Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome and everybody to betting pros. It's time to place
your bets. And it's be Joey P. Joe P's apea,
and this is bp NFL. It's Monday Night Football for
Week seven. We got another doubleheader. Whether you like it
or not, it's Scott Bogman and I are going to
talk about those games, how to wager on them. And look,
we've got one premium game and.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Another one that should be okay, it should be fine,
but it would be fine if it was a standalone game.
But instead we got to put it in direct competition
with another game. And you know what, I just don't
care for that. I like to watch the standalone games.
It's standalone games. And Thursday Night proved yet Againstcott Bogman,
Joey P is the Thursday Night football whisperer. Let me
tell you, not only did those Bengals cover Hey one outright,
(00:42):
Joe Flacco put on quite a performance, and Mike Tumblow
was right, what the hell you doing trading a quarterback
in your division?
Speaker 1 (00:48):
At least we were right about one thing. All of
us too. Every tight end was usable for the targets
went to tight ends. I got my John who Smith touchdown?
You got? Was it a fire booth? Did you got
a friedmooth tat?
Speaker 3 (01:00):
I had a big washed Darneld Washington.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
That's what you had. Everybody ate it didn't matter. That
was all fine, But defenses didn't well, Jamar Chase did
so sgjoep is also back on the board, and that's
all that really matters.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
At the end of the day.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
He was a revelation and I'll take the big l man.
I didn't think Flak was gonna have that big of
a passing game. I just thought it was all going
to Jamar Chase. I was half right. It all went
to Jamar Chase. But my god, the share was one
sixty four. It was pretty good.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Yeah, just ridiculous. Thursday night game. Thursday night game should
be illegal teams that are not coming off a bye week. Look,
I've said that for non stealer games too, like Thursday
should wait until by weeks happened, and teams coming off
by weeks to play on Thursday. That should be the
Thursday night window and that's it. Teams on four days rest.
(01:51):
There's no defense. The results are wild. I just they're insane.
So hate it. Obviously largely dis pointed, But I text
a bunch of people after that big Pat touchdown that
he scored too soon, And I was exactly right. And
t Higgins's genius play to lay down on that. By
(02:12):
the way, I think Al Michaels called him brilliant, very
very smart play there. I mean, if you're Cincinnati, maybe
you don't want to depend on a kicker, so I understand,
like if he would have scored, I would have been
okay with it. But such a smart play. And Flacco
comes in and gets another come from behind when the
unk ball that they said, you know, it was like
(02:32):
when a rod was reading leading them down the field.
They scored in three plays or whatever it was. It
was Aaron Rodgers has thirty nine comebacks in the fourth quarter,
and then it was Joe Flacco has twenty eight comebacks
in the fourth quarter. Like there's these ridiculous numbers from
those veterans.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
It was crazy. And look at Joe Flacco gets another
shot at the Ravens again too, but this time with
his best friend Jamar Chase. That's happening in November, late November.
Circle your calendars, everybody. Hopefully everyone makes it there. But yeah,
a wild one, but again. We're here for Monday Night football,
so let's subscribe to the channel. Everybody, let's talk about

Nick Chubb signed helmet. All right, here we go Monday
Night Football. Tampa Bay is five and one going against
Detroit four and two Tampa Baker Mayfield underdogs on the road.
Plus six right now is the best number you get
on VP on this one minus five and a half
(03:51):
on Detroit fifty two and a half of the over,
fifty three and a half of the under plus two
thirty three for the money line for Tampa. It's definitely
in play for me. I'll tell you you know, this
is what you do. Baker Mayfield as an underdog on
the road always pays. I'm gonna play it safe, though,
I'm gonna play it instead. Just give me the points,
give me the six or the five and a half,
whatever you're getting at your book here, and I'll take
(04:14):
the over on the fifty two and a half. I
actually really do like this game. Mike Evans is getting
a day of rest on Friday, but he's supposed to
practice Saturday for Monday, so it looks like he's gonna play.
So that's great. But to me, this is again part
of the Baker Mayfield story where the Detroit Lions, if
they lose at home to the Buccaneers, the Buccaneers are
in the pole position here for this number one spot
(04:34):
in the NFC. The Eagles have problems, the Lions are imperfect.
