Speaker 1 (00:03):
Brace for Winnings is a production of iHeartRadio. Brace for
Winnings presented by Draft Kings Sports Book, your one stop
podcast for all things happening on the hardwood. Now here's
your host, Sean brace The madness is upon us. Yes,
we are right in the middle of it all. Today

(00:24):
is the day that everybody gets their conference tournament started,
a lot of action on the college hardwood, and we're
gonna bring it all down for you right here on
Brace for Winnings presented by Draft King Sports Book. Hello everybody,
Sean Braids and with me as we are now doing
a daily podcast for you on all things college troops
untill we crown a champion in Houston a few weeks

(00:47):
from today. Is of course Joe Tanzi, who is all
over everything's college hoops and and folks, you're gonna get
out of here today with a few plays on the pitch.
We got Champions League action, and Joe has a very
passionate plea for everybody. If you like to make money,
if you want to be entertained at three o'clock, trust me,

(01:08):
you're gonna want to hear these plays, but we'll stick
to the hardwood. Joe, Good morning, how you doing today, sir.
My very passionate plea is psg b Iron Munich is
going to be way more watchable than watching Georgia Tech
try and reach sixty points for the second straight day
in a row. Oh my goodness. Like it, look, there's
bad there's bad basketball, and I like, I don't go

(01:31):
out of my way to like put these things out. Kid.
It's kind of like, all right, we'll watch it. It
is what it is. But I texted you within like
ten minutes of the Georgia Tech Farta Stea game yesterday.
It was atroc I mean, I tried to watch and
I tried to watch Louisville Boston College after that, which
was a foul fest to palooza. We had to like
fight tooth and nail to get the over, which is

(01:52):
one of like the two bets I won yesterday. I
stayed up Laton. The fade cal Polli experiment just absolutely
blew up in my face. So you would have been
if this was any major team, he would have been
upset about this. So here's here's how this game went.
So I've been feeding. This is midnight hour, right, oh,
this is way past the midnight hour at this point.

(02:14):
This is fighting. This is fighting to stay awake on
the couch at one am, not trying to like disturb
the wife when she's sleeping because she has an actual,
real job in like a normal schedule. Since cal Poly
Long Beach State's a seven ten game in the Big West,
I don't know the game that everybody was tuning into
last night. So cal Poly they sucked there one and
eighteen in league play. I've been fading them all season,

(02:37):
been pretty successful. So I bet the first half line
because I'm like, all right, I'll bet the first half
line on my own. It was four and a half.
This is great. If I fall asleep and can't watch
the second half. Long Beach State's up seven, ball drifts
out to about thirty thirty five feet from the basket.
The cal Poly kid is just chucking this three up

(02:58):
just for just for wishful thinking. What happened, Sean? He
gets fouled now, mind you, the deficit is seven. The
first half spread was four and a half. Thank god
he thank god he missed the front end of the
three free throws, because that would have been I would
have just turned my TV off and going to bed.
And it makes things even worse. I think Long Beach

(03:20):
State ended up scoring like twenty points and second half
cal Polly won by like twenty points. So my initial
so my initial bet didn't even actually win second half
scoring fifty three to twenty eight. Yeah, yeah, um so
needless to say, probably just out of spite, I'm gonna
bet you see Santa Barbara tomorrow against calp Poly because

(03:44):
there's absolutely no way in the world that team scores
maybe money even scored fifty three points in a game
like that's how that's how bad they are and they
just got lucky. So yeah, if you had the first
half spread either way in Long Beach State calip Polly
last night, that was a very eventful I guess three
minutes of action. But yeah that now back to the

(04:05):
to the real basketball and I had. Did you say
you see Santa Cruz? Is that you you said you
see Santa Barbara? Santa Barbara? Okay, Santa Cruz was the
bananas Slugs. I don't know who's Santa Barbara. Yes, they
are the Gauchos, I believe. Oh there you go, nice
pull by you Joe knows the Scots. Okay, I have
a really really bad party trick that if you could

(04:29):
go name there's like three three hundred sixties some college
basketball teams. I could name about ninety of the mascots.
And I think that's kind of underselling myself. Well, I
was watching what was I watching the other day? Liberty
and what They're the Flames, right, and and that's why

(04:49):
it went off in my head. I'm like, that's right,
joke and name all these guys. That's ridiculous. Yeah, yeah,
you're you're a sick go. I mean when I see
these names pop up, I'm like, oh, yeah, that's right,
they're they're the Liberty Flames. I knew that. And then
it's like, you know, there's just so many names out there.
Somebody mascots but uh yeah, you know, as you said,
a terrible party trick, but always great too. I am

