investigation is under way after a fatal shooting at an
ice facility in Dallas, where a detainee was killed and
others wound.

The DOJ wants to bring charges against the former FBI
director for lying to Congress. The family of a man
killed in a mid air collision in Washington, DC earlier
this year is suing the airlines and the fence. But first,

Curtis Leiva claims Andrew Cuomo's campaign offered him millions to
drop out of the New York City mayoral race. That's

At least one detainee is dead, two others remain in
critical condition after a shooting at an ICE facility in Dallas, Texas.
It happened yesterday. No ICE agents were injured. Homeland Security
Secretary Christy Nome.

Well, we can tell you that he was on an
elevated rooftop, that he shot into a building, into a
carport area, that he was targeting ICE based on what
we've seen as far as evidence so far in this case,
and that we have to do all that we can
to make sure this never happens again.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
No Mon Fox Knew speaking about the incident. The shooter,
twenty nine year old Joshua John, died from a self
inflicted gunjot wound at a nearby apartment building. FBI is
investigating the shooting as an act of targeted violence. FBI
Director Cash Pttel posted a picture on x of shell
casings engraved with the phrase anti ice found at the scene.

The Justice Department is nearing a plan to charge former
FBI Director James Comey with lying to Congress. The probe
is examining whether Komy made false statements during his testimony
to Congress back in twenty twenty on his handling of
the investigation into Russia allegedly meddling in the twenty sixteen
presidential election. Prosecutors would generally only have five years to

the day to bring a charge, and according to those
familiar with the investigation, there is a legal deadline expiring
on Tuesday. Comy has maintained his innocence. This comes shortly
after President Trump posted on social media that Attorney General
Pam Bondi should take action against Komy and two of
the president's other political enemies, Senator Adam Schiff of California

and New York's black Dattorney General Letitia James. He posted
on truth social we can't delay any longer. It's killing
our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice and indicted
me five times over. Nothing. Justice must be served now.

Clifford's family says it's about accountability.

The crash of American Eagle fifty three forty two was predictable,
It was preventable, and caused the needless loss of sixty
seven lives.

The American Airlines flight collided with an Army black Hawk
helicopter over the Potomac River, killing sixty seven people. Back
in January. Rachel Crafton's husband, Casey, was on the passenger plane,
and she's filed a wrongful death and negligence lawsuit. Crafton
sued American Airlines and regional jet operator PSA Airlines. It
states the air lines should have known the flight was
