according to multiple reports. Last month, the director of the
Federal Housing Finance Agency, Bill Poolty, sent the DOJ two
criminal referral letters related to properties owned by Cook in
Michigan and Georgia. Officials have started issuing subpoenas in both

states as part of the investigation. President Trump has moved
to fire Cook, who is black, with cause over the matter.
Congressman Now Green out of Houston says the investigation should