A lot of teams there in the West, so that's
a hot mess over there. I'm telling you right now,
Tampa Bay could give themselves a buy potentially can get
themselves in a pole position there to get two home
games and a trip to the Super Bowl, and winning
this game means a lot towards that. And once again
you count up Baker Mayfield. This is what my MVP
(04:55):
boy does. So I'm taking this and I'm I'm oddly
confident about it. Boggs, I don't know what your thoughts
on this game are, but I'm taking the points with
the Buccaneers here. Maybe they don't get a victory, but again,
Baker on the road as an underdog typically he does
come out victorious.
Speaker 3 (05:13):
I like the over in this game. I don't really
care about the side. I would probably take Detroit because
Tampa Bay is very beat up right now. They've got
a lot of injuries right specifically on defense. Levante David
got a DNP recently, obviously, Noah Mecha Booker, Chris Godwin
this one. Bucky is done as well, but Zion McCullum
is less than one hundred percent. They're beat up. The
(05:35):
Lions have a couple guys beat up too, in the secondary,
Terry and Arnold Kirby, Joseph of Vante Maddox and then
on the line Alee McNeil DJ Reader still not practicing yet,
so I think there's gonna just be a lot of
points in this game. You and I were going through
it before we jumped on, and you were looking at
the any time touchdowns in this game. There's like five
(05:56):
or six guys that are minus in this wild so it's.
Speaker 1 (06:00):
Just to run through them. Jamier Gibbs minus one ninety five,
David Montgomery minus one forty a mon rob minus one fifteen,
Rashad White minus one ten, Mike Evans minus one oh five,
kot and minus one oh six. Half a dozen of guys.
I don't remember the last time I've seen half a
dozen guys at minus money. It's definitely that's definitely an anomaly.
That's not something you check out very often.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
In this offense. For for Detroit is still really good, right,
you still have everybody's healthy there. You saw Amnra, you
saw Laporta and Gibbs and Montgomery so and indoor cat
for Jared Goff. There's gonna be a lot of weather
this weekend too, By the way, everybody just double triple
check your bets before you place them. Lots of weird weather,
especially throughout the middle of the country. This weekend on
(06:42):
Saturday too for your college bets, so just be aware
of it. But yeah, I'm liking the indoor cat. But
I don't know, it doesn't matter what side you're on here,
just take the points. It's go over on This.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
Over certainly does seem like the way to go. I
mean sometimes when things are very obvious, it becomes like,
oh wow, you know it's it's so public whatever, but
like it's the course field of the NFL, man that
the games just go over there all the time. So uh,
and look, this should be a highly contested one too
between these two teams. Detroit needs this game after a
bad they do loss against Casey, and I think Tampa
wants this game too. They've got something to prove. But
(07:17):
what what Tampa's got to be thinking of themselves? How
are we underdogs? What more do we have to do
to get respect? Minus a touchdown? A touchdown, bro a touchdown?
Speaker 3 (07:27):
Detroit? I don't care about Detroit. They're really good. They've
been good for three years.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
So yeah, gosh, I remember we get their doors blowed
off of the playoffs by a rookie quarterback. Though it's
oh yeah it was last year. Yeah, just last year. Yeah,
actually it was this year. Technically it was January, so
that long ago. So they were they're real good.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
Then they had all their cour I understand. I understand
saying I think they get this game, but this I
will not be betting on the side. I'm taking them.
Speaker 1 (07:54):
Over with you like I'm Baker Mayfield.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
Throw fourteen touchdowns. I don't care.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
I'm trying to show Detroit some respect. So that's why
I'm just taking the points today. I don't want to
upset everybody here. All right, let's talk about the next
one here. Houston Texans two and three the Seattle Seahawks
four and two. Seattle is at home. Their three point favorites.
The best number you're getting on Houston plus three and
a half forty and a half or the over forty
two and a half for the under plus one sixty
three on the money line for the Houston Texans minus
(08:22):
one sixty six on Seattle. Boggs, this game is a
hard pass may I'm right in terms of the game itself,
it's got four outcomes written all over it. I respect Seattle.
I think the line is right. I think this is normal.
