security at ice facilities nationwide. Disney shareholders threatening legal action.
Lawyers for Shawn Combs argue his prison sentence should not

The FBI says it was targeted violence. The shooter was
found dead nearby. A white woman from Greensboro, South Carolina,
is facing assault charges after a viral video shows her
dumping soda on an eleven year old black boy and
hitting them with the bottle at a local apartment pool.
Sixty two year old Kimberly Jennings faces assault charges, and

The Department of Homeland Security says it is immediately tightening
security at ICE facilities across the country following yesterday's shooting
at a field office in Dallas, Texas that left at
least one detainee dead and injured to others. Charles Carthin
says he was working nearby and heard the gunshots pile
pow pow pow, and then there was a way for
a second. Then you heard two more and then it

But maybe even more to the point, we're a country
in a city that needs prayer.

The shooter has been identified as twenty nine year old
Joshua john He was found dead from an apparent self
inflicted gunshot wound at a nearby apartment building. The FBI
is investigating the shooting as an act of targeted violence.
Disney shareholders are threatening legal action over the temporary suspension
of Jimmy Kimmel in his opening monologue last night, Kimmel

The late night host was suspended last week after he
made comments about Charlie Kirk's alleged killer, but was brought
back on Tuesday after the move received backlash. On Wednesday,
a team of lawyers sent Disney a letter saying company
executives may have breached their fiduciary duties by placing in
proper political considerations above the best interests of the stockholders.

The letter said Disney stock suffered significant declines in response
to its decision, which appeared to be in recipes sponds
to threats from the FCC. Attorneys for the rap mogul
arguing in a court filing this week that Seawan Didtycombs
deserves a prison sentence of no more than fourteen months. Basically,
it amounts to time served after a jury convicted him
earlier this year of transportation for the purposes of prostitution.

Combs was acquitted of more serious sex trafficking and racketeering
charges and has remained behind bars for more than a
year since his arrest in New York. A memo running
almost four hundred pages, includes letters from Combe's mother, children, friends,
and business associates, and focuses on apparent recommendations by prosecutors
and the Probation Department for more stringent sentences. Prosecutors sentencing

memorandum is incomplete. Meanwhile, the defense is suggesting five years.
Mezel's cases are at a new high since the disease
was declared eradicated twenty five years ago. More than fifteen
hundred cases were reported by the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention as of Wednesday, with outbreaks spreading in Utah
and Arizona. Utaih Health officials say they expect more cases
