun. It's like he said,
I don't want to get in the way of your fun.
I thought that was so like it's about a one
on one date to see if you have a connection,
but he's saying I don't want to get in a way
of your fun, Like that's not.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
What Pe was definitely the aggressor and I loved every
minute of it. When she was at the concerts a dance,
you know, like, let's go Mel, let's go show me something, Mel,
what do you got?

Speaker 2 (14:51):
Well, I'm waiting to see it. I mean I did
say what like?

Speaker 1 (14:55):
But is he boring?

Speaker 2 (14:56):
Is that it?

Speaker 1 (14:59):
Maybe he's uncomfortable because he is on national TV and
microphones are everywhere, you know, maybe dating like.

Speaker 2 (15:08):
Maybe, but you think he'd be used to it by now.
I think it was Peg who said it's another of
these overarching themes for me this season. She said she
felt safe with him. I believe, and I just keep thinking,
I don't know where that's necessarily coming from, because I'm

(15:29):
just being honest. I haven't met Mel. I want to
meet him. I'm sure you know I'll love him to
pieces if I were dating him, if I were on
that one on one date and I have that outgoing personality.
I want a guy who puts his arm around me,
who tells me how glad he is that we have
this time. I want him to kiss me. I want
the I sound like Susan Knowles here. I want those

(15:50):
romantic aspects and I'm getting like I said too, tomlins Hill.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
Sandbox romantic aspect on the bar walk. I mean that's
a fair you know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (16:00):
When they're behind the music at the well's case. Yes,
I'm saying that could have been this romantic. I don't know.
I'm not feeling it. I'm not seeing it.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
Have you seen something that you're feeling with him with
somebody else?

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Have you seen the only person I am? I mean, uh,
I think I think Cindy for sure. I just I
just feel that and seeing him make out with her
in the you know, I like you as much as
you like me. I think that Carol. I think he's
intrigued by Carol's shyness, you know. I think he or

(16:37):
maybe he just feels, you know, simpatico, maybe because that's
maybe that's the way he is, and.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
There's things in common with the sports and such.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Yes, I think that he likes Debbie just I think
that he thinks she's sweet, you know, I think and
they have the one Cheryl. I mean, that's the thing.
I see four or five six women.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
Jerry like, I was surprised should we get to the
rose part of this?

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Did you have guessed?

Speaker 1 (17:03):
Did you have a feeling who was going to leave?

Speaker 2 (17:08):
Wait? I would come yes, I did. Wait one other
thing that Debbie said to him, and I love you know,
I don't know. Again, I don't know. Why can you
just say overarching theme again? Did you find it? I
found it extremely interesting in this day and age where
we all see color. Let's be clear, we you and

(17:29):
I walk with that white backpack of privilege. You know,
I shouldn't speak for you, but I certainly do. I
would date a black man. I you know, my kids
have dated inter racially. I don't have a problem with it,
but that is certainly something that is newer to generations
preceding us. Would you agree, yes? I do. Okay, So
when Debbie brings up the fact that Mel's dad was

(17:52):
black or half black, whatever and asked him about his mom,
I found that I wanted to celebrate that, Like I
I I want Boutcher to celebrate different because.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
There isn't anything wrong with it, but just having it
out loud spoken.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
Yeah, but as opposed to just sliding into a conversation.
I don't know what. I just I love that. I
love the fact that that that that came out.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
I also love the fact that when he was in
some serious conversations that he shared that his wife was
about to get married. He wanted to go to the wedding,
and yeah, they were Who was it he was talking
to at that point.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
It was either Debbie Carroll one of them. But that's
why I say. And then I don't know, but you know,
Cindy telling him he wants to be chosen. I just
feel like we're hearing the same things over and over again.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
And I'm right, we're four weeks now. You've got to
start telling him how you feel. You know how it goes.
You got to put yourself out there and let him
know I am interested.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
Yeah, where and gart we you know, we.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Were becoming friends and we had friendships all over the house.
I see some friendships forming there and as the women left,
they were all about that, which was beautiful. But it's
totally different than our season.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
Again, you've said it a hundred times and you're not
wrong when I just there's these one liners that to me,
it's like you just hear the one liners and that's
that tells how I feel about this this track.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
Do you remember yours? There was a lot of them.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
Mel says, each one of them deserves love. It's almost
like he's talking in third person. Like, no, Mel, you're
the guy. You're supposed to fall in love with one
of them. So I'm glad that each of them deserves loves. Mel,
find one and pick her.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
And when you come into the room and you say,
my future wife is in this room, I want you
to feel it when you say it, Helena convincing me.
Or maybe we are so off the chart. Maybe he
picks nobody, maybe.