(05:10):
a sicko in every sense of the worry when it
comes to college sports. I love it. All Right, Well,
let's talk about some action on the hardwood. Of course,
we'll open up with the LIVA from last night. A
couple of champions crowned. I'll start with the first one.
It's the big one that we discussed and it was
over before it even started. Gonzaga just was the better
team last night over Saint Mary's, which is very surprising,

(05:33):
and the announcers were surprised. The inner, the halftime, and
pre and postgame announcers were surprised. Everybody in the time.
I was surprised. I had Eli Herskovitch from the lines yesterday.
He was touting Saint Mary's as one of the better teams,
a better team than Gonzaga. After it was all said
and done last night. How surprised were you, Joe to

(05:54):
see the way Gonzaga defeated Saint Mary's in the WCC
final once again. Final score seventy seven fifty one. It
was a two and a half point spread heading into
the game on Drafting sports Book, Nzaga was favored. They
blew the doors off them and it wasn't even that close, right,
It's thirty seven nineteen a half. Um. Look, it's so

(06:17):
hard to overreact to this one because I watched some
of that second half as Saint Mary's was just perilously
trying to come back and they had open looks. It
just felt like one of those nights where everything and
anything just didn't go to Saint Mary's way. Now, part
of that is luck. Part of that is Gonzaga playing

(06:40):
very well. Um, I'm not going to overreact to Saint
Mary's um just because I've seen teams have those types
of nights and look, they could come out in the
first round of the NCAA tournament and be fine. So
if if you're analyzing the bracket in a few days time,
please do not apply everything you know about Saint Mary's

(07:03):
to the West post championship game. Please don't do that.
They're better team than that. That's like a few years
ago when everybody thought Georgetown would get hot because they
won the biggest tournament and I was on the opposite
side of that in Colorado just like walked into the
second round in that game, Like, don't overreact to one
championship game, one bad night. It will be matchup. Based

(07:28):
that being said, I did finally put my future down
in Gonzaga because if you're going to learn something from
that game last night, it's like Gonzaga is still very
much Gonzaga, and that Drew Timmy is still Drew Timmy.
Like this is a team that could go far. Could

(07:48):
they end up getting a two seed? Now now they've
beaten in Saint Mary's convincing, convincing fashion. You know, we'll
see what happens over the next few weeks, next few weeks,
next few days with you know, does Purdue falling in
the Big Ten tournament that dropped them a little more,
what happens in Baylor in Texas in the Big twelve?
Because that's that's so chaotic, Like I think I think

(08:10):
Zaga could have a shot at a at a three
seeds so or sorry, at two seed. They're most likely
a three seed right now. Man, I just I and
saying this for a few weeks now, I just feel
like we're not talking about Gonzaga enough. Um. Maybe that's
kind of Saint Mary's has matched them, but this is
still a team that has has plenty of experience. Um,

(08:34):
and look at their non con Like, I think this
is going to end up helping them in the long run.
Played Michigan State, beat them, lost to Texas, beat Kentucky,
lost to two, and they beat Xavier, They lost to Baylor,
and they beat Bama. That is a murderous row of
just like who else? Ye, like, who who else? Is

(08:57):
lining up all these juggernauts? So what why is it
every year we go crazy about Gonzaga, but the one
time like, hey, they got a legitimate team, and put
last night's result to decide, because now I think a
lot of people are gonna come over to you to
what you were saying before yesterday's podcast, and I just
want to point out and you can go a little
bit more in this their future. Yesterday on March first,

(09:19):
they were twenty five to one to cut down the
next they're now down to twenty to one. I think
last night heading into the game at Draftking sports Book,
they were twenty two to one. So we have slight movement.
But again, you know, we're not going to see them
now until bracket, until the brackets released here and of
course that Thursday or Friday, opening round of the tournament.
But I assume we might see that number move a

(09:42):
little bit more. It depends. But what is it? Why
do normally we go over to top of Gonzaga but
this year we were reluctant to Maybe we just have
an Zagat fatigue, like that might just be it, Like
because in past years, Gonzaga has been a top two
team all season long, and now they're there top twelve team,

(10:06):
So maybe that's it. Maybe it's just something as simple
as we have Gonzaga fatigue, and that's okay. It speaks
to how ridiculously good they've been um for decades now.
But yeah, I took the took debate at twenty to one.
That kind of completes my my March Badness portfolio. With Kansas, Baylor, Virginia, Gonzaga, UCLA,

