talk of an Epstein list this won by some of
his victims, and special Congressional recognition for an all black
National Guard unit. At first, here's Beyona News.

order to send National Guard troops and Marines to Los

to democratic led cities like Chicago, Baltimore, New Orleans, and
New York, all led by black mayors, and Morgan State

Thanks Amber. The victims of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein
apparently included at least one black woman. Lisa Phillips was
among several Epstein survivors who spoke at a news conference
in Washington, d C. Today. She made this major announcement.

We know the names. Many of us were abused by them. Now,
together as survivors, we will confidentially compile the names we
all know who regularly and who are regularly in the
Epstein world. And it will be done by survivors and
for survivors. No one else is involved.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green, who attended the news conference,
says she will release a list if it's given to her.

If they want to give me a list, i will
walk in that capital on the House floor and I'll
say every damn name that abuse these women.

The group is calling for the passage of a bill
that would release the Epstein files two hundred and eighteen
Congressional signatures are necessary to force a vote. Philip says
it is now up to Congress to do what she
feels is the right thing.

will you finally protect survivors?

At first batch of documents related to the late sex
offender has been released. The House Oversight and Government Reform
Committee gave the ok for the thirty three thousand pages
of information to go public. A very special moment of
recognition and honor today for a group of black servicemen
known as the Harlem Hell Fighters. The black military unit
which formed the three hundred and sixty ninth Infantry Regiment

for the New York National Guard, was posthumously awarded the
Congressional Gold Medal today. New York Congressman ADRIANO. Spillat was
among the leaders paying homage to the unit's bravery and service.

They put their lives on the line for freedom and
the freedoms that are so importantly in shrining our constitution,
despite doing so at a time when Black Americans did
not enjoy the very freedoms that they fought to protect.
They join other units of the armed forces that have

we will forever now remember them with this Congressional Medal.

The Harlem Hill Fighter served in both World Wars and
was the first unit to endure NonStop combat during World
War Two. An update now on African American painter Amy Cheryld,
who recently canceled a showcase exhibit at the Smithsonian's National
Portrait Gallery. The exhibit, American Sublime, is now scheduled to
open up the Baltimore Museum of Art on November two.

Cheryld pulled the exhibit from the Smithsonian after she says
she was told the museum might remove a painting depicting
a transgender person. The exhibit was set to go on
display this month. Cheryl painted the official portrait of former
First Lady Michelle Obama in twenty eighteen. This controversy comes
as the Smithsonian faces scrutiny from the Trump administration amid
