the president's actions are just a reminder that DC should
be granted full statehood. Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker and
Chicago's black mayor Brendan Johnson are weighing in over the
president's threat to deploy the National Guard to Chicago to
fight crime. Pritzker said Trump has no right and no

million dollars in funding for violence prevention programs in cities