(10:34):
and Arkansas. That's my six pack of futures going into
the NCAA Tournament. I feel very comfortable, um, especially with
the Kansas and you steel Hey ones right now because
of how they're playing. But yeah, I think Gonzaga is
gonna be in a good spot there fairly certain regardless
of the matchup they face, are going to end up
getting into the second weekend. And don't underestimate a motivated

(11:00):
player playing in his last tournament for the the program
that he's committed so much time and energy too. I
think that's a powerful thing, and I would not be
surprised if Gonzaga rides True Timmy to a deeper run
in the tournament. No. Look, I took what you said
yesterday again on the podcast right to the airways, and

(11:21):
I asked John Jansen, you know, look, if you Purdue
and Gonzaga were faced enough in the lad eight matchup.
You're not going to tell me that produce a slam dunk.
You're just not going to do that. And Jansen agreed
with that. Now, he wasn't buying in the Gonzaga hype.
But I think we all got to look a little
bit deeper on this, and I agree with you. Twenty
to one. That's a great number you got Gonzaga. This

(11:43):
team has been to multiple championship games. I get it.
They haven't got over the hume. You know, it depends
on the on the path, right, I think that that's
number one. But hey man, twenty to one, I'll take
that all day over who I think very well, we'll
get to a final four in Houston at plus five fifty.
You know, it's a nice payout. If they win, it's great,

(12:03):
But twenty two one's really nice price next to the
Bulldogs with Gonzaga. Yeah, and I'm not touching to Perdue
whatso Like, if you told me perduing Gonzaga we're playing
in the in the lead eight, I would take don Zaga.
I blindly taken Zaga, honestly, Like that's how much I
trust that that program in a matchup against Perdue. So yeah,

(12:27):
I think the way everything is played out with the futures,
I think all of the ones I have outside of Arkansas,
because that's like sixty five hundred is my long shot
because I blindly trust and Eric Musselman in the month
of March. But Kansas, you know that prices dropped since
we gave out on air. Everything else kind of stay

(12:50):
the same. So if Kansas at plus twelve hundred, Baylor
at twenty five hundred, Ucla at fourteen hundred, and Virginia
at twenty two hundred, and then gonzagat to two thousand,
and then Arkansas at sixty five hundred, and some of
those prices have changed throughout the weeks, but there's not
been some Like I guess the most drastic movement would
be Ucla because they're like I'm fourteen and that now

(13:12):
they're done at nine. Um, so they're moving in the
right direction. And even Baylor was plus twenty five, you know,
plus two thousand, so um, fairly comfortable. And I like
Gonzaga in my portfolio as well. UM, But again I
think that that win maybe speaks a little more about

(13:32):
Gonzaga than Saint Mary's. But don't ever react to Saint
Mary's losing one game like that. They're a very good
team and uh and I wouldn't. I'm not saying for
the future on Saint Mary's, but to at least win
one game, possibly two in the NCAA tournament. Um, don't
make your case against Saint Mary's off of off of

(13:54):
one game, like, yeah, that's that's just irresponsible. Yeah. Look,
and and there's a reason why everybody loves them. They
play great defense, and and that will probably push him
over the top. And one of those tight games to
start the tournament. But we'll see. I didn't think that
they had great size at the guards, but you know, again,
it all depends on who they match up again, so

(14:15):
we'll save that conversation for a little bit later. If
Saint Mary's son ends up playing Drake, Um, I think
you'll probably see one of the lowest over unders in
tournament history. I mean, that game might might not even
sniff one in twenty all right, I want to get
over to today's games, but before we do that, a
couple of quick hitters from last night. First of all,
Oral Roberts, tell me what you saw in that game,

(14:37):
what a beat down. Yeah, I mean you're gonna be
hearing a lot about Max Sasmist and the Golden Eagles.
I mean, look, they're gonna be the sexy tech to
be a twelve or thirteen to win a game by yeah,
I mean you have to do with the way their
offense is playing. They've been there, done that. I would
just say, if you're gonna critique him, they haven't played anybody,

(15:01):
um and maybe that goes against them, But I mean
in terms of individuals, Max hasmiss who by the way,
in this era of college basketball, for him to stay
at Over Roberts instead of going somewhere in Power five
and in the transfer portal, I think speaks a lot
and what that program means to him. We don't see

(15:21):
that a lot in college basketball. And we look at
Saint Peter's last year. All those guys are gone. I
guess Rhine Holloway moved on too, but like all those
guys bolted to the portal like immediately after that was over.
So yeah, they'll be a very very popular twelve or
thirteen seed that people will pick to advance to the
second round. All right, to stay with yesterday Championship games

(15:45):
UNC dub and College of Charleston. Speaking of sexy picks,
Charleston came out on top sixty three fifty eight UNC
dubbed though too many points and I kind of felt
that way they were catching double digits, so they covered
but did lose the game Charleston. Advanced your thoughts on
Charleston winning last night, kind of take what I said
about L Roberts without Max haysmis and apply them to Charleston.