This is what you're looking for. The values on the
Texans pulling up an upset. So if anything, maybe just
take the Texans money line and hope that they can
somehow squeak one out. But I just think that's disrespectful
(08:44):
to Seattle at home, with the way that defense is played,
and frankly, the way Sam Donald's played too.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
Sam Donald has been so much better than I thought
he was going. Yeah, me too, dude. I actually avoided
JSN in some drafts because I thought, look, we saw
Sam Donald collapse for me Minnesota at the end. He's
not gonna get many opportunities to pass the ball in Seattle.
They're gonna be run heavy, and if he screws that up,
they're gonna go to Jaln Milroe. At some point late
(09:09):
he blew that out of the water. I mean, I
saw him against my Steelers, right. I watched every single
throw in that game. He looks awesome this year. Now
he is going up against a very tough defense. As
bad as Houston's offense has been, their defense has been
as strong the other way. They are. Good Will Anderson
leading this squad. I just like the under I don't know,
(09:30):
if I really like a side here, I'd probably take
the home team here again, but I don't like the side.
It's a big travel game for Houston, but I would
take the under because neither one of these offenses are
really clicking. Defenses are playing great, and that's how I
go about it. But again, let's stick to props for
this game. Over is the only thing I really like
between both these games. We're talking game lines. Yeah, I'm
(09:52):
just hard for Detroit and that's.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
It hard passing the whole thing for me. Just give
me just inject the other game into my veins. That's
all I want. I just want this Tampa and Troy game.
Speaker 3 (10:02):
If you're gonna go to bed early, you're gonna wake
up and see the results of Houston Seattle probably pack
off to like ten year time, right.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Oh yeah, no way, Like maybe i'll see the first half.
Maybe i'll sleep, Especially on Monday. We've got four shows

Sunday's a long day.

to the props here, which is where we want to live.
Let's start with Alman Ross Brown's seventy four and a
half receiving yards. I feel like it's gonna be a
lot of overs here today. Boggs just putting that out there,
(12:11):
so I assume this one's and.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
Over, Yeah, over seventy four and a half. He was
fourteen for seven and seventy seven yards against Tampa Bay
in the playoffs. He hit this in three of five
weeks so far this year and number ones against against
Tampa Bay here London had eight for fifty five, Nico
three for fifty two, but Garrett Wilson ten for eighty four.
They've done a good job against some AJ Brown obviously
(12:32):
wasn't very good. But Kendrick Bourne last week nine targets,
five catches on one hundred and forty two yards. I'm
okay on the catches here. I believe it's seven and
a half for a Manra. It might have been. I
think it bumped up from six and a half yesterday,
but the yards I think are just easier from him
to hit. We expect this to be a lot of scoring.
Zion McCullum is going to play in this game, but
(12:53):
he's clearly not one hundred percent. So I just I
like a Manra in this game. And it was kind
of tough to pick which receiving prop I wanted because
I think a lot of guys in this game are
going to have a big day. But I went with
the best one and worked for Jamar Chase last night.
I think he can work on Monday for Monra as well.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
All right, let's talk about Nico Collins. The number of
sixty six and a half receiving yards for him, he
is the go to guy.
Speaker 3 (13:17):
Now.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
Look coming out of a buye too, we're going to
see does anything change? We get more Jayden Higgins, we
get more Jalen Noel. I don't know the answer to
these questions. Nobody does. I think we're all interested to
see if maybe we do get a little more of
the rookies involved in the passing game, that would help.
But regardless, how do you want to approach Nico Monday night?
Speaker 3 (13:36):
Yeah, there's just still a lot of banged up players
in this Seattle secondary, right, and I think once when
you do go to the bye week, what you see
a lot of the times is let's just get the
ball to our best player, right, That's what we have
n't been doing. That's what we need to do more.
I think that is going to be the focus here.
Witherspoon is going to play, but he's been limited. Trick
(13:57):
Wollen full participation, but he's in a lot of trade
rumors right now. Julian Love was limited as well, and
he missed last game. Got a couple of You know,
Leonard Williams is a little nicked up, and so is
Derek Hall. So there are pieces of this defense for
Seattle that has banged up as well. So I just
I think Nico Collins is gonna eat. And again, I
(14:19):
think once you reshift your focus in the bye week,
your plan should be get the ball to our best player.
