official order designating Muslim Brotherhood chapters as terrorist groups. Reaction
from the former FBI director and New York's Attorney general
after their federal cases were tossed by a judge a
more House student charged with assault and hurling terroristic threats.

President Trump signing an executive order that would allow his
administration to designate certain chapters of the Muslim Brotherhood as
foreign terrorist organizations. Back in March, Trump delivering a message
of thanks to Muslim Americans for helping return him to
the Oval Office, and as he hosted an if Tar

Ramadan Will Barrack. The order gives direction to Secretary of
State Marco Rubio and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant to determine
whether any chapters should receive the designation. This move would

allow for increased sanctions as well as more power to
disrupt financial support. A White House fact sheet on the
order said that the goal was to eliminate the designated
chapters capabilities and operations and deprive them of resources. Former
FBI Director James Comy and New York's Black Attorney General
Letitia James are reacting to the news that their federal

cases are being tossed. Comy releasing a video saying President
Trump cannot use the Justice Department to target his political enemies.

I know that Donald Trump will probably come after me again,
and my attitude is going to be the same. I'm innocent,
i am not afraid, and I believe in an independent
federal judiciary.

Comy also said the case against him was a prosecution
based on malevolence and incompetence. James issued a statement saying
she's heartened by the victory and once again called the
charges baseless. James was indicted four ledged more mortgage fraud,
and Comy was indicted for allegedly lying to Congress about
the Trump Russia investigation. Both claimed the appointment of Trump's

former personal lawyer, Linday Halligan as US Attorney for the
Eastern District was unlawful. The Justice Department is expected to appeal.
A Moorhouse College student is facing charges for aggravated assault
and making terroristic threats after a video went viral showing
Matthew Gonzales Forestein choking a Clark Atlanta University student outside

an off campus apartment complex. Police say officers were called
to Lucky Street, Northwest on a report of a physical dispute.
Several days ago. Authority say a woman told officers that
while she was aboard a Georgia State University school bus,
she was injured when an unidentified man stepped on her
foot and walked away. When she confronted him, police say,

the suspect's girlfriend inserted herself and pushed the victim before
the male suspect joined in. Several witnesses broke up the
melee Forestein was transported to Fulton County Jail. Video of
the scuffle, reshared by a COAU student, has sparked hundreds
of thousands of views on TikTok and anger from parents, students,