(16:08):
They're going to be a popular pick because when people
see thirty one three, a team that reached the top
twenty five at one point this year, Yeah, that's a
team that people are in a circle as an upset pick.
So yeah, it's not as as popular as Earl Roberts
because they have the name recognition of what they did

(16:28):
two years ago and got to the Sweet sixteen. But
band Charleston will be. You were to rank probably the
top five double digit seats to win games, Charleston's in
that group. So it was or Roberts like, and that's
not a hot take. That's what we've kind of been
expecting all year with the winners. Two teams have been
plain all right. Talked to us a little bit about

(16:50):
Northern Kentucky. That was a great game, really entertaining game.
Northern Kentucky had a little bit of a big lead,
but every like eight nine points and Cleveland came right back,
and next Cno was right down to the wire, sixty
three sixty on Northern Kentucky comes out on top. Yeah,
Northern Kentucky is kinda just they've been there. I believe
it is their third in four in the Rising League.

(17:13):
The problem with that is you're gonna probably see them
against a one or two seed. Um, they've played good defense,
but I mean if they're matched up with saying Alabama
that they are in Leonard's bracket, um, yeah, that could
be a really rough day at the office. Maybe maybe
cover a big spread, but that's probably all you're getting
at a Northern Kentucky this year, all right. And then

(17:35):
from the non shot championship game angle from yesterday, open
it up with a Georgia Tech of Flora State game
that you couldn't have scripted better. I mean, look, that
game was ugly, but at least it came down to
the wire, all right, So you got your money's worth
it there. Nothing from that one, obviously, Notre Dame ended
up losing on the last second shop of Virginia Tech
sixty seven to sixty four. I thought that the game

(17:57):
was headed to overtime. Mike bray out Notre Dame run.
I mean, he's been there forever. I didn't think it
was that long. I forget what the exact number was,
but when I heard it on the Last Night Show,
I'm like, damn that a long time. So understood anything
from the non championship game game angle yesterday's sticking out
to you acc is bad. I mean I did, that's

(18:21):
really all. Look if you watched the Georgia Tech Fartiest
Day game for even twenty minutes, which I did, way
more of that. Look, I had Georgia Tech minus too,
and I at the end when they got that foul
shot with like point four seconds left whatever however minuscule
amount of time, I'm like, I don't deserve the minus too,
I don't deserve the push, Just like, get get this

(18:41):
game out out of my face. And then that's kind
of how I felt about Louisville. They were, oh buddy,
they looked like a four win team. And then you know,
blot Tech Notre Dame. M maybe probably could have seen
a few more points than or there were a few
favorite points and I expected because the regular season game
was really fun to watch, but I mean the better

(19:04):
teams ended up winning. And now you run into today
in the ACC which becomes huge, just absolutely huge for
North Carolina. All right, Well, let's talk a little bit
about today's games and a big old card over here
on Draft Kings Sports Book. Make sure all your new
users use brace as the promo code. A lot of games,

(19:26):
a lot of teams that we do know, a lot
of teams that a lot of us don't know. But
for you, Joe, I wanted to open up with the
team that you and I talked a lot about last
week and the week leading up or the week before,
where we said, I asked you, hey, what some of
those teams that you know are going to be the
favorites that not a lot of people know about, and

(19:47):
you said, Colgate. Col Gates playing tonight seven thirty pm
against Lafayette, big time number two touchdown favorite here one
thirty four Colgate roll in tonight? Is it worth a
shot taking given a fourteen? I mean, they're on their
home floor, they've been a dominant team in the Patriot
all year, they're gonna win that game. I think that's
not really a ball take. Colgate might be the the

(20:11):
team that comes out of nowhere. Like if we're really
talking about teams that have absolutely no shine on them,
Colgate might be. I mean they're their second or third,
their top three and points per game, Um, Alabama and
Toledo the other ones. Um, they're really good. They're really

