Bion News This hour, I'm Terry mccreey coming up. The
nation is shocked as history is made over the indictment
of a former FBI director. A closer look at evidence
left behind by the gunman who opened fire at a
Dallas ice facility. Top Democratic leaders say they aren't concerned
about budget office threats of mass layoffs in the event
of a government shutdown. But first, here's bin News Now.

House Minority leader Hakim Jeffries, a black man, is speaking
out against the indictment of former FBI director James Comy.
Jeffries called it a quote disgraceful attack on the rule
of law end quote, in a statement. Comy was indicted
related to his testimony before the Senate in twenty twenty.
Leaders from several Latina organizations said the victims of the
deadly ice facility shooting in Dallas, Texas are being overlooked

and urge ICE to gift families access to state victim programs.
TikTok will continue to operate in the US, which will
benefit many black users and black content creators. President Trump
signed an executive order to approve a deal that allows
a Chinese company to sell the social media platform.

Former FBI director James Comy has been indicted. The Justice
Department got the indictment from a grand jury in Virginia.
It's no secret the former official has long been one
of the President's foes.

I can only say that Komy's a bad person.

He's a sick person. I think he's a sick guy.

Komy has been charged with one count of making false
statements and one count of obstruction of justice. It's believed
the false statements are related to testimony he gave before
Congress on his handling of the investigation into the twenty
sixteen presidential election. It involved Russian interference. Attorney General Pam
Bondi posted no one is above the law after news

of the indictment broke. The sniper who opened fire on
an ice Field office in Dallas, Texas left behind a
trail of evidence. The Feds revealing what they found on
handwritten notes in his home.

He called the Ice employees people showing up to collect
a dirty paycheck.

Acting US Attorney Nancy Larson says this is the very
definition of terrorism. When person in ice custody was killed
in the attack, two others were injured. The sniper killed
himself when confronted by the cops. The FBI says the
bolt action rifle was legally purchased just last month. The
Democratic congressional leaders aren't too worried about a Whitehouse Budget
Office threat regarding mass firings of federal workers during a

government shutdown. Top lawmakers say intimidation won't work, nor will
it force them into backing down on their demands for
talks on extending healthcare subsidies. Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer
and Black House Minority Leader Hockey Jeffries are dismissing suggestions
from Russell Vote, the head of the Whitehouse Office of
Management and Budget, as mere negotiating tactics. Jeffries hold reporters

on Capitol Hill yesterday. The OMD has been illegally shutting
down parts of the government throughout the year. Jeffrey, he says,
it sends a message to voters in Virginia and across
the nation that Republicans are determined to hurt the American

with Democratic nominees around Mamdani leading the pack, Cuomo coming
in second, and Sliwa polling third. Meanwhile, the mayor, Adams
says his re election bid has been decimated because he
