the brunch with your parents and the coach. Boy, my
dawn here was in the banking. Boy de coordinated at
the table, my head in there banking. I just remember
going back to the room. I was like I told

(04:16):
my brother. I was like, yo, Bro, it's a rap,
but I'm coming here. I'm coming to Tech. And that's
what sold it for me.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
From there.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Man, Hey, So was he trying to convince like, nah,
go to Jordan's No.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
No, No. My brother was real cool with it. Bro.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
He just was like, man, because I always go to
my brother for all kind of but still to today,
so that's like my hero I look.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Up growing up. Cat Burnett he was one.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Yeah, he was like bro.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
He had a name.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
Hey, Bro.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
Still to this day, I feel like, bro, he's the
best player come out of North Clayton to this day.
But he always just like, man, this is your journey, Bro.
I can't tell you which way to go. I'm just
gonna support he like, this is you gotta make on
your own. It was all she wrote from there.

Speaker 5 (05:00):
Did you have a chance to visit Georgia?

Speaker 3 (05:02):
I did have a chance, So I had so my
official visit center. It was supposed to go to Tech.
I was supposed to go to Florida.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
I was going to Uga, South Carolina, and then I
was gonna go to Virginia Tech. But I went to
Tech first. Florida scheduled to visit on my birthday. But
you know, you know, when you're young, bro, young and dumb,
I was like, I ain't gonna go on my birtha.
I'm gonna spend my birthday with my friends at yeah home.
I should I should have looked back at it. I

(05:32):
probably should have went down there for a visit on my.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Birth visit, just visit. They would have turned you up.

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Birth birthday and I had one and I took another
one to this one. Nick Saban had just got to Alabama.
So by this time I had quietly committed the Tech.
I told the coaches, but I ain't noun to the
media yet. And then Nick Saban took the job Alabama,
and I remember Nick Saban and Kirby Smart. I was
the de coordinator. They drove up to North Clayton. So

(06:03):
I'm in how my brother, like, man, you gotta come
back up here. Nick Sabing want the meat, which so
I know I'm committed to Tech. He was like man,
Kirby's like your gill us a shot. Come down to
Tuscaloosa this weekend. I went down there for the visit.
It was nice, you know what I mean. My mama
loved it. But I was just like, I'm sticking with
my gut.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
At that time, who won?

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (06:25):
Who won the championship at.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
That time had a couple So my what that freshman year?

Speaker 5 (06:30):
How many did you miss out on?

Speaker 3 (06:32):
So there?

Speaker 4 (06:32):
I think that my fresh year said, I want to
say LSU one and then that next year or was
it Florida might have been it was Florida, Florida one.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
One year with.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
Florida one, I think right maybe like my junior year, Bama.

Speaker 3 (06:46):
Might have won the Natty one, that first Natty.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Yeah, Kirby, Yeah, I forget around that time, Kirby smart
was that that would have that would have been a
different look.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
You know, that would be Jay Jeremy l.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
Yeah, yeah, shout on my boy Jay man. But that
was a lot of It was a lot of dolls
to come out of there. And I remember one time,
like if you don't know Morgan Burnett, he put on
a lot of camps. He was talking you was talking
to a lot of the kids, you know, like motivating them,
telling them like sometimes they ain't about being the fastest, strongest,
like to make.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
It to the league.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
And you were telling them like you wasn't the fast
and you weren't the strongest, but you made it to
the league because you dedicated. In my head, I'm like,
but that kept I see you motivating no kids, But
it wasn't too many niggas better than you that you.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
Gotta sell the drinking man. Everybody gonna be that.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
I keep trying.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
You just put there the missiles just put their working.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
Yeah, you gotta put the work.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
You gotta put the work in behind the scene manin'
about what you're doing their press.

Speaker 3 (07:47):
You gotta do that extra behind the scene. I think
that made the difference, No, for sure.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
And we be telling people all the time because like
you know, Riggie, he was before the Internet. And when
I say before the inn there, you know, before social media,
before you putting you know, faces to the name and
stuff like that. So sometimes when people come by, they'll
be like, hey, man, with that ridgiebad who went to
Georgia Tech, or that ridgieball played brou to start four
years at Jeordia Tech, a black quarterback whatever before.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
It time it was and it was a time. Hey
now it was app well I know vividly.

Speaker 4 (08:22):
It was a Thursday night game the boys played Virginia
Babar Dad Stagia's when y'all bust out and throw bad
jersey with the white hill.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
You went out with us that night, brouh, Hey, hold
on about the game. Yeah that game. That was a
good game, Hey, bro, that was that was sold it
for me too. Man.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
Yeah, the boy used to have y you know, went
to Lord Joy, so he was cool to hear my
brother be like what we're finna.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Be out here.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
My brother used to hear say at this time, my
brother coached me and he used to teach at the school.
My brother used to tell my mama like, yeah, I
think tit. Wanted to do extra meetings with Morgan.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
That was my mama left me. Won't let me get
out there hard.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
But like so it was like you you want to
stay around like home though, Like that was the that
was the ultimate goal I did.

Speaker 4 (09:17):
At first I really didn't know, But then I'm telling
it was like the people. I mean, I just felt
like the love was genuine and the relationships was real
and still to this day we all still close and tight,
you know what I'm saying. Yeah, it was more so
than anything then me being a hometown kid. Like at
the time you don't realize, but now going back just appreciate.

(09:39):
You hear from like young fans that adults now or
their parents that are older now, just talking about how
much our team meant to them, how fun it was
watching tied that meant everything to me.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
Nah, No for real.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
So what made like, you know what I'm saying with
the number because you know ball War one, you wore one,
like because.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
You were one all all growing up anyway.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Yeah, so that was my number and it wasn't like
I asked for number one.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
So growing up.

Speaker 4 (10:05):
When we played in park ball at Flash Show, so
that's the team cam New was on out.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
That was our line back and four back. Wow.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
So yeah, yeah he got the mentality like the line
he played.

Speaker 3 (10:15):
He came up playing linebackers.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
So our coach to help we had like the quarterback
was the he called the one position. Running back was
the two. We had another running bed the three, the
four bel the four. So he gave us that number
in that order.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
And so then when I had number one, and I
just stuck with it ever since.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
Then when a Reggie, when I got there, Reggie balled
out number one. But so I'm thinking, oh, it's that pressure.
But Ridge showed look he like man, hey one. We
always gonna look after each other, all right, But well
this man humble over there. Now, Hey, when I tell
y'all this man home, I don't know what Ridge remember that,
I'm so me Joshua and there is with roommates. Right,

(10:57):
So Ridgie always come back. He always showed little bro.
He always showed.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Little he was coming back. It probably wouldn't you have
to show love. We walk around campus show.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
Not think you want? He the man now, yeah, he
stopped by the room.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
But what y'all boy, y'all boy ate anything you can
see it now, I'm goode my mind to tell how
y'all hate anything like man. I mean, we ain't little
little man Donald. He's like man here, y'all go boy,
y'all boy, go buy some grocery. But every time Rich
came around, he made.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Sure, even like Santa Claus. Yeah you remember that.

Speaker 6 (11:37):
No, I remember I thought I thought I ordered y'all
some pizza one time?

Speaker 3 (11:41):
You did? You you made sure we ain't good. Bro,
that's the time.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
Damn, that's hard trying to get some shipped back.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Yeah, so remember that that tale visit.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
Hey, Then what I all want to know, like, was
it your your choice to like want to go to
dB though?

Speaker 3 (11:58):
Yeah it was. So it's like, you know, coming up,
we had to learn two positions.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Bro.

Speaker 4 (12:03):
That was just how I thing from middle school. It
was like you got to learn offense position defense position.
I mean I came up and playing quarterback, but I
always my dad always worked with.

Speaker 3 (12:12):
Me and my brother on tackling. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (12:14):
So then when I went to a camp in North Carolina,
I was going to my sophomore year, so coach Shockley
had me just get some quarterback work. So I'm over
there throwing about the quarterback and then it just hit me.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
I told him.

Speaker 4 (12:25):
Bro, I was like, man, I don't want to play
quarterback in college. I like getting interception. So my brother like, shit,
go jumping on one on one line. Then so I
jump in and the coach was like, no, he ain't do nothing.
I dB work and they were like, man, what the
work can happened? Then a little young dude, man ain't nothing.
Just let them jump in. Why John then did that
first one on one I hen me.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Up a receiver. I saw. I love this.

Speaker 4 (12:48):
Yeah, yeah, I ain't a little bad sense man that
when I got my first offer.

Speaker 7 (12:53):
Ye.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
And then like I think you were kind of like
the first one. We were kind of talking earlier about
like you know what I'm saying this to come down
in the box, like playing that linebacker.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
How was that? Like you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
No, it were good.

Speaker 4 (13:05):
I just always felt like, man, the safety position can't
be one dimensional. You got to be able to do both, right,
Like you gotta be versative, play bad deep, and you
gotta be able to come down in the box and
when you're willing to hit somebody. And I think when
you do that, they add value to your game. And
that was just my That was just my mindset and
I think that really paid off for me. And then

(13:26):
playing alongside Clinton Dix and playing with dudes like Nick
Collins I.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Had, but that was Collins.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
No, he was in Green Bay.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
Yeah they had but they had a.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
We were that was that was something my bis your boy?

Speaker 2 (13:41):
Was that to.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
Will Sam Shills we had Sam Shills Hayward, was that
you feel me?

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Then we had Michael Hyde to Michael, Hey, damn.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Don't about Charles woods Hadson.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
Will Charles Woodson, yup, chege Woodson was a dog boy.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
He was different, boy, real what different.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Like like in the league.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
You probably like he probably one of the most like
uh what I say, like like a legend legendary player
at the time to get game back.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
He was one of those.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
Yeah, he was good.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
Kak would when you come in like he he real
laid back. He'll he'll watch you first, right, and just
see how you work and stuff.

Speaker 3 (14:27):
And then he ain't gonna be man of many words.

Speaker 4 (14:30):
And then he'll come up and he'll start saying words
to you when he feels like, all right, you can
contribute and help the team.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
Yeah, but one of them, dude, Will you see why here?

Speaker 4 (14:38):
Hall of Fame is so great, bro, seeing him behind
the scenes because you know he got the green, he
got to a point he ain't had to practice no more. Right,
So you be like, damn, I can't wait to like
wood don't practice. But he just show up and made play.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
Like how did it happen?

Speaker 4 (14:52):
But bro, once I got hurt and I was in
the training room and I see him, Hey, bro, that
dude be working his ass off.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
Bro, he studied at film. Now they just show you.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
How it wasn't nothing. The coaches could teach you, right, who.

