Speaker 1 (00:02):
All right, and welcome into the Betting Pros College Football Show.
And what don't you know at Week seven is almost here,
which means it's time for us to make our parlay
picks for the occasion. I'm your host, Seth Wilcock, joined
by a couple of big game hunters, Terrell Furman Junior
and Scott Bogman. Real quick shout out to everyone hanging
out with us on the Bank Pros YouTube channel and

(00:24):
the audio feed. We see you, We appreciate you. Please
give this video a thumbs up if you enjoyed this
type of content, and make sure you subscribe to the
channel if you're new so you don't miss a moment
of CPP betting coverage this year. And before we get
to Week seven's multi leg wagers, let's look back at
our most recent hits and missus. Emphasis on the missus

(00:45):
Trella's start with you, man, it was two out of
three that you missed this past week. But A and
M did come through for you though.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Yeah it was oh you know what, and we did
have a moojo change and for the first time I
did not hit majority of the lakes on my parlay
and so uh, yes, we're gonna have to change the mojo.
He had to get here this week.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Okay, but it wasn't enough. The cleansing was not enough
last week, is what you're telling me?

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you know what. I'll bet against Miami
every time, and so it's all good. It's all good.
Texas A and m had a nice win. It will
bounce back here.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
We should find whatever team Terrell hates the most. That's
gonna be the National championship team. Last year was Ohio
State calling for Ryan Day's job the whole year, all
the way up.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
Through the National Championship. This year it's Mario Crystaball.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
So if you remember, though, Terrell actually extend got an
olive branch extended to him from the Ohio State fan
base so late in that run. So he kind of
jumped on him a little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Because I told you, after you lose the Michigan is
nowhere further down you can go. You literally get you're
coaching for your job every week. I would have loved
for him to lose the national tidle where they get
fired rafter. That would have been hilarious. But no, they wait,
they winning. They haven't lost this. They lost the Michigan.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Bogman for you that you did hit two out of
three and your favorite bet back by your favorite team
did not come through for you.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
I should have known better, you know. I should have
known better than to bet on my favorite team. It's
a stupid proposition. Every single time. It's like losing twice.
And like you said, I hit the two other legs.
If I would have just cut this leg out, I
would have got another parlay hit. So I'm gonna give
you another three piece this week, and if this doesn't hit,
we're going.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
Back down to twos and tony two.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
Okay, So yeah, I'm we're on the borderline there. But
I feel good again about this.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
One, so we'll see.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Feeling good, feeling good. I was also one for three
last week. Texas money line did not come through against Florida.
The Navy alt over did not come through as well
against Air Force. Should have just been, you know, on
the team total rather than the spread there. And then
Minnesota on the alt under that did come through against
Ohio States. So boys, we're shaking things up again. Boggs,

(02:55):
you're gonna start us off this week. What do you
have for us? Any Texas Longhorns plays on the card.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Absolutely not. And by the way, my mic arm broke.
Maybe that's good luck. I'm just holding this microphone the
whole time, which is style looks weird. Yeah, but look,
we're gonna take some team total unders. We're gonna pick
on some offenses here. First, we're gonna pick on the
Wisconsin offense. Right, it's been bad this entire season. The
defense plays well and they could possibly even win this

(03:23):
game against Iowa because Iowa's not scoring many points. But
we saw Iowa hold Indiana to twenty points. I think
that was a pretty big feat. We know Terrell's pointed out,
and he pointed out to us in that game that
we both picked against him and we lost. That Iowa
at home is just a different team. So let's go

(03:43):
with Iowa holding Wisconsin to under fourteen and a half points.
I'm gonna go with a road team a road defense
to hold a home team under as well. We talked
about it on the last show. One of my favorite
bets of the week is this Illinois under sixteen and
a half versus Ohio State. Isle State's defense has just
been overwhelming. Luke Altmeyers track record against upper echelon defenses

(04:06):
is horrible, routinely under two hundred yards and only scored
seventeen points in the last couple of seasons as a
starter against one of those good squads that was South
Carolina in the bowl game. So we're gonna go under
sixteen and a half for Illinois, So a couple negatives,
then we're gonna take some points for a home dog.
Maryland plus six and a half at home against Nebraska.

(04:26):
They should have beat Washington. They chunked it at the end,
but Malik Washington has this offense looking good. That Maryland
defense is very underrated as well. I think they're gonna
play well. This is you know, a decent travel game
for Nebraska also, So yeah, give me Maryland plus six
and a half at home and you might be able
to wait on this because this was five and a

(04:47):
half a day ago, so maybe it all lines up
to seven and a half if you want to do it.
Just to get that hook as well. I don't hate
adjusting on that bet. But our official lines are gonna
be was under fourteen and a half, Illinois under sixteen
and a half, and Maryland plus six and a half.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
That is going to be my.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Parlay and that will get you plus six sixty two.
So if I hit this one, I can I can
miss the rest of them and still be up money
at the end of the year.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
But hopefully we get this one. I'm feeling pretty good
about it.