Speaker 2 (20:09):
It's all maybe he's not ready. Okay, Susan, here, here's
here's the primer for Mel. Let's see, mal. If you're listening,
close your eyes. When you kiss a woman, do not look,
you know, into the to the wild frontier, to the
sunset across the lake. Oh, keep your eyes on your girl,
put your arm around her, bring her in for a case.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
And her eyes feeling meaning. But maybe he's not feeling.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
So okay, But try to try to find it. Mel.
And you know what, if you really are feeling excited,
you know, touch her ass, you know, bring her in
for a good hug. I mean, come on, do we
really have to teach him. Let's talk about the women
that went home. Jerry, who I love and I think

(20:55):
they had a good relationship. Well, so Robin I think
he Robin is a strong well, she's been on our podcast.
She is a strong, independent, successful woman. And Susan. I
hate to say it if mel is quote unquote afraid
of her. She's too much for him. You know what

(21:16):
I'm going to say, He's just not enough for her.
I think Robin's fabulous, so that didn't surprise me. She
went home Jerry. I think they get along well, but
I just don't think he felt any romantic.

Speaker 1 (21:28):
You know, nobody good news for Jerry. As you know,
we had her on a podias and she has embraced
her own life again right like she's ready and it
did that for her.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
So she's yes, And in fact that was in my
notes when she said that at the end. She reminds
me of you in that way she's embracing her own life.
She's a happy girl. So I love that. Robin. Sorry,
rock Sande getting cut my one of my hometown girls
from Austin. I don't know Roxanne obviously, you know, I

(22:01):
haven't met well. I met her at the when we
did the Pajama party, but I mean I don't know her.
But my guess is from meeting her and seeing her,
I don't think Roxanne jumped into the game enough and
by the game, I mean, that's my.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Forward And that's another personality trait, like if you're not
a forward person and you're uncomfortable, like Carol talks that
she's not and she gets, you know, tongue tied and all.
But she's up there. She's doing it. You know, she's
making herself do it. Where I didn't see a lot that.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
That's the thing. We didn't see it with Roxanne. But
I said, but just Roxanne's demeanor. So I mean I
think I think, you know, the trains leaving the station
from Mel right, he's he's down to what six women?

Speaker 1 (22:50):
Now? Yes? And the alls I could think about last
night was Teresa and Leslie after the hometowns and yeah,
crying and that feeling and I see I could be wrong. Oh,
Debbie and Cindy.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
What crime.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
Somebody's going to be crushed.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
Oh, I don't know. I mean, we're not there yet.
We're not there yet, Debbie. I mean, I don't know.
I feel like I'm not getting the sense from Mel. Uh,
Debbie to me is a we don't know. I mean again,
I look at this as as a woman, as a

(23:34):
golden woman. Honestly, I have a hard time fitting her
into the puzzle of the show, only because there's very
few women I think on our show we have more
widow we had I think one or two that had
never been married, and and Debbie never having been married.

(23:56):
That is a hard for me. Not a hard, not impossible,
but a hard square peg to put into a round hole.
It can be done, but it's gonna You're gonna have
to file off some of those edges.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
Right saying, when you meet a guy and you're here,
he's never been married.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
Is I run? I run? Iron I told you that
I dated. I mean, I wouldn't blame mel for that,
because if you've put your career in your own life first. Again,
I'm saying, this is not a contestant as a person.
If you have put yourself first, your entire life and
you don't have children, you know, you've don't have a

(24:35):
spouse or a partner or whatever, you're not gonna You're
not gonna share very well. You're not gonna be willing
to compromise because you've never had to. I'm not sure. Well,
I know I wouldn't. I told you you know this.
I dated one guy who had never been married, and
boy did I learn my lesson. So I wouldn't blame

(24:56):
mel for if that doesn't go to the end. I
think that is a hard deal to make.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
But you get to know the person, and she's a
beautiful person.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
No, it's nothing against Debbie.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
So I feel like she'll never get anybody because she
hadn't tried it, because.

