TikTok has restored service in the US after a brief
outage earlier. This move comes after President elect Trump said
he plans to extend the deadline for the app to
comply with US law. You might recall last Friday, the
Supreme Court unanimously upheld the law. It requires TikTok's Chinese

parent to sell the app and its US operations by today. However,
Trump said he's going to give TikTok owners three months
to find a buyer, and he's aiming to facilitate a
joint venture with new US based owners purchasing fifty percent
of TikTok. Here is Trump, speaking earlier at a rally