And Nico is the best player by a lot on
this offense, so let's get the ball to him. I
think he's peppered with targets. Not gonna have twenty three
like Jamar Chase, but he should have a lot, all right.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
Pep brings us to our boy Baker Mayfield here, and
I've already bet his over on the yardage total. But
you're gonna take the past attempts. You know. I always
like the yardage because you know, you can get lucky
with some big plays and you can make that up.
Sometimes the attempts can be tenuous, but in a game
that does look like obviously a high total but could
be a shootout. Baker mayfield the numbers thirty three and
(14:55):
a half. Are you comfortable with the over on that one?
Speaker 3 (14:58):
I am, and I think really the thing is there's
two reasons why I like this bet. Number one is
he has hit this in half of his games already
this season. Detroit is favored. That should mean late passing right,
but also no no Shot White or no Bucky Irving,
So it's for shod White. And Detroit's defense is allowing
(15:18):
less than one hundred rushing yards per game, their top
ten in run defense this year. So I do think
that if you are in a shootout that you know
they are going to make you narrow your focus. I
know we still have, you know, two big wide receivers
out for Tampa Bay, so maybe you want to pass
the ball less, but I think you turn a lot
of those rushing plays into short dump offs to Rashad
White or the tight ends here. So I just think, Baker, again,
(15:41):
what do you do when you're in a tough scenario.
You put the ball in the hand of your best player.
Your best player is Baker on this offense right now.
He's hot. Let him sling it. He's running hot let
him do it, and I think the Bucks are going
to do that in this game. And I think they're
going to have to as well.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
All right, next one here on our list again all
over so far, maybe we'll have an under here. I
will say this, I think this one might be the
under because David Montgomery does have a tough road here
ahead of him. That Tampa Bay front with Vitave and
company is very good. The number is forty four and
a half, which is actually a pretty good size number.
I like the under here. Where are you at with
(16:15):
this one box?
Speaker 3 (16:16):
I'm going under too. I'll do it my favorite Andrew
Rickson impression and be an undertaker here. Tampa Bay fifth
in rushing yards allowed per game. In last week, David
Montgomery had his lowest snaps and snap percentage of the year.
Tampa Bay is tenth in opposing rushing play percentage. And again,
we think this game is going to be more of
(16:37):
a shootout, right. That's why we're on Baker Mayfield's over
That's why we're on a Manra's over. All. Those pass
catchers are minus to catch to get touchdowns, right, So
I think this is going to be a more of
a shootout. I just don't think Montgomery is going to
play as much in this game. You know, the rushing
temps was ten and a half. Don't want to mess
with that. He get three or four at the goal line,
(16:58):
and I wouldn't be shocked. He's my to score a touchdown.
Would not be shocked if he got into the end zone.
I just don't think they're going to run him as
much into the teeth of this defense. That is very good.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
Okay, there you have it, everybody, all right, next one
here in the final one, Tory Horton a guy who
is a little bit of a you know, hit and
miss all or nothing kind of guy. I love the prospect.
I know Bogman likes him too. He's had some good
moments here in his rookie season. Now he's got a
reception total here of nineteen and a half. He's been
a guy that's been you sparingly, Bogs. So how do
(17:29):
you get to the over here on this one? We
know he has toucho e quiy, but how does he
have more volume potentially in this game?
Speaker 3 (17:35):
I mean, you get him one catch that's really all
because his a dot right now is sixteen point four.
So he's a kick returner punt returner as well, so
he's shifty with the ball in his hands. So I
just really think that, you know, it won one or
two catches for him gets this done. Now. He's done
this on one catch three times already this season, so
(17:56):
it's just about getting him the ball one time, and
I do think that they're going to do that. They've
made a concerted effort to at least target him in
every game and he's out there for a big handful
of snaps. He's right around fifty to forty five percent
every single week, so we're just looking for one big
catch for him. I think he might get this one early.
So I'm a I'm a big Tory Horton fan, and
(18:18):
he has fit in very well for Seattle. The only
thing that's missing for him so far is volume. But
I think you may see a little bit of a
tick this week as well.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
Would you throw the touchdown and make a little duo
bet there with Wharton or no?
