That's according to Brigadier General John Lewis, who said the
alleged gunman was Black Sergeant Cornelius Radford, who was stationed

Sergeant Radford has been interviewed by the Army Criminal Investigation
Division and is currently in pre trial confinement awaiting a
charging decision by the Office of the Special Trial Council.

were able to subdue the suspect. Radford is believed to
have used his personal handgun in the shooting, not an
army issued weapon all right. Beginning next year, millions of
SNAP recipients will face new rules on what they can