Speaker 8 (15:13):
Would you say was like the person that gave you
like the most like work like like it was crazy
trying to defend the.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
Calvin Johnson, Come on, man, Alvin Johnson, she had uh.

Speaker 3 (15:25):
Adrian Peterson was a doll.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Bro and the tackle and stuff.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Oh my gosh, bro, that was a dog. Marshawn Lynch
was another dog.

Speaker 4 (15:33):
But Adrian Peterson bro Like some backs, as the game
go on, they started to wear down and.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Get a little tired in that era.

Speaker 4 (15:41):
Boy, when that fourth quarter here his air running hard,
gets doing their head like that.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
You like, I seen people turn that ship down.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
Hey yeah, I'm glad Jojo brought that up. That probably
was the toughest stretches. That's what I'm saying though, Like, well,
be tackling one on one running.

Speaker 6 (15:57):
Back on top five running backs, you would again, so
a p.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
Marshawn Lynch, oh oh, Michael Turner was a dog for
the fire. Michael Burnard, bro Steven Jackson, people forget about him.
He was about six four two. Brandon Jacobs was another one.

Speaker 4 (16:19):
Damn yeah, they will be. But Adrian Peterson was number one.
Like Kevin Green r P Kevin Green. I mean we
got in front. He stood in front of the meeting
room and was like he's circling. All right, man, your
miss tackle's gonna be hot this week. He said, don't

(16:40):
worry about miss tackles. Just make sure we find a
way to not let this guy win the game because he's.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
Gonna get his. He's gonna get his.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
That was That's that good for a coach to be
realistic like that. Bro, Hey man, that's game. Yeah, because
I don't play this. So like you you a listen
to somebody was so they talking about well, you know,
Deonne Sanders. He was talking about his sons, and Bro,
he said something that was so real. He said, whether

(17:10):
football or not, the Sandlers, we're gonna be straight.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
We say that, yeah, but of course we know that.

Speaker 1 (17:16):
But to say that to the media, man, pop it
on him because at the end of the day, Bro,
like they gonna say shallow because he did that fight,
y'all gonna try to cut him anyway.

Speaker 5 (17:27):
That was cap though. That was cap that like cutting
him because of that, and.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
He gonna get picked up. I want to play off
doing that for sure. I want somebody doing.

Speaker 5 (17:38):
George Pickings do that every game.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
Hey it's gonna bite. Hey, it's gonna bite, y'all.

Speaker 5 (17:43):
Bro, he ain't gonna get cut.

Speaker 6 (17:45):
I don't think my boy was getting cut because of
that punch though.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Yeah, that's all I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (17:51):
They were just trying to find a reason.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
Hey, how it is like with both of y'all with
no like you know what I'm saying, dealing with like
you know, when you're trying to make that fifty three
man roster and like certain players not knowing the spell.

Speaker 3 (18:03):
That's pressure. You counting me?

Speaker 6 (18:06):
So all right, you got drafted right around our third round, Okay,
cool undrafted free agent. I'm coming to accounting numbers, seeing
who I can uh outperform, Seeing how many positions you
got to understand. Like for me, I went from quarterback
to playing R four, R five that's the middle, that's
the wedge buster. Back in the day that when you
got the normal kickoffs and I'm playing gun on punt

(18:31):
team to hold on punt return.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
And what else and wide receiving.

Speaker 6 (18:37):
So I go from the ball in my hands every
damn play, dropping back maybe having a sprint out from
time to time to running the entire fucking practice. So
I'm just counting numbers and trying to outperform this other
free agent that.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
Ie brought in.

Speaker 6 (18:51):
Morgan can give you the more preferential treatment on getting
drafted and at least having some type of secured spot ship.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
Don't. These players that were drafted, they gonna start cutting them.
So it's like yo.

Speaker 4 (19:04):
But the thing like, if you go in that top
four rounds, they gonna give you legal even if you're
not good, they at least give you a you'll be
there your rookie year and give you the next year.

Speaker 3 (19:15):
Then they'll try to cut you.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
But once you go from like fifth on down the
free agent, it's a little harder. But teams like to
protect they draft pick because you don't want to make
it look like a gym.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
I made a bad right, Okay, So and then some
business it's a business move.

Speaker 4 (19:30):
And then some free agents. It don't really have nothing
to do with your skill set. But you may come
into a situation where we loaded their receiver.

Speaker 3 (19:38):
I gotta all pro receiver. I got a.

Speaker 4 (19:40):
Five year vet, seven year vet. You just the room
crowded but we got to have bodies for camp. So
it's like, but when you sign, you probably wasn't making
the team from the jump. That's where you see some
guys where it's like they not bad football player, they
just was in the wrong.

Speaker 5 (19:56):
What practices be looking like though they be intense.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
I feel like, gotta be practice intense.

Speaker 4 (20:01):
But you just gotta know like who to be intense
around though, Like right, so them the management, they want
to protect their investment.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
So that's why you gotta be like you gotta all
pro receiver.

Speaker 6 (20:14):
Like you practice etiquette.

Speaker 3 (20:18):
Yeah, don't go to the ground for damn shore, don't
hit nobody low, you know what I mean?

Speaker 5 (20:24):
Well, you got to reserve.

Speaker 6 (20:29):
I'm not finna put no undrafted freeation versus my pro
received right, I'm gonna put my free agents versus each
other on my third round versus that that that free
agent and letting them battle out.

Speaker 8 (20:38):
And what about what about like preseason games though, like
oh no, that's that and the actual quarterback for another
team is in there like you etiquette.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
There, No, you try and win the job. Then you're
trying to win the job.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
But see, it's like a different mindset though, Like a
guy that's a starter that's been there, whether you're a
Pro Bowl or not, but you've been there. Say you've
been in this team three years, you've been three year starter.
Your job is now, like preseason is getting my feet
under me, foot word technique, get used to putting my
pass on somebody, then get out the game.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
I'm ready to make it out healthy. Rather that's I'm playing.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
The series or a quarter But if it's an undrafted
guy or young rookie, it's like your super Bowl. Preseasons
like your super Bowl because your livelihood on the line
at that moment.

Speaker 8 (21:23):
So if you got Joe Burrow right, and you got
and your job is to sack the quarterback, okay you're
a rookie, or you you a free agent and you
going you sacked Joe Burrow and you injure him and now.

Speaker 5 (21:33):
He out for the season.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Doing the preseason, doing preseason.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
Oh no, that's just that they're not finna like treat
your team.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Yeah, your own team.

Speaker 4 (21:47):
Like if kid applies, So preseason you're playing another team.
It's just the game. Now, anything can happen. But practice
is you going against your teammates. But you gotta be
smart enough to hurt each.

Speaker 1 (21:59):
Other making the right decisions. They made the Browns name
Gabriel QB two in Sanders's QB three.

Speaker 5 (22:09):
Are we surprised?

Speaker 2 (22:11):
But guess what my boys should do? It is number
one in Jersey sales.

Speaker 5 (22:16):
That really, don't you.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Received fourteen million off that?

Speaker 3 (22:19):
Do that?

Speaker 5 (22:20):
What's that?

Speaker 2 (22:20):
I mean, what's up?

Speaker 3 (22:23):
Way he paid?

Speaker 8 (22:24):
I mean yeah, extra, So we knew that he was
gonna have a lot of jerseys get so anyway, right,
which is probably why they drifted him in the first place,
BECAUSEY knew they was going to get some money back.

Speaker 6 (22:34):
I was having this conversation earlier about the depth trop Now,
don't if you're a sure Door fan, don't panic.

Speaker 3 (22:42):
His time is on the way.

Speaker 6 (22:44):
It's just a revolving door at quarterback in Cleveland. You
probably remember Morgan when you were playing there. He's going
to get his shot. If history repeats itself, there's going
to be another starring quarterback at some point. We know
Flacco ain't going no more than a year. I don't
think Dland Gabriel real is gonna cut it. I just
don't see it.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
And your door check dealing, he said, He said, He
asked him about that coming. He said, that wasn't for you.
He said, I don't know if you know what's going on,
you know what's going.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
And should do one thing, should do?

Speaker 1 (23:11):
Should do a walk up on anybody and asked what
you gotta ask and a respectable man.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Yeah, yeah, but.

Speaker 8 (23:18):
He but he didn't direct that towards nobody though he
said what he said it was.

Speaker 4 (23:23):
I think he kind of like Bruh came in, he
got drafted a third round, so they go back. What
I was saying, like the team thought highly, but I
think the media was trying to like town.

Speaker 3 (23:32):
I think he took a shot at the media more so.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
You think they tried they trying to turn it and
make no boards seem like they against each other.

Speaker 5 (23:40):
But that's what they're trying to do.

Speaker 3 (23:41):
That's good, that's good. But I think it was just like.

Speaker 9 (23:49):
You know what he's talking about, you know, you know
what I'm saying. Yeah, his coach said the same thing
in college, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, and his
family in Colorado.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
They when they play against Orgon, there you go, and.

Speaker 9 (24:02):
Like you said, the media half hitted them guys against
each other, but they take mine.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
For people to look at the game because you gotta think.
I know so many people who watched that Browns versus
Pepper's game. Once you do a play, we.

Speaker 5 (24:16):
All did, yeah, but we all did.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
But still that that what I'm saying, that driving up viewers. Yeah,
that's what mad game though.

Speaker 4 (24:25):
Able to do that two many drive before the half,
that's what you want to see from your quarter back
for sure.

Speaker 3 (24:30):
And I think who was it who they just played
the last preseason game? What was it? Was it? The rounds?

Speaker 4 (24:36):
I think of the rams with the rounds and he
had a what end of the half two minute driving
end and in the score.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
So that plays a his strength though.

Speaker 6 (24:43):
You know he good from running the ball, of running
the offense on the run, running shoot uh snapped the
ball within five six seconds of the rep of placing
the ball. He did it at U C F and
orgon a two minute drill. I ain't gonna lie to you.
I'm not impressed. You've been doing it for the last
five six years, you feel me. But should do getting there,
getting there in the second half and doing what he

(25:04):
did didn't help the case.

Speaker 1 (25:06):
But they one of the passes or they should do
it made a play man. He just didn't hold on
to the ball. I ain't gonna lie with them, though
I see it do make sense because it's like they
were like, damn, do.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
Y'all believe in me or not? Y'all drafted should do
so now.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
The media media, they only want to They don't even
want to see me play the problem.

Speaker 5 (25:31):
Yeah, that's the problem. It's like if that one't.

Speaker 4 (25:35):
But yeah, how many really fifth round draft hicks quarterbacks
came in their rookie year starring like that? People had
that unrealistic Yeah you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (25:44):
But they even saying then that he wasn't even supposed
to get drafted like that. So that's the issue. So
the issue started from me.

