Trump's country specific reciprocal tariffs are in effect. The President
has signed an executive order imposing an additional twenty five
percent tariff on India over its purchase of Russian energy.

Those come on top of the twenty five percent reciprocal
tariff rate already in place. Here's President Trump's trade advisor