Speaker 3 (18:30):
I mean, I don't know why not? What is what
is his anytime? Is it? It's usually like four or
they've been cutting him back a little bit the juice
on some of these anytime touchdowns recently. So yeah, okay, yeah,
I don't hate that bet at all because if he
gets the ball in his hands, he is a threat
(18:51):
to take correlations.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
Correlations. Hey, if he gets ball in his hands, he's
a guy that scores with ball in his hands.
Speaker 3 (18:56):
So he's returned to kick already. He scored against Pittsburgh
his first his first catch's a touchdown, so in the NFL,
So yeah, I don't hate that prospect either.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
And again, same game Parlay tool. You know I'm just
talking about right now. If you're looking to find ways
to pair things together again, the correlations are there, so
same game Parley tools available and the Betting Pros app.
Download the app or just go to Betting Pros dot
com slash parlay to see how stack logic all the
values can come together one spot here on the SGP tool,
(19:26):
and of course propetchie chet too. Don't forget about that
Bettingpros dot Com slash props. That's the place where you
find the best values on all of your props with
the projections, and then you can go ahead and sink
your sports books for free and make your wagers. So again,
prop bet cheat sheet, SGP tool, all the best for
all of you. So SGJOEP finally got back on track.
Thank goodness. There's a long drought there. So got three
(19:48):
now far this season. Hopefully we'll get another one, will
make it up perfect week. So give me the Tampa
Bay Buccaneers well SGP here action. I'm gonna take the
five and a half of the six where you can
get it, but the five and a half right now
at minus one oh five. I'm gonna take the over
in the same game there with Detroit at minus one ten.
Then I'm also gonna take Rashad White anytime touchdown score
(20:09):
one of the many minuses that you can find in
this one. I'm on Rossein Brown also a good minus
in this one too, but I think Rashad White definitely
comes around with one score here. So you put those
three things together, you get plus three ninety six in
this contest. And just for s's and g's, as we
turn the page to our touchdown calls, I'm gonna go
out on a limb and I'm gonna say Baker Mayfield
scores a touchdown. That's right. Baker Mayfield gets loose around
(20:32):
the goal line area or maybe in the red zone
area and run I just feel this. I tell you
all week, I have this premonition, this vision of Baker
Mayfield spiking a ball in the end zone in Detroit
and doing classic Baker Mayfields.
Speaker 3 (20:45):
I don't like this man crush that you have.
Speaker 1 (20:48):
You know what, I never thought this would be. I
kind of found him a little annoying when he was
in college, but he's grown on me like a fungus
over the years. I'm just loving this run. I'm loving
this run. And it's plus six fifty. And guess what
if you take Rashaun White out of my parlay and
you throw in Baker Mayfield, that same parlay gets you
plus fifteen fifty. So if you're looking for something crazy,
(21:10):
if you believe in miracles and my premonitions, then you
might be this is the way to go. So all right,
Bog and Monday fl coming with a miss Cleo, get
up here. Well, the hard part is everybody's minus, so
there's not a lot of value here. That's the game
that we want, So I might as well go off
the board because I feel like when everything is minus,
that's exactly when things go cuckoo for cocoa puffs. I
(21:31):
feel like that's that's what happens. It's like, oh, all
these guys are obviously going to score, and then it's
the third string tight end who gets a touchdown, and
we all know that's how those games go.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
I mean, Connor Heyward else got that first touchdown for
Pittsburgh last night.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
So uh yeah, call your TV, let's go. What do
you got.
Speaker 3 (21:48):
I'll give you two. Okay, I gave you two for Thursday,
and I got them both, t Higgins and Big Wash both.
So I'm gonna let's just say this. Tory Horton one.
He leads Seattle and ends own targets. He has three
and two of those are touchdowns, right, plus four and fifty.
Love that number. But also one of my favorite like
under the radar players in the NFL is Aj Barner.
(22:11):
Just an unbelievably great blocking tight end for Seattle. They
throw the ball in the end zone to him a
bunch as well, and he has three touchdowns this yere
already and he is plus three fifties. So I just
love they like to reward those guys to block, so
once they get down there, they like to throw them
the ball, and I think he'll get one in this game.
Speaker 1 (22:31):
Okay, there you have it, everybody. So those are the
picks for Monday night football. What are your favorite picks