Speaker 8 (25:49):
He shouldn't even been drafted that low anyway.

Speaker 3 (25:55):
This is this is impressible. I mean doing it, you know,
which is like later in the preseason.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
That's what I'll be saying, like, Jeff, can you like
a player. I ain't gonna hate on another player. He
making some good ass throw. But that first game when
I did see you do, I'm like, shed do it?

Speaker 2 (26:16):
Gave you everything?

Speaker 5 (26:17):
They played the Panthers, bro.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
Hey, them boys in the league. That's the Panther.

Speaker 5 (26:23):
They played the Panthers practice squad.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
Like no, well, okay, I don't want to argue today
we got.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Company or I say you went.

Speaker 1 (26:34):
He was in three good fan bases, green Bay, Pittsburgh,
believe it or not, Cleveland got a.

Speaker 2 (26:42):
Good ass fan base. People people don't really well.

Speaker 1 (26:47):
I remember Cleveland be losing them Nigga Stadium full, all
of them got bad. Which one you think, like was
the bench like they spin like dang? Probably green Bay?

Speaker 5 (27:02):
Yeah they got it.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Ain't even close.

Speaker 4 (27:04):
Ain't even close, bro, just in Probably I spend majority
of my time there.

Speaker 3 (27:09):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
I kind of based saying like throughout the league. I
grew up there.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (27:14):
I got my family there, you know what I mean,
my son when my son was born, we went in.

Speaker 3 (27:20):
I was in college when my.

Speaker 4 (27:21):
Son was born, and then when we went to Green Bay,
so it just me, yeah he up there, not he's
playing ball now.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
So it was me, him, my wife Nikkolat at the time.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
So it was basically like we had each other up
in Green Bay, but green Bay getting me college town though,
Like you know what I'm saying, they get that vibe.

Speaker 3 (27:40):
Yeah, it was man. Green Bay was loving man. Outside
of the cold. I love green but you got to.

Speaker 5 (27:44):
Have a family in Green Bay. You ain't else.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
No, you ain't doing nothing.

Speaker 5 (27:48):
Doing nothing else that good.

Speaker 1 (27:50):
Keep people out of Trubty to No.

Speaker 8 (27:55):
Damn green Bay like damn, it's a good franchise. But
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (27:59):
But yeah, you gotta you gotta only flash up. Man.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
You either gotta have a family, be be on skip lag.

Speaker 4 (28:06):
But you're only getting every city don't have a direct
flight the Green Bay. Need you gotta connect. I think
Atlanta is one that's either gonna be seats in the
morning or eight at night or never thought about how
far how far you stand from the airport in green
Bay or everything close in Green Bay.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
The first you are driving Green Bay is like twenty minutes.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
So you got in the city. You seeing the fans
a lot.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
If you're going out, hure, Oh yeah, you go out, man.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
The fans will come up like certain people can't just
be out eating though, like Aaron rod Lay Matthews, but
everybody else, like when Julius Pepper was there, like you,
they'll come up and try to bother them.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
A yeah, but you know what.

Speaker 4 (28:48):
Devonte Adam was a rookie when I was there his
early years, so at this time he was still finding
his way. But most time you be out there chilling
and they folks they'll come up, wave, They'll speaking then.

Speaker 5 (29:01):
Going they're used to this ship.

Speaker 3 (29:03):
Yeah they we know.

Speaker 2 (29:04):
I'm saying, what's up? Uh?

Speaker 1 (29:08):
The Falcons cut being the Neuccie Inucci?

Speaker 2 (29:13):
How did he handle being cut?

Speaker 5 (29:14):
Had him a little birth?

Speaker 3 (29:16):
Not?

Speaker 2 (29:16):
What do you say?

Speaker 1 (29:18):
Not many beers better than the airport just got cut
from the NFL for the seven times.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
Trust me, you wouldn't understand.

Speaker 5 (29:25):
Damn bro, you laugh, But.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
Yeah, it's like you could see the plain and like
he ain't really like, damn, you know what it.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
Is to get your air cut from an NFL team
seven times? Be all right? Somebody believing? Yeah yeah seven times?

Speaker 5 (29:41):
Read that again because I'm not trying to like that's
not a he got.

Speaker 3 (29:44):
Cut seven times.

Speaker 1 (29:45):
That means he don't be got seven.

Speaker 3 (29:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
I bet if he was black, it'll be two. Nigga
had one one shot or done over all?

Speaker 3 (29:54):
Right?

Speaker 2 (29:54):
Man? Huh?

Speaker 1 (29:56):
And here quarterback? Yeah, the Falcons the can kind of
straight that quarterback? Hey, whatever happened to Kirk Cousins.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
It's gonna be QB two.

Speaker 5 (30:07):
You too, Damn, that's crazy.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
That's a luxury though.

Speaker 4 (30:11):
You got the first round pick and then god for
being something happen.

Speaker 3 (30:15):
You got a veteran quarterback this.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
St yeah, and train him up like that. They say
the top dbs in the NFL going into twenty twenty
five season.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
Who they got up there?

Speaker 5 (30:29):
I'm blinds guardinger one.

Speaker 2 (30:32):
I don't know. I can't, y'all.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
Ain't no ranking. This can't be no ranking. It can't
be a ranker.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
I got, I got, I got certain.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
One, I got attain Yeah.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
Yeah, is that the ranking? Damn?

Speaker 3 (30:44):
That's they tripping. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
Kyle Hamilton three? Okay, safety cornerbacks.

Speaker 3 (30:52):
Should be two on there.

Speaker 4 (30:55):
Hey, Xavier McKinny though, that's the Atlantic kid went to
Roswell High School and Obama.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
Hey he's solid though. He liked that.

Speaker 2 (31:02):
Yeah he good bro got there in Green Bay.

Speaker 3 (31:04):
Yep, he solid man. I like him. Jesse Bates win
Field good.

Speaker 6 (31:09):
That's a great list though, order of course I put
Certain at number one. Yeah, I feel like other than that, No,
I put Kyle Hamilton at too.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
Sauces good Man. I think he came in hot.

Speaker 4 (31:25):
And I think it's the name that people get caught
you too. But if you're watching the not take he
really good. But watching that tape Patrick curtain on, it's.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Some stuff you can't take. Man brough the stuff he
do and he locked down.

Speaker 6 (31:40):
The compliments he gets among the league, Like now versus
players that are playing now, I mean, nobody questions Patrick's curtain.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
It's somebody you think they missing off the list.

Speaker 3 (31:51):
I just got it.

Speaker 4 (31:51):
I feel like until somebody just clearly come in and
just take it over. I still believe Darren James the
best safety in the league. Just what I was talking about,
the versatility, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
I think a lot of people forget how good durn
James is because sometimes, to be honest, you don't watch
a lot of Charger game, A lot of Charger game
don't be on TV. But if you watch Durren James,
brunh he man, he ricks havoc on that damn CLEELDG.

Speaker 4 (32:16):
But coming up though, who I think could take that,
Like you know how you got to pass the torch? Yeah,
I feel like that next torch is Kyle Hamilton coming up.
I feel like the next phase of his game he
got to show is like consistency of good coverage. Right,
he can play in the box. He good blitzing. Now
he just gotta show a little more consistency like in
coverage covering tight ends in the slot. And Xaviel McKinny

(32:40):
is a name like everybody came out being when he
had all those peaks last year.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
But that dude he can play. Man. That dude got
range and he got great ball skills. Man, he really good.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
They got Jesse Bates sit.

Speaker 1 (32:52):
I'm surprised Baal didn't want to put on one anybody
for the Falcons ball you.

Speaker 3 (32:57):
I just got that much respect for certain Hamilton.

Speaker 6 (33:00):
He reminded, like, you say, Bro, if you could come
down and be that agile at six four sixty five, Bro,
it's it, Bro.

Speaker 3 (33:09):
That sucks up a quarterbacks game. Yeah, that sucks up.

Speaker 4 (33:12):
Yeah, That's why I have That's why I have my son.
While my son a junior at walking so mj about
like six three now about eighty five. So I tell
him I was like, man, fine safeties that look like
you and watching he watched Kyle Hamilton.

Speaker 3 (33:27):
Man, watch well.

Speaker 1 (33:28):
But it's the thing, if your dad don't been in
the NFL, Don'm retired from the NFL.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
You gotta listen to him.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
You know he knows summy talking about But man, you
put up a real of his game.

Speaker 2 (33:40):
I thought it was his highlight tape. That was one
damn game. Yeah, I said, ooh, this boy.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
Dast We won three picks versus a kitchen.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
Man, I said, more than might get another NFL shot.
I said, boy, he gonna be right in the NFL again.

Speaker 4 (33:57):
Man, I'm watching the game, like you know, you when
you cuture, that's a healthy balance you gotta have. It's
like coaching and being a father. So it's like you
try to keep it cool. Like MJ May plays Yo,
you get excited, then you know other people do the
same excitement.

Speaker 3 (34:13):
But boy, MJ called that first pick, I lost my
damn mind. I went and I forgot our.

Speaker 4 (34:19):
Coaching, boy, And then the second one with the piece
I'm running down the sideline, I was like, I forgot
the coaching.

Speaker 2 (34:29):
He no, he's supposed to.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
And if the other coaches ain't running to y'all, nigga
hate hell wrong with y'all, y'all should have been running
with me.

Speaker 3 (34:38):
Nephew.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
Who's something? Who you think the top dbs of all time?

Speaker 1 (34:43):
Since we did this list, Give me your your top
five DB's all time.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
We want to do corners or safety.

Speaker 2 (34:49):
We're gonna do a Michigan. Yeah, j DB's they played
the position.

Speaker 4 (34:55):
Let me let me split it up. Corners, safety. If
we do corners, ain't no order, no order. But I
feel like, like top corners, I would say, like because
Rod Wilson did both. So I put him in corner.
I say Rob Woodson, Charles Woodson, Deon Sanders, Champ Bailey,

(35:16):
and then I have the real reevers Tylow in there,
and then for the safety.

Speaker 2 (35:21):
Out about that revers island.

Speaker 4 (35:22):
Then safeties, I throw in uh e read of course,
Troy Polamo, Brian Dawkins and Digital of my all time favorite.
I felt like if we had him longer, he probably
be hands down the.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
Best is Sean Taylor. Okay, you ain't got yeah.

Speaker 1 (35:43):
I think it was just a different for him too.
Like you you go back and see a lot of light.
With us, we only could see games like how people
watch YouTube now growing up, we ain't have YouTube to watch.

Speaker 2 (35:57):
Now you go see some people highlight tapes. You got
Sean Taylor.