(20:32):
good offensively. Now does that translate to a matchup against
a one or two seed because the Patriot League is
weak and they're gonna get um hit with a fifteen
or sixteen seed because of that, You know, I don't
know if they can do that, but um, they could
be frisky in the tournament. I'm not saying the win,
but I don't know if if the spread is twenty

(20:56):
points sort of you over under is gettable against the
two seed. Um, maybe that's where you look at for
for Colgate from a bad perspective. Well, I definitely have
my eye on them. This evening might pull the trigger
on that. As we get a little closer to tip.
Let's talk about so many games that are going off
in the afternoon. Of course we're recording this right now.
Wake Force Syracuse just tipped off. Thank goodness, Thank goodness,

(21:18):
I don't have to talk about the Syracuse Orange. There
you go. There's nothing that infuriates me more as a
college basketball fan. They watching Jim Beheim have success in March.
I hate it. I hate the gimmicky zone, the stupid
hot scores. Like if if Joe Girard turns into the

(21:39):
second coming of Jerry McNamara in Greensboro this week, like
I I'm gonna hate it. There's no way, no way,
Wake Forces. Isn't this game right? I mean they're both
kind of mediocre. Yeah, they're both mediocre. I think they
both lose to Miami. Um, I just I. I'm the
only sports media person I think ever that has said

(22:03):
so many bad words about Syracuse basketball. But I despise
Jim Beheim in the zone and all these lucky, gimmicky
double digit seed Ron's the sweet sixteen and stupid flukey
get hot nonsense. I hate Syracuse I do. I don't
hate them actually because Duke isn't hateable anymore, because coach

(22:25):
k isn't there. I think if there's a college basketball
program that'd be number one of my hate list, it
would be Syracuse. I just Wow. I just I despise
the zone. I despise the gimmicky, tacky way of shutting
down play play real defense, play man demand like once
in your life, Jim Beheim Like, I don't know. I

(22:45):
just I don't like Syracuse well noted, and we would
keep it moving because, like I said, they're playing. We
got nothing to give you on that one. I mean,
unless you want to get into live action again. I
would lean towards Wake Forest when in't that game. But
I digress. Keep it moving. Let's talk about seven the
games here that we have coming up here, and the
first one I want to get into is Georgia Tech
and Pitt Pitt far away to better team here. Georgie Tech,

(23:08):
of course just be a an atrocious Florida State team,
so I'll give them the credit there. But ultimately seven
points spread one too many in your opinion, these two
teams did just play a couple of weeks ago. I
actually leaning towards Pitt here. I would be a little
bit more comfortable with that numbers at five, but seven,
I still think Pitt comes out on top. Your thoughts, Yeah,

(23:28):
Pitt minus sevens may only pick of the afternoon. Look,
I just watched Georgia Tech for I spent way too
much of my Tuesday afternoon watching Georgia Tech lay basketball
and really really struggle to hit sixty one points. Um,
they're bad, Get them out of them, get them out

(23:48):
of my face. M pits the better team. And by
the way, I Pit's got a little extra motivation here. Like,
if you're Jeff Capel a week ago, you're in the
kaffird seat for the number one Sea, the regular season
title on the ACC. You go lay an egget Notre Dame.
You can't pull through at Miami, And because the ACC

(24:11):
is just is so average and there's some parity there,
you're now the number five seat. You've play an extra
game then you've expected And oh, by the way, now
there are some bracketologists that are like sniffing around Pitts
resume and like, maybe Pitt isn't as much of a
lock as we think they are. Like, if if you're

(24:31):
Jeff Capel, you a bunch of experience has in that team,
you go to them and give them all the material.
Just Twitter search Pit and Bubble and you'll find the
the the tide shifting a little bit towards Is Pit
really a team in the field of sixty eight. They are,
and I think they will be, but you lose to

(24:54):
Georgia Tech, and it opens all sorts of doors for potential,
you know, surprise of them not getting in because the
ACC is a weak and look at third seedon at
bracket Clemsons on the next four outline right now like
that because they've been so bad. So Pit just win
this game, take care of business, and then you don't

(25:15):
have any more bad bosses in front of you. The
only thing you can do is move up, and beating
Duke would be a very nice win to kind of
solidify that. But Pitt, if we if we're doing the cliches,
this is a can't lose game for Pit, not a
must win game. Just go out to prove you a
much better team. I think seven is a fine spread.

