Shoppers may soon start to feel the pinch at Walmarts.
Terrors threatened to drive up prices. Many Black families on
tight budgets and seniors could be forced to rethink how
they make purchases. After some cross talkover price hikes between
the White House and Walmart officials this weekend, it's quite clear,

(01:44):
will likely go up.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
We're wired to keep prices low for customers, but the
level of tariffs that have been proposed is pretty challenging
for all retailers, for suppliers, and certainly our concern is
that consumers are going to feel some of that. So
we're going to keep prices as low as we can
for as long as we can. We're our customers and members.

absolutely could get more expensive.

building an economy that's affordable and that works for everyday

(03:08):
Americans and drives down the high cost of living while
protecting health care, nutritional assistance, and the social security of

doing everything they can to tank our economy, drive us
toward a recession, and gut the healthcare of the American people.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