Speaker 3 (36:01):
Hey, bron Man, how many years? What? Three? Four years?
It was like four years. Yeah, that man had a
Hall of Fame career in four years, four years in.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
Washington, and they wasn't good then, just on some doll ship.

Speaker 3 (36:17):
Man, This here is the Pro Bowl.

Speaker 2 (36:20):
You be chilling, hey, Ben.

Speaker 1 (36:24):
You remember like when we was in middle school, our
teacher put sports in on in the morning before class start.

Speaker 2 (36:30):
Yeah, yeah, ship.

Speaker 1 (36:33):
They probably nigga, our teachers probably okay, but they were
watching that ship.

Speaker 2 (36:42):
Look at hes not no Lauck six three. So safety, bro,
You're gonna change your whole offense.

Speaker 3 (36:50):
Bro. They got up game plan for you alone up yep,
and he'll come smacky.

Speaker 2 (36:58):
Bro.

Speaker 6 (37:00):
You would think a guy like that wouldn't be ranging,
couldn't be active.

Speaker 2 (37:04):
Man, he.

Speaker 3 (37:06):
Nothing about that before. Oh you ain't have a chance. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
Sean Taylor was different.

Speaker 3 (37:15):
He was different.

Speaker 4 (37:16):
Oh man, it was the thirty then he switched at
twenty one, twenty one.

Speaker 3 (37:22):
It was really long. Mm hmm.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
Yeah, Sean Taylor different. It was just something binding. Who's
some I know you, Georgia Tech, I know both of y'all.
Y'all gonna watch Georgia Tech Colorado. What's what's your prediction
on the score.

Speaker 6 (37:42):
I'm gonna tell you now, Bro, like a win, like,
we definitely got Ted winning the game convincingly. I think physically, yeah,
I think Ted got a lot better. I think we
got a lot of experience. Our quarterback is a six
seven year veteran. Yes, so any team would have six
a quarterback. Yeah, but they ain't got got what Tich got.

(38:03):
Tich got continuity. They've been playing together for the last
two or three years. And on top of that, ain't
gonna lie to you. Football in the South is a
little different h everywhere else. So I think that physicality
of Tech going up to Colorado is gonna be the difference.

Speaker 3 (38:17):
I'm definitely going to Tech.

Speaker 4 (38:18):
We got Brent Keet if you don't know, Brent Key
was a former Tech player offensive alignment, so you know
that's big on physicality up front. But GEORGIEA Ted gonna
run his ball. You got a quarterback thegger run. You
got Jamal Hayes back there. I feel like, I don't
think Colorado run defense is that strong like that, but
I feel like Ted running the ball. Then on the

(38:38):
back end like ball saying with that experience on defense, man,
you got a lot of veteran guys that have been
playing together and uh, they got a new decoordinator, so
I like the defensive staff and then shot the Corey people.
I think he doing a great job getting those safeties
right back there. So I feel good about Tech this year.
I'ma make a bowl tradition.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
I think Tech gonna be in the mix for that
college ball play.

Speaker 5 (39:01):
I feel like that too.

Speaker 6 (39:03):
I like many job to make people laugh.

Speaker 3 (39:09):
Make ya how you field up which ball?

Speaker 5 (39:14):
I'm saying.

Speaker 8 (39:15):
The reason why I'm saying this is because I actually
like went and watched Tech play and I was like
impressed because I'm like, damn, I ain't know, I ain't know,
had it had a little some in them like this?

Speaker 2 (39:26):
I got you.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
But I'm gonna say that we gotta know Clemson, this
the best school in the but you but you just go.

Speaker 6 (39:35):
You can rank that base off the paper. You'll got
to go through uh hardest artist match up.

Speaker 2 (39:44):
Miami got that going back playing. Yeah, but'll st We
got Clemson and we got Georgia.

Speaker 3 (39:49):
Yeah it might play.

Speaker 6 (39:51):
Even if we lose both of those games, you can press.
We still might have an argument, depending on everybody will
need help for here.

Speaker 3 (39:59):
We got Clemson at home too, got cleansing out in early.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
I will say this, Georgia Tech is a different team
at home at.

Speaker 2 (40:07):
Home at homeless year.

Speaker 1 (40:10):
They're a different team at home. What about that Georgia
game When that came down to the line, that was crazy,
that whole one. Again was like, I'll tell you that
Georgia Tech. I know, y'all, Georgia Tech alumn. Now they
messed me up two times last year they did two
years gave us and I thought appreciating war. I was like,

(40:35):
ain't no way can. I just knew he was gonna
make him play when they said, I could have cried,
what the hell?

Speaker 3 (40:44):
Take good boy?

Speaker 2 (40:46):
So it'd be different.

Speaker 4 (40:54):
That U g a game we played down. I was
at the game. Bro, that was oh, me and my
boy Josh and there is we was there. I'm telling
the whole game and we I was like, bro, let's
sit they go to the game. Let's be in the mix.
Make sure we said around the Ted fan though. You
know what I'm saying, we have George fan around you
feel well, we popping ship Boy.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
I'm talking about talking ship Boy. By the end of
the game. Wow, wow so mad? No, you know you mad?
Now you're mad? You're like, man, better not say ship.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
Up, you're looking like they can't come back.

Speaker 8 (41:27):
It was like hurt like then they go like how many?

Speaker 7 (41:32):
Like it was crazy.

Speaker 1 (41:37):
That's probably one of the best games. She was so
good that and probably that Georgia tech. I meant that
Georgia versus.

Speaker 8 (41:46):
See that feeling you had when they lost. That's how
I be feeling every Sunday about the Cowboys, every ready
to beat the funk out of somebody.

Speaker 3 (41:54):
I'm watching that document.

Speaker 1 (41:55):
I did not realize it is good, but I haven't
feel But I'll tell you this, I haven't finished.

Speaker 2 (42:01):
I got him a businessman.

Speaker 5 (42:05):
As a business that's.

Speaker 2 (42:06):
A big Oh yeah, that's a bit.

Speaker 1 (42:08):
Listen, anybody that old and white, I know they don't
I don't shouldn't make it.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
But as a businessman like bro he gambled and.

Speaker 5 (42:19):
Yeah, but like I get that, but now this she
ain't making.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
It's just old jo Joe.

Speaker 8 (42:23):
Okay, So why the fucking all this ship he did
with all these other dudes that he's bringing in a.

Speaker 1 (42:27):
Hell everybody whose own business old and why he ain't
Michael manager but he don't know how to deal with
that ship.

Speaker 3 (42:35):
He's not a general.

Speaker 4 (42:37):
But they pought the document like he just took the
wild gamble. This man said, I took a gamble and
I bought an eight hundred thousand dollars drilling.

Speaker 3 (42:46):
Well, I'm like, Bro, you.

Speaker 5 (42:51):
No damn gamble.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
For him to know about the Cowboys, that was a good.

Speaker 8 (42:55):
What I'm saying is he went and he found these
players and he was like, Okay, I'm gonna bring I'm
gonna bring this coach in, I'm bring this play in
and bring this playing. I'm gonna give him this money
or whatever.

Speaker 3 (43:04):
He messed up with him and Jimmy fell. I think
that took him.

Speaker 8 (43:08):
But he also made a comment he said his best
or like his best investment or the most money he
spent on something was fucking dion.

Speaker 5 (43:16):
That's what he said, which is like what a person like.
We're not talking about good.

Speaker 8 (43:22):
So I'm just like, if you were to get all
these people together and come up with this team and
you and you're smart, you like, yeah, I know what
to do to make a winning team.

Speaker 5 (43:29):
Why you ain't gonna pay Michael bro We need him.

Speaker 6 (43:32):
That's I don't think he had that much control over
personnel early on. I think once they started getting successful
and he saw Jimmy Johnson taking off that. That's when
he started to get hands on involved with players doing this,
doing that, and going here, and that's when they started
fucking up.

Speaker 2 (43:49):
Ego.

Speaker 4 (43:49):
White people got the biggest I was seeing documentary.

Speaker 6 (43:54):
That's why they started clashing his You didn't hear Jimmy
in that documentary, he was like he wanted he went
that far?

Speaker 3 (44:00):
He want Huh?

Speaker 5 (44:00):
I don't know if I got that far?

Speaker 3 (44:02):
Will keep watching.

Speaker 1 (44:03):
Yeah, it's history, Joe, Joe, it don't You ain't like
a nigga telling you a suspense move?

Speaker 5 (44:10):
Yeah, I know, but I like the.

Speaker 2 (44:11):
End they win the Super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (44:15):
And they do it again.

Speaker 5 (44:18):
I didn't know that.

Speaker 3 (44:19):
No, watch it, bro, It's revealing.

Speaker 8 (44:22):
Yeah, because yeah, I'll be hyped. That's the only excitement'm
gonna get for the team too.

Speaker 3 (44:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (44:28):
Hey, the Washington Commanders, they don't gave my boy McClaren
three year ninety six ms.

Speaker 3 (44:34):
I deserve it.

Speaker 1 (44:35):
It was a great player, damny seeing that type of money.

Speaker 2 (44:40):
Mark what you feel about the n I l money
and stuff y'all missed. I don't talk about it all the.

Speaker 4 (44:46):
Time, man, I just I'm I'm big on like man,
I mean, as long as we did our part and
so the next next group can eat. I'm all for that, man.
I think the boy deserve it. I just hope that
you know what I'm saying. They got people in place
to hear up them. Guys manage this stuff.

Speaker 3 (45:01):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
Like, because everybody ain't going to lead. Even if you
do make it to leave, you gotta have somebody to
help you.

Speaker 5 (45:08):
That's a humble response.

Speaker 8 (45:09):
I get pissed every time I think about the ship
and be like, what the hell? I get pissed about
how social media now make the mother get more money?

Speaker 5 (45:17):
How them n I l deals. I'd be like.

Speaker 3 (45:19):
Missed out for us important.

Speaker 6 (45:22):
Like we're in school in Atlanta, so we got access
to everything. So now we ain't got changeable money maybe
thousand dollars in our accounts, but everywhere we go it's
just like we got money.

Speaker 3 (45:32):
I face value.

Speaker 4 (45:33):
Yeah, you see why I went to You know what
I'm saying. You know what I'm saying, even now, like
you know ball, you see why this is why you
go to tech.

Speaker 8 (45:43):
But that's for any that's for any good player in
any sport.

Speaker 5 (45:47):
Like you say that to nav now can't go nowhere
playing the sports, take care and now.

Speaker 3 (46:00):
Man please.

Speaker 2 (46:06):
She talked about about what sport wise, Yeah.

Speaker 6 (46:09):
Oh yeah, they went to the middle school. He would
the man down.