(25:37):
Once you get up to like nine, ten, maybe not
so much. But if I don't even know if it'll
get there. But yeah, give me Pit at seven. They've
got a lot to prove here. Bad week. Just just
show up, do what you're supposed to do, and just
silence any potential dot that maybe creeping in about you.
All right, So that's your only play in the afternoon

(25:58):
or only play today. You have actually got other plays
you tweeted it out, that's right, but that's your only
afternoon play. Yeah, And I think everything kind of just
meshes together after that because today is about the bubble.
And if this, if this specific day of the week
I had a sponsor, it would be bubblicious. Like that's
where we're at here, because if you look at Leonardi's

(26:21):
bracket and most of the brackets are the same at
least in terms of like where these teams are. First
four out Oklahoma State playing today, Wisconsin somehow playing today,
Arizona State, and North Carolina. So I'm I'm on two
of those teams. For some reason, Wisconsin is an underdog

(26:41):
against Ohio State. Ohio State has been awful this year,
but there's still a top one hundred team on CAMPOM. Look,
they have nothing to play for. Wisconsin has everything to
play for. I'm taking the Wisconsin money line. I was
actually stunned when I saw that line come out. I
think of just on pure motivation, Wisconsin has it in
front of them. They have to win this game or

(27:04):
else their NCAA tournament hopes are dead. So while gladly
to take them. I took Oklahoma State on the money
line as well in a bed problem game against Oklahoma
seven ten game in the Big twelve tonight, same motivation.
You're right on the bubble. You can't lose this game,
so go ahead and and take care of business. I

(27:24):
think there's a case to be made also for I
guess a parlay of the two Oklahoma State. It's only
a one and a half point favorite last time I checked.
That would be what I think they were minus one
thirty when I got them. So if you were to
do this, and we do the math real quick over
here on DraftKings Sports Book, Wisconsin plays here we go

(27:46):
and then Oklahoma State. So if you were to parlay
the two, you get a plus two seventy eight. Yeah.
I'm gonna add that you have two teams with motivation
to get the job done. So yeah, I'll take that
same same situation for both teams. Carolina plays bc BC's

(28:07):
gonna be existing. Oh really, it's eleven point spread. So
why am I not taking Boston College? You should take
Boston College if you're betting in this game. Yes, Like,
I think that's that's the advice I stayed away from it.
But remember last year BC was what two points away
from beating Miami in the quarterfinals. Like Earl grants three

(28:28):
and one as a head coach for Boston College in
the ACC tournament. Does that mean something? Maybe? Might mean nothing,
But he's got his team playing at least good in
the ACC Tournament and you know if they're up for it,
and you know, North Carolina is super inconsistent. So do

(28:49):
you trust Carolina as an eleven point favorite? Absolutely? Absolutely not.
But the way they've been playing now, I think they win.
I think this is where motivation comes in. Carolina is like, well,
we beat Virginia early in the season, we can beat
Virginia again if we get through this game. I wouldn't
be surprised if Carolina makes the semifinals, just out of

(29:11):
of like pure adrenaline to try and get into the tournament.
But I don't know. We'll see. And then Arizona State
plays the super super leag game in the PAC twelve
against the Oregon State. I know the five of you
that get Pack towelve network, including myself, will be up
for that. I just don't have a read on that
the pact fwolve. To me, there's a very distinct top

(29:35):
three and that's it. As US and eleven point favorite,
they should win. But to them, that's a game. Again
for all of these teams, really is it's more to
I can't lose than a must win. Apply that to Pittsburgh,
applied to Oklahoma State, Wisconsin, Arizona State, North Carolina, and look,

(29:59):
you can even apply it to NC State as well
against Virginia Tech because they have had the best last
two or three weeks. They're on the last four buyas
line with Pittsburgh right now in the ESPN projection. But
you'll lose to Virginia Tech and then doubt seeps in
a little bit. I think, out of all of those
six teams I just mentioned, I think NC State's the
most susceptible to an upset, to be honest with you,

(30:21):
just because the way they've been playing. They can score
really well, but when they don't score and the guard
plays off and facing some pressure like they did against
Clemson a few weeks ago when Clemson just went to
Raleigh and destroy them, yeah, I think it might be
a little tough on them against votech who can be

(30:41):
really good but could also be really bad. So I
don't think we'll get some significant upsets. But if you
do get one, maybe Votech over Ency State. But I'm
not betting that because votech didn't look as good as
I want them to to bet them as an underdog.
All right, that's Joe Chanzy's plays once again. I'll be
live at three pm. I'll be giving that a few
