at gmail dot com. I'd love to hear your feedback,
your thoughts, your comments, your opinions, your observations, and your testimonies.
Bring Heaven Down number seven at gmail dot com. All right,
on today's show, I want to answer a specific question

(00:49):
that I once wrestled with a long time ago, and
the specific question is where did God come from? Where
did God come from? We're going to answer that on
today's show. So grab your favorite drink or cup of coffee,

(01:10):
and let's bring Heaven a little closer together. If you
enjoy looking at the history of how the world was created,
you can go down a pathway of crazy ideas, of

(01:39):
crazy scientific findings, and you'll come across things like chemicals
and like the milky way galaxy and like the stars
and the Big Bang and all of these acids and gases,
and what we all like to answer is where did
it come from?

Speaker 2 (02:00):
And you can really.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
Get lost in searching for these answers because we all
want an answer. We all want an answer to the
questions that we have in our mind. The problem with
that is we don't always have an answer to every

(02:29):
single question. Meaning sure, we can try to figure out
where the Big Bang theory came from. And if you
want to credit the Big Bang to God, well then
we want to know where did God come from and
how did this form? And the problem with answering the

(02:51):
question of where did God come from? Who made God?
Is we then are putting God on the same level
of the world. And God is greater than the world.
God has existed before time even began, which is mind boggling.

(03:14):
So this idea that God could be created is an
idea that falls short because God cannot be created. God
is God. And eventually, what we need to realize is
that this is where faith.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Steps in. We believe in God. We know that God
created all things.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
We know that God created man and women and animals
and mountains and valleys, and rivers and streams and lakes.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
We know God made those things.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
So when you ask the question where did God come from,
that's when you need to take a step of faith
and realize that there isn't much of an answer for
that one. Because I used to go through this a
long time ago. I like to know where things come from.

(04:17):
And you can really go down this pathway that I
was talking about earlier. You can get confused, you can
get lost, and I think that's where the atheist gets
lost because they try to figure out where these things
have come from.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
And then they try to answer where God came from.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
And then if you're answering where God comes from, your answer,
you're asking the wrong question because God is not something
that can be created out of nothing. God creates things
out of nothing, but God himself cannot be created out
of nothing. So if you want to know where God

(05:00):
came from, God is a constant presence that has been
God over the world before the world even existed, because
He created the world. It is really a mind boggling
thing to think about. And what I like to do
is I like to think about it on a less

(05:24):
intense scale because all of us blindly believe in something.
I don't know who created the alphabet or how it
was created, or how someone got from two plus two
equals four. I don't know how someone said, yeah, nine
plus nine is eighteen or nine times nine is eighty one.

(05:44):
I don't know who came up with the algorithms or
the formulas to create math to be math and division
to be division, but I blindly believe it. I don't
know where that came from. I don't know who had
that idea first. I don't know who had this idea.

(06:06):
It's grit of formula to get this answer, and we
all blindly believe it because it has been cemented into
our minds to be true. Someone one day decided to
create an alphabet filled with twenty six letters. I don't
know who did that, and I don't know how they

(06:27):
got b ball, but I blindly believe it. So I
am going to believe that God did not have to
be created, because God is God, and something that powerful
and that magnificent cannot be created by a.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
Bang by the boom, by.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
A random chemical because then what we are doing is
we are de rating God's power, and we are degrading
his presence because something that powerful cannot be created by
something so simple. Thank you for listening to this show today,

(07:18):
and I hope the Holy Spirit revealed more and more
about our Lord and savor of Jesus Christ. I hope
that this thought process of understanding.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
God and understanding.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Where he came from is not really a question that
can be answered, but that's where faith steps in because
we don't have answers to every question.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Anyway.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
I could go on about this forever because this is
a topic that really interests me.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
Thank you for choosing Jesus today, and I hope you
learn more and more and about our Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ.