Speaker 3 (46:16):
We go bad Nord Clay Tigers. We remember for him.

Speaker 2 (46:20):
Come on, man, that was the last of the Mohicans. Man.

Speaker 1 (46:26):
I think JE with it in general, like how these
kids like save Man's now if I was coming up
in this area, I wouldn't be playing football perre, Like no.

Speaker 2 (46:35):
Bro, did you see U?

Speaker 3 (46:36):
That's how kids think for real?

Speaker 2 (46:38):
Yeah look at the side.

Speaker 3 (46:41):
Oh okay, Like.

Speaker 2 (46:42):
It's different like bro, but we was coming okay along now.

Speaker 4 (46:47):
But because at first, you know, man Black had this
conversations cause we were like damn, like what is it?

Speaker 3 (46:52):
Like how these kids us bigger than all of us?

Speaker 4 (46:55):
But yeah, I had this discussion all the time to
you have a thing in high schoo with this reclass stuff.
I was about to say that, so basically, back in
our days called being kept back. Nobody wanted to get
kept back. But these parents are because of n I L.
They trying to reclass their kids back to be a
dominant player or whatever grade they in so they can

(47:16):
get more n IL something which is cheating.

Speaker 1 (47:18):
Yes, but then what I'm saying it gonna catch up
with when you get to college.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
Now you where you were supposed to be.

Speaker 1 (47:24):
Anyway, it's gonna it's gonna bro it's gonnas.

Speaker 7 (47:28):
But if I got the money already, who killed?

Speaker 3 (47:32):
I think you can't get But I feel like I
don't care what grade you in the knowledge of your
body gonna match the age you are. Right, So like
if you reclass back, Let's say you spost to graduated
at eighteen, right, but these kids get reclassed back, so
you're graduating at nineteen.

Speaker 4 (47:49):
That mean your freshman year you twenty yo. Sophomore year
you twenty one. So now you getting nil money. But
when I was twenty one, I was getting drafted third round.
So by the time I hit twenty five, I didn't
hit my second deal. By the time you hit twenty five,
you out here preseason on the.

Speaker 3 (48:06):
Rookie deal, kid her trying to make it. And now
it's like.

Speaker 8 (48:10):
Like, are they I thought they was doing it because
I didn't know they was doing it for the nil deals.

Speaker 5 (48:15):
I thought they were doing it because they wanted to
be faster, stronger, so.

Speaker 3 (48:18):
You can cash out right now? Yeah they want to, Yeah,
they want to cash out.

Speaker 4 (48:22):
They want to get to college. Everybody want to cause
everybody feels like be the number one player one, you
want to go D one. Then you got nil in
the transfer a porter, and then you got guys well
coaches like, I ain't even looking at high school kids.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
I'm looking at other kids in the portal.

Speaker 4 (48:38):
So now these parents like, what shit, my child graduated
twenty twenty six. Let me hold them back to twenty seven. Well,
he'll dominate even more. And now these big schools will.

Speaker 3 (48:47):
Start coming on.

Speaker 5 (48:48):
Are you for order against it?

Speaker 3 (48:49):
I'm against it all the way.

Speaker 5 (48:51):
I'm against order against it.

Speaker 1 (48:52):
I'm against it, and it's not because.

Speaker 3 (48:58):
But the game. I'm a big believe that you are
what y'all right, If you're.

Speaker 1 (49:03):
A dog, you're gonna be a dog because some of
these kids don't be looking like bro.

Speaker 6 (49:07):
Come on, But that's a that's a veteran perspective, that's
a former athletes perspective. But if I ain't played before
and I'm a parent and I got a talented kid,
I'm gonna look to how I'm gonna maximize that ship
right now?

Speaker 3 (49:21):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 6 (49:22):
You've been there, so you know ship work hard, stay
diligent nine times out of ten, it'll work out for you.

Speaker 3 (49:27):
Forget that.

Speaker 1 (49:28):
You can't teach though. If they ain't got this, ain't
worry about that. No, man, you're gonna push them back.

Speaker 3 (49:34):
I'm about cashing out, right, damn.

Speaker 2 (49:37):
Kid, I'm kid.

Speaker 8 (49:38):
If my damn mama tell me she holding me back.
Now I gotta get new friends. Can't graduate with my
damn friends.

Speaker 2 (49:44):
Absolute up. If you want the money in the cash outs, yeah,
put them on.

Speaker 4 (49:51):
But with that too, though, ain't the kids that reclassed
up though they probably reclassed the eighth grade. They went
back so now they go freshman, somewhomore, junior, and now
it's like, all right, let me jump back to my class.
That would be the way I've been in their hosts

(50:12):
they do.

Speaker 5 (50:12):
So how do you do that?

Speaker 8 (50:13):
Like, as a parent, you just be like, I don't
think that my child is, you know, advanced enough to
go to the next grade and want to.

Speaker 4 (50:20):
What they do is coming out of eighth grade. So
you can't do like, you can't go back and do
eighth grade again at your school because you met the requirement.
They home school, so they are home school and do
eighth grade again because when you get to high school.

Speaker 3 (50:34):
You can't reclass back. You got to do it before
you get to high school.

Speaker 8 (50:38):
So really all time they training at home, it's supposed
to be home.

Speaker 3 (50:42):
The read.

Speaker 5 (50:46):
What you said.

Speaker 1 (50:46):
They want to I have the athlete can't read that.
What you got, hey, I ain't man get your money.
But I'm saying, like to make the game fail for
like say, if somebody feel like they're doing it the
right way and a player, a player might get this.

Speaker 2 (50:59):
Curt Man.

Speaker 6 (51:01):
Now, that's just like saying athletes won't test positive for HGH.
Somebody out there. So it's just a nature of the beast.

Speaker 3 (51:10):
Like Morgan said, brother ship, that's the name of the game.

Speaker 5 (51:14):
You like holding somebody back for years like.

Speaker 3 (51:17):
You want everybody think.

Speaker 5 (51:19):
You ain't feel like, yeah, are you doing it?

Speaker 4 (51:23):
Always elementary where you go out there, field grade games
a big as me.

Speaker 3 (51:31):
And they playing in July. They playing year round.

Speaker 5 (51:34):
Yeah that used to be illegal.

Speaker 8 (51:36):
I agree, you're not supposed to what they used to
check their certificates.

Speaker 2 (51:41):
Oh yeah, a game. Don't start you first, the game
don't start to you what exactly?

Speaker 1 (51:48):
Mamas down, say your name, baby, when your birthday?

Speaker 2 (51:52):
They're doing all that you are at the U football
game exactly. Don't play that ship.

Speaker 5 (51:57):
Yeah, so I'm just confused. Change.

Speaker 4 (52:02):
Kids don't say their age no more. You ask a
kid after, how old are you?

Speaker 3 (52:05):
They? I'm class of twenty twenty, Like, bro, no, how
old are you?

Speaker 1 (52:10):
They have it down to it, training offpirty two class
ain't lying about that ship.

Speaker 3 (52:18):
They'll be confusing me.

Speaker 2 (52:20):
Got a little bier Class twenty twenty thirty one.

Speaker 3 (52:24):
My oldest he's sixteen.

Speaker 5 (52:26):
Oh okay, so he like, so you're in the mix.

Speaker 4 (52:28):
Yeah, so he a junior, but my older he don't
turn seventeen to May, so he the younger end of
his class.

Speaker 3 (52:34):
But I told you that. I'm like, hey, bro, you
gotta figure it out.

Speaker 5 (52:38):
Did you try to do that? Did he want to
do that?

Speaker 3 (52:40):
No? No, he was, But did he wants to?

Speaker 2 (52:42):
He probably.

Speaker 4 (52:46):
Because he know, like the goal is to groom you
up and get you out the house.

Speaker 3 (52:50):
Okay, older they get, the.

Speaker 1 (52:51):
More they eat, you're gonna stay another year.

Speaker 5 (52:58):
Better figure it out.

Speaker 4 (52:59):
Was working out, and then you want to toss at
with me, because that's why I Stayill keep working out
because you slam me in my house. You definitely got
to get out there.

Speaker 3 (53:10):
He taller than me, but he ain't better not he
know what it is.

Speaker 5 (53:14):
I'm gonna say, you got to get them little moment.

Speaker 4 (53:18):
I'm calling, hey, we've been jumping.

Speaker 8 (53:22):
Don't dang that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (53:26):
You gotta have a technic. I can't walk in the house.

Speaker 7 (53:30):
Old.

Speaker 2 (53:31):
Look, your daddy told me we're going on.

Speaker 5 (53:33):
Just imagine like.

Speaker 8 (53:37):
Your son or your daughter bigger than you, and now
they're trying to square.

Speaker 3 (53:40):
You up, like and what. You gotta win the mental
game from me and ship. Your daddy gonna beat your
head no matter what.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
Right, Yeah, because he don't. He doesn't signed you up.
You know your weaknesses, you know what you know something?
You know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (53:53):
He's gonna make you cry.

Speaker 3 (53:54):
I'm talling to my daddy. But I did try one time,
not and well and it ended quickly. Please.

Speaker 1 (54:01):
What about the one time some drunk ship Oh yeah,
sometimes drunk drunk time.

Speaker 2 (54:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (54:09):
I ain't never try my mama, hell no, only because
my older sister she got all the all the ship.

Speaker 2 (54:17):
Man that nigga thought. I tried them, but I ain't
even trying. I don't walking off that nigga. Oh you
think you're.

Speaker 5 (54:22):
Grown walking away from your.

Speaker 1 (54:25):
Hand now I'm gonna show you. I was like, hey, buddy,
whatever you got going on, man, you need.

Speaker 3 (54:30):
To take that. Thats money that one year.

Speaker 2 (54:32):
Oh yeah, that nigga. That nigga.

Speaker 1 (54:35):
But bro, realize, like I think, when we're growing up,
you get a different respect level for your dad once
you start having kids and seeing how that ship is. Like, Bro,
kids gonna love their mama. Bro, that's just how it is.
We like as fathers. We can't control that. Like it's
a different love they get from their MoMA. That's what
I'm trying to like. So so like with us, bro,

(54:57):
like with me, I might call him check on my
mama about five times out the week. I might call
my daddy once a week, but I fucked with him.

Speaker 2 (55:06):
I go over there and drink. I don't drink with
my mama. I drink with my dad. We could talk ship,
watch the game.

Speaker 1 (55:11):
But yeah, that's I feel like that, just like Colin
on the phone, like that nigga.

Speaker 2 (55:16):
Don't want to be on the phone with me long
Noah then checking all right, So it'd be like that.

Speaker 8 (55:26):
I think that's a healthy relationship though, you know what
I mean, Nah, you know, at least you checking in
and all that good stuff. I got a good like
me and my dad. I'm a I'm a daddy's girl.
So I talked to him.