Speaker 2 (25:14):
I think, again, I don't have enough information. I know
that she was very career driven, but I know I
know lots of people. My daughter's career driven. Uh, she's
she's married. I don't, I don't. I think there's more
of the story. It's all I'm saying. And I think
she's beautiful and lovely and looked damn hot in that
white beach babe, and I.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
Was so happy when he called her name first. It
was like, yeah, she breathes, you know what I mean,
And Cindy and so on.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
I think it's I think it's like I said, I'm
I am struggling because more because I want everyone to
find love. I want Golden's. I want the world to
see that goldens can meet and fall in love, whether
it's on National TV, the grocery store, on a dating app,
and so I want this for mel and I want

(26:04):
it for one of the women, and I want it
for me. So it's you know, I'm rooting them on
as I'm down in ice cream and throwing straws at
the TV.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
Come on, mel, can I tell you what I did
last night with that comment that Nicole make I still
can't get past it.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
Well, right, Cole.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
I went and looked at our group photo when our
show started. We were all in black, very sophisticated, classy,
and then their group photo is how I really dress
in bright colors. Every single one of them had long hair.
They looked younger than our crew, but.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
Yes, not better. Well, hey, I so agree with you.
I don't think listen, you know what I kind of
want to do, Susan. I kind of want to lose
fifteen pounds.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Please, Cathy, you being visible? That is just disgusting.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
You let me finish. Let me finish wear a bikini,
which means I need a tummy tuck. I need you
to put hair extensions in and I don't know, get
stiletto heels and say hey, can I be one of you? Now?

Speaker 1 (27:06):
A lot of them that's their hair, and some of
them had extensions. I get it. There's just a lot
of them had extension what they cast it, that's what
they looked for this time.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
But you diffee, I'm not against it.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
Are you against it at all?

Speaker 2 (27:19):
I think they look great and that's what I'm saying.
It's not better or worse than us. I'm making jokes
when I say, you know, I want to be one
of them. I mean I I just want our golden
group and their golden group. I want people.

Speaker 1 (27:33):
At big Family now.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
Yeah, And I am and continue to be a hopeful
romantic And so I think that's why, just to close
this out, I think that's why you and I are
struggling a little bit uh with this because you and
I really do believe in love. Not for each other,
but we love each other. But you know what I'm saying,

(27:55):
and so we want we want the behavior to reflect that.
We want positive behavior models. That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
You know how they tease you for next week's episode?

Speaker 2 (28:07):
Yeah, keep talking?

Speaker 1 (28:08):
What are your thoughts?

Speaker 2 (28:10):
Well, what specifically are you asking about?

Speaker 1 (28:12):
I mean, I was just dumbfound that I couldn't get
past Nicole. I'm sorry, I just can't Nicole. I can't
wait to meet you in person.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
I mean, I think next I you know, I don't
want to. I don't. I think I'm looking forward to
next week. I want to see. But I'm really hoping
that Mel really does that you started feeling show me more.
I want to see that kiss where I believe that
he's falling in love, that he's not saying you all

(28:43):
deserve love, as if there's some guy in the wings
that's coming out in ten minutes. And I want to
believe it of.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
Him when he's with each woman and he says the
right things and afterwards in the little interview part he
says positive things, but I just don't feel it right
and personality, we might be way off base. Maybe that's
just who he is and he is feeling it. I'm hoping.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Yeah. Well, all I can say is next week we're
nearing in on halfway. I think we're there.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Actually, no, after we have one more roast sermon and
then it's hometowns.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
Right right, That's what I'm saying. More. The season is
is before we know what it's going to be over,
and I can't wait to see what next week brings.
I just need to before I watch next week's season
I'm telling you right now, I'm getting rid of every
ice cream. I don't eat ice cream. I was so
frestrayal last nightday.

Speaker 1 (29:35):
I literally, what's frustrat at you? Because his kisses weren't
sincere and he was looking around. You don't think it
was nerves, you feelings?

Speaker 2 (29:42):
I don't know. I'm just telling you I feel like
I'm not feeling it. So I ate my feelings. That's
what I did, feelings last with ice cream. I ate
my feelings. Thanks a lot, mel, I gained five pounds
and it's your fault.

Speaker 1 (29:54):
And the colle it's me and you, babe.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
With that, can hardly way predict next week.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
Yep, And thank you all for tuning in. And you
know what, I love you people that definitely send me
feedback every week. I mean, I have a best friend
out there. She details everything we say, Kathy, and it's
to both of us, of course, but I love her input.
And guess what, ninety nine percent of the time she
agrees with us.

Speaker 2 (30:22):
I love that.

Speaker 1 (30:23):
Yes, right, that's never happened. Yeah, but we want to
know what you guys think.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
We really let us know till next week.