Speaker 1 (05:20):

Slash Premium and Boggs. If we go down, we go
down together, my friend, because I got a two leg
parlay plus one ninety three on the payout easy there.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Yay.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
We're just trying to get it. We're just trying to
get something to the window here, Torell. I ain't trying
to be greedy. I ain't trying to be greedy. And
my first leg I am taking the Illinois team total under.
But I'm gonna alt this up to seventeen and a
half minus one thirty versus Ohio State. I said it
on the Early Line Show this week. This is the
most elite defense I've seen, maybe ever over a two

(06:24):
year stretch, specifically on the goal line there. Maddy p
has the boy's rolling right now, allowing just four point
eight yards per play under two hundred and fifteen yards
per game, the third best in the country. And he's
done it against pretty good competition, honestly, allowing an average
of just five points per game this season with a
max of nine. And now we're expecting the ninety fifth

(06:45):
ranked total offense and Luke Altmeyer, who box as you
pointed out, consistently underperformed in big spots against the elite
of the Big ten, to come in and change that.
I thought sixteen and a half was a wild number
to begin with. I'm just gonna take seventeen and a
half just so I'm covered on that hook. And then
leg two, we're doing it, boys, We're doing it to
be Penn State total over on the alt line thirty

(07:09):
three and a half minus one forty two against Northwestern
the Nitny Lions are at home and they are ticked off. Man,
they are ticked off. The fan base is ticked off,
the boosters are ticked off. I think they're gonna put
on a big show in Beaver Stadium here. Penn State's
offense really hasn't been the problem this whole season, aside
from that first half against Oregon in the white Out,

(07:31):
twentieth in scoring offense thirty eight point six points per game,
and Drew Aller he was pretty solid, honestly, in the
second half against UCLA. I will say the receivers. I
was expecting a little bit more from Hudson and Penya
at this point. They have been getting jammed on the
line a ton, But I don't think that will be

(07:51):
a huge issue here against Northwestern, and specifically because I
think we're gonna have a run heavy approach in this game.
It's a very mediocre rushing defense. Also think we see
more k Tron Allen here, who I don't know if
Singleton is hurt, I don't know if he just doesn't
have that explosion right now, but k Tron Allen seems
to be the better Penn State running back, averaging seven
yards per carry right now. The last two times these

(08:13):
teams faced off, Penn State scored forty one points. I
just need them to get to thirty three and a
half here to hit this total. So again, that's Illinois
on the al team total under seventeen and a half
minus one thirty eight against Ohio State leg two. Penn
State on the team total alted two thirty three and
a half minus one forty two against Northwestern's gonna pay

(08:33):
out at plus one ninety three. So Bogs wearing this together.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
My friend, listen, if you want to just get rid
of the Illinois team total under Wisconsin under fourteen and
a half in Maryland, plus six and a half will
pay you plus two anyone. I'm just gonna throw that
out there randomly for no reason at all. But look,
the logic is there on this Illinois under there. There

(08:58):
were pointed out reasons why we're taking it. It's up
to Ohio State to come through for us. So we'll see,
and we know Terrell doesn't really agree with us on
that one, so yeah, we'll see what happens there. But look,
I like it, and listen, Penn State still plays at
a top thirty pace. So if they are angry, I

(09:18):
think Northwestern is a team that can take out some
angron So I.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
Come on, Codal Nikki, we need you, We need you
after what New House did to us last week out
there in California, Soterrell, we have four games we talked
about so far with the parlay picks all here in
Big ten Country. Are you keeping it in the best
conference in the nation.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
Yeah, let's go ahead and talk about the SEC.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
That's the conference I want.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
To talk about here, and we'll kick things off because
road Rass faces back after thirteen long years. And I
mean a thirteen year time out is crazy, by the way,
but it was. It was so worthy. Dude, Dude, like,

(10:09):
this is kids. You want to learn a lesson if
you get if you're doing something you're not supposed to do,
you're more than likely gonna get caught. He got into
an accident, He got into an accident with somebody he
was not supposed to be in an accident with. And
oh man, but what does he do? He coaches up

(10:31):
a great offense. What did you do? As soon as
they got Sam Pullport Pickman out of air, they just
went ahead and got rid of the defensive staff and said,
you know what you're done. We don't need you do
I think it's gonna fix the defense. Absolutely not. But
it doesn't matter because now the gloves are off. Now
Patrino was going out there to give his best effort,
and we've seen Tennessee have a shootout at home. You're

(10:54):
telling me Patrino goes out here with Taylor Green, who
I still think is a capable quarterback with an offense
that I do still think it's a capable offense, and
he's gonna give them the best possible game plan in
his first game back coaching in thirteen years. Oh yes,
twelve and a half points. Absolutely give me the Arkansas
raising Backs plus twelve and a half on the road.

(11:16):
Gainst Tennessee. Way too many points. Tennessee can win the game. Fine,
too many points. This is a shootout. Play number two
still an sec. Give me Texas A and M laying
seven and a half against Florida. It is way too
much of a letdown spot for Florida. Big big, big, big,
big win against Texas at home. Now they're going on

(11:38):
the road. It just went on the road against Miami,
just went on the road against LSU. Did look good
in either one of those games. People were even considering
if DJ Lagway was even a real quarterback. At times
like that's how bad their play has been on the road.
I don't think it's gonna get any better. Kid in
college station here. I think that they had their nice
little moment at home getting that win. But now they
come back down and are playing against the number five

(11:59):
seen in the country, and I think Mike Elko has
them ready to go. He's gotten them looking better every
week after week after week after week. And so I
like Texas A and M laying seven and a half.
This number is too short. And then with that I
get to go into the late slate with a plus
four thirty eight ticket on Utah money Line. You don't

(12:21):
go into rice equals and just think you're gonna win games,
doesn't matter, doesn't matter what you have on the field.
This team is getting up at home. They have had
time to think about the Texas A and M loss.
They went on the road and had a great game
plus a bye against WVU. I think they come back

(12:42):
and it's a big twelve play here, ready to go,
locked and loaded and ready to make a statement against
number one, the number twenty one team in the country
for now. Good spot where you got one of those
unranked home favorites going up against a ranked road dog.
So give me utah just getting done on the money line.
I'm not asking for much more. Normally I don't do that,
but I trust my use to just go ahead and

(13:03):
get a win at home. So add all that together
you get plus four thirty eight, a little bit smaller
that I normally do. But it's been a while since
I hate one. So let's get on the board.