Speaker 1 (55:35):
All it's different from them, girl, Yeah, yeah, different from
them girls.

Speaker 3 (55:40):
Bigger thing. As long as you can always tell my kids, like,
I don't care if you open up to me or
your mom, just open up to something. Let her know
what's going on in your world.

Speaker 1 (55:50):
Especially it's different now. Boy, I've been seeing a lot
of this is what I don't like. And I wish, like,
you know, people like get more hands on, like you know,
in the high school, like the coaches and stuff like
talking to these players because I feel like they got
a little bit too much leeway. And when I say that,
a lot of if y'all are hearing and new, a
lot of these kids are getting in trouble, bro And

(56:12):
when I say not regular trouble, like life changing trouble.
And they were projected to go to good colleges and
stuff like that. Hey, man, Like I think, get back
hands on if you're doing football season.

Speaker 2 (56:24):
Some coaches didn't even let you do shit.

Speaker 8 (56:26):
Yeah, but it's not even that they get in trouble,
Like a lot of them are losing their lives too
by doing just outrageous stuff like like drinking, driving, speeding,
like being around the wrong crowd and stuff like that. True,
So it's like it's a lot that's going on right
now like that people.

Speaker 5 (56:40):
I don't know what. I don't know what it is either, what.

Speaker 3 (56:43):
Happened with the Browns.

Speaker 1 (56:44):
Ricky running back Junkins has not signed his Rocky Deer,
and Coult explore with a return to college this season
seeing shit like that.

Speaker 4 (56:52):
Man's not going back to fucking Brian ain't even know
you could do that.

Speaker 2 (56:56):
Yeah, that is crazy.

Speaker 5 (56:57):
What is this?

Speaker 6 (56:58):
The dude domestic? He got the message. Yeah, that's on him. Bro,
you got to keep your hand.

Speaker 2 (57:06):
No colleges ain't gonna let you come back.

Speaker 3 (57:07):
You got some trouble with it depends.

Speaker 6 (57:14):
I'm not sure if you can do that. I know
that they said that about my boy Cinnati.

Speaker 3 (57:22):
Stuard.

Speaker 6 (57:23):
Yeah at the n right they say he was going
back to school, but he was training with Texas A
and M I'm not sure if you can actually do that.
So I guess we need to find that out because
I'm tired of hearing that. I thought, once you declared
for the league, get your agent that's a wrap.

Speaker 3 (57:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (57:37):
I don't know if he went years back because because
of the n I L and they took the amateur
ship out of college sports.

Speaker 3 (57:45):
I believe you can.

Speaker 6 (57:47):
I guess we believe you can't go back and forth,
but I'm not sure. I'm not for sure.

Speaker 2 (57:51):
That's what y'all say.

Speaker 1 (57:52):
That what it is, Well, well, it'll be like half
to half all the facts.

Speaker 3 (57:58):
We got there.

Speaker 5 (57:59):
We think what we think going on?

Speaker 2 (58:01):
What man was to a t L for China? What
the hell he done?

Speaker 3 (58:05):
Did? Hey? Bro? The video? I've seen a little clip,
but it's a funny. Man, what he did?

Speaker 5 (58:18):
Mhmm, that's him the green.

Speaker 3 (58:31):
Hey bro?

Speaker 2 (58:39):
Yeah, how could you not like you? Though? Because he
see now a person like him?

Speaker 1 (58:45):
He'll fucking I hel look because I'm saying like he's
showing you personality doing little ship like you know A yeah,
yeah that was I would dunk on y'all shout out
to one of the greats like that little ship he
do like, but he'd be b himself.

Speaker 3 (59:01):
That's the best part about it being organic. Bro?

Speaker 2 (59:03):
What what them uh new? What them uh an two
look like?

Speaker 9 (59:08):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (59:09):
He trying to say a nickname? I think I said Florida.
You could sell, like, bro, that's what you're supposed to do,

(59:30):
Like he enjoined his goddamn perks of being in the league.

Speaker 2 (59:35):
I ain't gonna lie the motherfucker kind of.

Speaker 3 (59:37):
And the only is I like, yeah they clean.

Speaker 2 (59:40):
Nah clean.

Speaker 5 (59:41):
So y'all rock with him?

Speaker 3 (59:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (59:46):
Yeah, easier easily because I want I got something I
want to I ain't gonna say it though, gonad car
so so y'all y'all rock with him?

Speaker 2 (59:57):
Oh I don't get him people personally, Yeah, come on
now to do that courch court shoes side to the story,
I don't.

Speaker 8 (01:00:06):
Know, okay, So now, y'all y'all that part two.

Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
Sides of the store.

Speaker 4 (01:00:13):
I just drive my lane, you know how they say
the slow lane all the way to the right.

Speaker 5 (01:00:16):
I got right there, just asking.

Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
Yeah, I done got old, and I don't get into
all that. He quickly get out of that.

Speaker 8 (01:00:25):
Yeah, no, I ain't have to say too much. What
about that whole I noticed the same basketball, But back
to that football that Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift ship.

Speaker 6 (01:00:36):
Yeah that's yeah, like just shaid hold on. I definitely

years ago.

Speaker 3 (01:00:52):

Speaker 6 (01:00:53):
Yeah, that they would get engaged. Yeah, so he came
up fifty grand.

But I guess the guy that placed their wage one
the moment.

Speaker 3 (01:01:23):

Speaker 1 (01:02:27):
Every time you see that nigga looks straight. Stuff the

Speaker 5 (01:02:33):
On his album.

Speaker 3 (01:02:37):

Speaker 2 (01:03:12):
I'm saying for him to wait out. He waiting out

Speaker 5 (01:03:15):
He waited out because he wants more money.

Speaker 2 (01:03:17):
I only got Miles Gear and t J. White. You

Speaker 9 (01:03:21):
Yeah, the guy from Bengals. They just got the money
Hendy Hendrix and.

Speaker 3 (01:03:26):
Henderson raiders w.

Speaker 2 (01:03:30):
Rosby. So he is not better than Michael Parson.

Speaker 6 (01:03:34):
I wouldn't go that far, but he is good. I
wouldn't say he better than Michael Parsons, but he's.

Speaker 7 (01:03:41):
Michael Parsons do so special, get everything, Michael.

Speaker 2 (01:04:07):
Yeah? I got t J. Watt in front of t J.

Speaker 3 (01:04:10):
Watt is a dog. Yeah.

Speaker 9 (01:04:11):
The difference between those guys like Michael Partson don't make
the plays like swatting the ball down, intercepting it, taking
full a touchdown. All the other guys you named t J.
White Man like they do that kind of stuff.

Speaker 5 (01:04:22):
I don't need him to do that, bro, we need
him go.

Speaker 3 (01:04:25):
T J.

Speaker 7 (01:04:25):

Speaker 2 (01:04:34):
They gotta show more than the Brown Did you go
against Brown? Look? Come on playing better than.

Speaker 5 (01:04:48):
Cow Boys fans in.

Speaker 4 (01:04:49):
Here, so you know, I like Parson Michael Parters is
a game that's like generational talent.

Speaker 8 (01:05:03):
I'm sure Michael don't want to play with them no
more like he disrespecting him documentary.

Speaker 4 (01:05:09):
His should repeat itself on the documentary. Emmy Smith held
out a long time, got it done? Cowboy want a suit,
but it might be all year. Mike posts get the
deal done, y'all.

Speaker 8 (01:05:18):
I don't think he's getting the deal game. I don't
think he's getting the deal done though, I don't. I
don't think Michael wants to stay there anymore. I wouldn't
if Jerry was just holding out like that and disrespecting
him in front of the whole world.

Speaker 3 (01:05:30):
Am I wrong thinking that Jerry can just hold on
and sit on this because he got rights to Michael
Michael Parsons, because that's what he's gonna say.

Speaker 4 (01:05:36):
Like, because if you're in the management role, I'm not
letting my man.

Speaker 5 (01:05:43):
I know, well no, but it's like dang man.

Speaker 2 (01:05:47):
How to lead?

Speaker 3 (01:05:48):
So dirty?

Speaker 2 (01:05:49):
He'll funk around to be in Philadelphia.

Speaker 3 (01:05:51):
Ooh, dang, Jerry ain't letting that. Knew.

Speaker 1 (01:05:55):
It's a lot of ship Philadelphia be getting like Brus
Barkley being.

Speaker 3 (01:06:00):
Now he messed around goal, probably end up like somewhere
in Green Bay. You know what I'm saying about? Bring
Vince would?

Speaker 5 (01:06:07):
I would?

Speaker 8 (01:06:08):
I would a layer for Michael if he went to
like the Ravens or like the Bills or something like that.

Speaker 5 (01:06:12):
Like I could see him playing with the Ravens.

Speaker 8 (01:06:14):
I'll be cool with that, Like I'll be a Ravens
semi fan, you know.

Speaker 5 (01:06:17):
But you take your ass to or something like that,
it's over.

Speaker 3 (01:06:22):
They gonna find a way to work it. He ain't
getting out of them, I don't think so. Yeah, they'll work.

Speaker 5 (01:06:27):
I think it's I.

Speaker 8 (01:06:28):
Think he wants more money than what they got the.

Speaker 2 (01:06:34):
Highest paid beside him exactly they paid.

Speaker 9 (01:06:38):
They just paid Dak Prescott, ce Lamb last year and that.

Speaker 1 (01:06:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:06:42):
But thinking about the off season for d NS in general,
I think, what kind of got on this?

Speaker 2 (01:06:48):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (01:06:50):
Got under his skin?

Speaker 2 (01:06:51):
What do yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:06:52):
Like?

Speaker 5 (01:06:53):
Come on, he's super powerful, He's so strong. He's not
letting none in there going.

Speaker 3 (01:07:01):
Look look at my boy. Wilson is saved through right
here though.

Speaker 8 (01:07:05):
Oh yeah, hey, we ain't got no hope without Michael,
Like I'm gonna be the one walking around with a
damn paper bag over my head this season, and so
that was gonna be. We'll see, I'm gonna be there,
so to man, let's see how that go.

Speaker 2 (01:07:22):
Hey, and then they ain't a tough division right now. Hey,
while y'all playing. Russell Wilson looking good up there in
New York, Yes.

Speaker 3 (01:07:30):
He is, but hey, Jack Jackson dark had a good preseason.
He did. He looked surprised out of well he did.

Speaker 9 (01:07:37):
That's who's got a good pass the Giants.

Speaker 3 (01:07:42):
Carter du Carter. Nobody talking about him, no, nobody, And
he's gonna be another one kind of like on that, Michael,
I believe so good car, great car.

Speaker 5 (01:07:54):
Yeah, we got a lot to we gotta go through.

Speaker 7 (01:07:56):
Bro might finished last in the division.

Speaker 5 (01:08:04):
This ship not too much, not too much.

Speaker 8 (01:08:07):
But but but I don't know, not last. Like we're
not gonna.

Speaker 1 (01:08:14):
Win Eagles back to back.

Speaker 7 (01:08:18):
Super I ain't saying back back, shooto gonna be.

Speaker 2 (01:08:21):
I'm saying you got that.

Speaker 3 (01:08:25):
That's a good week.

Speaker 2 (01:08:27):
Yeah, I feel like he it was. There's the win
last year.

Speaker 1 (01:08:31):
But then I said, after watching that game, I don't
know about it.

Speaker 2 (01:08:35):
I don't think nobody could have beat.

Speaker 1 (01:08:37):
The Eagles, like it was like everything was tuned up.

Speaker 2 (01:08:41):
But Baltimore got a defense.

Speaker 4 (01:08:42):
Though, and they got the run game with der Henry, so
that makes it be a difference.

Speaker 8 (01:08:47):
And then everybody was trying to sleep on him too. Yeah,
and the and Ravens picked him up. I'm like, damn,
that's what I said, Michael, go over there.

Speaker 5 (01:08:53):
I'm cool with that.

Speaker 4 (01:08:55):
I root for them in the Ravens. The Ravens, they
added Alexander over there. I know he would dealing with
some injury, but that's a solid corner. Malako starts out
of uk A the roll Corns, like the Boys got.

Speaker 1 (01:09:07):
Formally they got Georgia.

Speaker 4 (01:09:12):
Whatever team you root for, if your team out, you
automatically go root for Lamar.

Speaker 2 (01:09:17):
Oh yeah, yeah yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:09:18):
When his window off opportunity is closing fast. If he
don't do it this year, I just don't see it
happening tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (01:09:25):
I can't. I could go for.

Speaker 7 (01:09:28):
You.

Speaker 3 (01:09:28):
Gotta think, man, I.

Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
Think we've we've seen we've been around football, all of
us long enough to know that wind off opportunity.

Speaker 3 (01:09:34):
I don't give a damn how good you is.

Speaker 6 (01:09:36):
It's only but so smile or so so wide injuries,
Uh fuck ups where we dropped the ball on the
game winning touchdown like last year. That be the ship
that adds up that this happened this year, this happened
last year.

Speaker 2 (01:09:50):
Turning to the document, we can't.

Speaker 3 (01:09:52):
Say this ship.

Speaker 6 (01:09:53):
Yeah, we can't say this ship for three years in
the row for Lamar, he already he already going against
the house. They don't want to see him win. He
should have won to the m v P last year.

Speaker 3 (01:10:01):
Ain't the same thing he said about Josh Allen. Oh
for sure. You know what I'm saying. I don't see
Josh Allen.

Speaker 2 (01:10:07):
You don't leave started old Josh.

Speaker 3 (01:10:11):

Speaker 5 (01:10:18):

Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
I put my money before Josh Allen. But I like them,
I like them all, but Josh.

Speaker 2 (01:10:24):
Seven quarterback better than Josh Allen.

Speaker 5 (01:10:26):
Man, John Servin, John Allen, Irvin, like.

Speaker 1 (01:10:33):
Lamar jacksonhole Joe Burrow.

Speaker 2 (01:10:38):
You put Joe over Josh.

Speaker 5 (01:10:40):
Okay, hold on keeping.

Speaker 2 (01:10:45):
My boy and the Chargers.

Speaker 5 (01:10:47):
Herbert Herbert y'all her.

Speaker 3 (01:10:52):
From see he's gonna keep going.

Speaker 1 (01:10:53):
Listen all right, even though he pissed me off to man,
give me that Prescott over, Josh Allen.

Speaker 5 (01:11:07):
You know that my team. You got to more, of course,
Jalen Hurst, I'm tripping for give you that and then
one more commanders. For sure, I'll go him to I.

Speaker 2 (01:11:22):
Think him and him and Daniels might be Nick and
Nick give me next to neck.

Speaker 3 (01:11:28):
Yeah, definitely.

Speaker 2 (01:11:34):
DJ Stroud he had a he had a down your list.
He did if C. J.

Speaker 1 (01:11:41):
Stroud got the weapons around him, give me him over
with Josh brother, Josh Allen don't do nothing but full
back ship.

Speaker 2 (01:11:50):
Bro the game on the line all you see it.
He can't why he can't beat Pat mahone.

Speaker 3 (01:11:58):
Man, too many people in you about, but you got
to think Pat Mahon is a.

Speaker 4 (01:12:03):
Great quarterback with a great coach calling play and in
a great situation.

Speaker 3 (01:12:08):
To ye around everything.

Speaker 2 (01:12:11):
Tell me what game Josh Allen had where you be like, yeah,
it's him.

Speaker 5 (01:12:17):
He don't need to like.

Speaker 2 (01:12:21):
Yeah game the Marshall that was a makeup. That was
a makeup.

Speaker 3 (01:12:28):
I don't know what they called it. Voter for tig
I ain't never heard.

Speaker 2 (01:12:32):
Of that one.

Speaker 5 (01:12:33):
Yeah, he just control He controlled the game.

Speaker 3 (01:12:36):
But John Allen definitely top three in the league.

Speaker 5 (01:12:38):
Yeah, I say five.

Speaker 4 (01:12:41):
I say five, the top three Lamar, Patrick Mahon, Josh Allen,
that's tier one.

Speaker 3 (01:12:47):
Nobody. J Burrow, Joe Burrow, Joe Burrow. What you're thinking
about Jered Go Jared game manager. Now I'm gonna give
Jared Golf.

Speaker 7 (01:12:58):
He top ten quarterback.

Speaker 3 (01:12:59):
Yeah he talks here. Go okay, but you said you're
a winner, Jared GoF win.

Speaker 1 (01:13:04):
Hey, I'll tell you another thing. After watching, I said, stop,
he ain't over with. Asked you what he did start doing?

Speaker 3 (01:13:11):
He'd been falling. But that that for all the time
catching bigger.

Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
What you think about Aaron Rodgers, it's over.

Speaker 3 (01:13:18):
Bro. Let me tell you something.

Speaker 4 (01:13:19):
A rod he he getting years at them where it's
like this is probably the last year, I believe.

Speaker 3 (01:13:25):
But Bro, I'm gonna tell y'all something.

Speaker 4 (01:13:27):
Long as that man feeling good and on that field, bruh,
you got a chance to win, Bro, and Pittsburgh gonna
have a chance to win long as a Rogers go
out there on the bet.

Speaker 5 (01:13:37):
Yeah, you can't bet against him, bro, rod.

Speaker 3 (01:13:40):
Ship I should have last year, got damn.

Speaker 8 (01:13:42):
Yeah, last year was crazy. Yeah, you can't bet against
him though, but damn you did.

Speaker 2 (01:13:49):
You don't hear too many stories?

Speaker 1 (01:13:50):
Well, I know Marshall and Lynch had told the story
about how Aaron Rodgers took up for him in college.

Speaker 2 (01:13:55):
How was he like for an NFL teammate.

Speaker 3 (01:13:57):
Though, No, he was great man.

Speaker 4 (01:13:59):
Like I think the procession of from the media make
him seem like he just the asshole, but he totally opposite.

Speaker 2 (01:14:05):
Bro, he he don't give a damn.

Speaker 3 (01:14:08):
He was cool though.

Speaker 4 (01:14:09):
I'm talking about like sitting in the cafeteria, like he'll
come sit down with some practice squad drafted guy, chop
it up with you know what I'm saying, Like he
was one of them dudes, Like we have Christmas party,
He'll rent out of place for the whole team and
the fans to go kicking and just have a spot
to hang out. For Green Bay. You can't go nowhere
without everybody. So shit, Yeah, he was. He was good man,

(01:14:33):
great teammates.

Speaker 2 (01:14:34):
Yeah, a lot of That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (01:14:36):
A lot of people don't be telling them type of
stories about players like that. Would it be like it's like,
damn every time somebody get him from the mariroond you
would tell.

Speaker 3 (01:14:44):
Who you hate? You're right, yo, who you like?

Speaker 1 (01:14:46):
When that was in the league Ship deon Soundon, he
partnered with a credit union to establish savings accounts for
the children of the Eight Fathers on Colorado.

Speaker 3 (01:14:58):
That's all, Yo.

Speaker 6 (01:15:00):
This man is gonna be so much more appreciated once
he steps away from the game, and.

Speaker 2 (01:15:05):
That nigga trying to win a Nobel.

Speaker 3 (01:15:07):
Calls him home.

Speaker 6 (01:15:08):
We are gonna talk about Dion Sander's his impact to
the game, on coaching.

Speaker 2 (01:15:13):
Just a life in general for a long fucking time.

Speaker 9 (01:15:15):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:15:16):
You know, I think it's beyond belief for real.

Speaker 8 (01:15:18):
I think like that's another reason why like the media
or the NFL whatever is trying to like blackball.

Speaker 5 (01:15:25):
Him or keep him and his family.

Speaker 2 (01:15:27):
He just trying to get to his kids, That's.

Speaker 5 (01:15:29):
What I'm saying.

Speaker 8 (01:15:30):
They see what like the impact that he has and
like the type of emotion he owned, what he's trying
to accomplish, and they don't like you.

Speaker 6 (01:15:36):
Know that controversy and tension sales more. That's more clicks
and ship too. So just read between the lines when
when it comes to Dion, bro.

Speaker 3 (01:15:43):
And you know what I do like.

Speaker 1 (01:15:46):
You get different versions of this man. You know when
I say that when he's coaching, looking out for them kids.
Now go look at the documentary. When he talking about him,
he gets back to popping his ship. You know what
I'm saying, like, Oh, it ain't left me. It's just
like I ain't doing that right now, not too much.

Speaker 3 (01:16:02):
I think. I think what.

Speaker 4 (01:16:05):
I think, like just from a competitor STANMD for whether
you're a fan or not, you still gotta respect what
he's doing as a black man, as a black father,
and the way he treats old the other kids like
they wanted his own given opportunity. You gotta salute theon
in respect. Whether you're a fan of him or not,
you gotta respect what he doing.

Speaker 6 (01:16:24):
Man.

Speaker 3 (01:16:24):
That's why I said, be a salute.

Speaker 5 (01:16:26):
You just gotta think about it too.

Speaker 8 (01:16:27):
Like none of the bad, nothing came out bad about
him or bad in the media until he started doing well.

Speaker 5 (01:16:33):
He started making came up.

Speaker 3 (01:16:36):
I mean, like the divorce was missing.

Speaker 5 (01:16:38):
I'm just saying everything that comes down to media with him,
it's like a bad thing. It's like negative the whole.

Speaker 7 (01:16:45):
When he left the HBCU think they had bad media
s being behind that.

Speaker 2 (01:16:49):
But they kept stealing from him. I would have got
the fun on. He broken his fucking off man breaking
the earth.

Speaker 3 (01:16:55):
Nobody.

Speaker 6 (01:16:56):
You know a lot of people don't even know that.
They don't know that part that you don't even put
that out, you know.

Speaker 9 (01:17:01):
As you see, he changed the whole landscape for you
got the San Jackson, Michael Vick.

Speaker 6 (01:17:07):
And yeah they talking about doing the college game. They
for HBCU, you know what I mean. So he turned
that ship all the way he did.

Speaker 2 (01:17:14):
He did. Ain't no damn way you thought this man
was going to stay at Jackson State for the rest of.

Speaker 3 (01:17:19):
His That's the delusion of ship. No way, And that's
that's part of coaching. Though. You got to have a
starting point, but you you trying to work your way up, and.

Speaker 1 (01:17:26):
Y'all ain't got enough money like that to keep it.
He should have never been there for two.

Speaker 3 (01:17:34):
And for three.

Speaker 2 (01:17:35):
He changed the landscap. Bro everybody was.

Speaker 1 (01:17:39):
You got Travis Hunter out of him coming there, you
got his son out of him coming there. You got
people wearing Jackson State jerseys and was supporting Jackson State.

Speaker 2 (01:17:49):
Cut this up, Clear this up, so we don't Jimmy
Horde when we get no crazy as DM.

Speaker 6 (01:17:54):
You're saying he shouldn't have had to start at a
Jackson State as a coach, right as opposed to.

Speaker 2 (01:17:59):
He No, he shouldn't have been. I don't care what
somebody watch.

Speaker 1 (01:18:06):
Ain't no way you got prime James Man. You could
have brought your clock Atlanta. At least he was in Atlanta.
I got he shouldn't have been at HBC. I would
have went to a god damn, what's help? Oh definitely.

Speaker 2 (01:18:25):
The reason our I got you, I got you more
of a Marquis. Yeah, like what's the one in Greensboro?

Speaker 5 (01:18:31):
They got dog A and t.

Speaker 2 (01:18:34):
He went to Jackson State.

Speaker 5 (01:18:37):
It didn't matter where he went.

Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
It would have been way Howard blessed. People would have
went to Howard easily, fam you easily.

Speaker 5 (01:18:46):
You know, he just needed to State.

Speaker 1 (01:18:48):
But luckily you got to play a light Travis Hunter,
who don't care about the glitz and glam and his boys.

Speaker 3 (01:18:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:18:54):
I like what he did for the culture. I like
how he did.

Speaker 3 (01:18:58):
It.

Speaker 1 (01:18:58):
Got the Colorado start pull up in them billies and
ship see that Nigga Bentley and Ja.

Everywhere they said, the greatest college football player since two thousand,
T Bow is one.

Speaker 2 (01:19:18):
Hey, Bro, I was not a T. Bow fan. I
used to hate that little ship he did. But Bro, well,
he he changed the game. Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:19:26):
Yeah, if he had floor, he was like, he had
that urban urban my assistant, he had. He had some
dolls around Please say that what he had some dolls?

Speaker 2 (01:19:37):
Yeh Ever he has some killers around him.

Speaker 6 (01:19:45):
Not to take away from t Bou, you know what
I mean, because he still had to execute and make plays.
But my nigga had first rounders at every position he
did offense and defense football.

Speaker 2 (01:19:56):
He was making plays.

Speaker 3 (01:19:57):
I ain't taking that for if you look at it.
Numbers though he numbers is crazy. People forget about number one.
Percy Harvin Man.

Speaker 6 (01:20:04):
Percy Harvin is one of those generations guys that would
change your program.

Speaker 2 (01:20:08):
He did. Scroll back up. I missed a lot of.

Speaker 3 (01:20:13):
Buffalo, a lot of a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:20:18):
Of players that we see honorable miss Wisconsin running a
lot of players.

Speaker 1 (01:20:23):
Uh didn't translate on the whoa.

Speaker 5 (01:20:27):
On They got him on honorable mention though, damn.

Speaker 3 (01:20:33):
Man since two thousand, two thousand, Yeah, I do that
boy humbled the funk out of me so bad.

Speaker 6 (01:20:44):
My freshman year, we're talking ship on the field, said somebody, yeah,
this's a big game or something like that. Up that's man,
this ain't no motherfucking big game. I was like, good god,
this is Georgia, Georgia tip game.

Speaker 2 (01:21:02):
That's so what a list that.

Speaker 5 (01:21:04):
He was going.

Speaker 3 (01:21:06):
I think they had like it was like cam New two.
They had Reggie Bush.

Speaker 2 (01:21:13):
The top ten.

Speaker 5 (01:21:14):
Okay, top ten?

Speaker 2 (01:21:16):
Oh Sue in Oklahoma? WoT that you?

Speaker 3 (01:21:25):
It could have been just the Regie up there. We'll
play with it.

Speaker 4 (01:21:28):
They got that Reggie, but y'all know her name when
when you talk about it. I ain't saying got to
be top ten.

Speaker 3 (01:21:34):
But this dude was a dog. His highlight go crazy
in college.

Speaker 1 (01:21:38):
It is Peter Ward Bro Florida State, Florida State record,
Cincinnati things. I talked, Man, I think I told somebody,
I think I think that was my favorite player in
college of all time.

Speaker 3 (01:21:51):
World ain't gonna lie.

Speaker 5 (01:21:53):
I like I like Toney Badger Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:21:56):
Yeah, Oh god, ya good car. He was a game change.

Speaker 5 (01:22:00):
Was he on this list at all?

Speaker 3 (01:22:01):
Pat White don't get the respect he deserved.

Speaker 1 (01:22:04):
Virginia team, Yeah, that whole, that whole little little situation
had sa.

Speaker 3 (01:22:10):
Yeah who was a nod divine? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:22:13):
Yeah, yeah, I remember that past white tea and they
beat Georgia And was it the Sugar Bowl?

Speaker 3 (01:22:18):
Was that? It was at the Peachball Peachball. Lamar Jackson,
Lamar Jackson number was crazy in.

Speaker 6 (01:22:27):
College it was Remember he won the Heisman as a junior,
right Aaron Donald was a dog? Yeah, yeah he's not.
They got travel.

Speaker 3 (01:22:41):
He was in top twenty five. This is a list.

Speaker 5 (01:22:43):
Yeah, this is the list right here. He just ain't
top ten. This is since two thousand.

Speaker 3 (01:22:48):
It's a lot of debate for sure.

Speaker 2 (01:22:49):
What made you.

Speaker 4 (01:22:52):
Not go back your senior year, man, Because at that time,
its just I was I was hot, like my finished
that year. I think I had four per I had
just finished here and I was sick in the school
history with pigs, and so I'm kind of going back
and forth like should I go back?

Speaker 3 (01:23:08):
Then.

Speaker 4 (01:23:08):
I was talking to my grandma about it, and she
was just like, well, she like, Grandson, I feel like
you deal with all you can do at tech, you
know what I'm saying, Try to see what you can
do on the next level, and if you can always
go back and finish, and my daddy kind of told
me the same thing.

Speaker 3 (01:23:23):
I was like, man, let me just let me try.

Speaker 4 (01:23:25):
And I was like, they give me a top three
round grade, I'm about to give. And then at the
time I had MJ, MJ was a new born, so
I'm like, hey, I gotta do what I gotta do.

Speaker 3 (01:23:36):
Try try my little from them.

Speaker 1 (01:23:38):
That's dope, boy, we got some good games. Shout out
of college football. Coming for the summer without sports and
being around your kids, it's a lot shit to make you. Boy, No,
you ain't even got nothing to turn too. Like when
they were making all that noise all.

Speaker 3 (01:23:59):
You like, what all they shows? You're going on to
my little girl.

Speaker 1 (01:24:05):
Having me watching a YouTube show of kids playing with
toys that she got.

Speaker 3 (01:24:12):
Yeap dressed to impress roadblocks.

Speaker 1 (01:24:16):
Yeah, and then it's a it's a show. She watched
one show where like they do pranks and stuff like that,
so they.

Speaker 2 (01:24:25):
On each other. And now she done got into this
bron and me being the.

Speaker 1 (01:24:30):
Type flather am bro I laugh before I sometime get
mad because it's like it's she do funny stuff. Man,
she done squirt it all the baby oil in the tub,
her mama, damn near bust down. So when she tell me,
she said, did you laught? I said, now, like why
would why would she do that? Because now like you
get mad at me, like I put on the but

(01:24:53):
but that is funny to do. That's like a white prink.
But these kids nowadays could do ship like now.

Speaker 5 (01:24:59):
My daughter she pranked me all the damn time.

Speaker 2 (01:25:00):
But I would have did some ship like that one
of my parents. I wouldn't be here to talk about.

Speaker 5 (01:25:05):
It right up, straight up, Bro, I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (01:25:09):
You know how dangerous that is.

Speaker 2 (01:25:12):
The ship still slipping. You gotta you gotta how do
you get that out?

Speaker 3 (01:25:18):
Like how are you gonna be falling trying to clean
it up?

Speaker 1 (01:25:21):
Yeah? Man, I'm talking about She would laughing like, bro,
that's like that. She was like that that that's my
bisch prink hunt. I was like, yeah, got good Texas
versus Ohio State.

Speaker 5 (01:25:39):
Damn that's tough.

Speaker 1 (01:25:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:25:44):
Oh I'm I'm gonna yeah, I'm going right.

Speaker 2 (01:25:49):
I just the only reason I'm gonna go with Tech.

Speaker 9 (01:25:51):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:25:53):
I just feel like.

Speaker 1 (01:25:53):
Colorado lost a lot, they lost a lot, and Tech
kept a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:26:00):
So it's like that, that's what it boiled down. And
tich Bro.

Speaker 1 (01:26:04):
Tech made me believe it last year watching them like
they they got enough to stay in some games.

Speaker 3 (01:26:09):
And y'all realize that j game and the Beans.

Speaker 1 (01:26:12):
This year and that's so Liane, I know I'm gonna
be there, but going to so it was supposed to
be a home game for Tech.

Speaker 4 (01:26:19):
Yeah, and they trying to make it like a classic
now where they be at a so called neutral site.

Speaker 6 (01:26:25):
I hope they just doing it because we are renovating
the stadium and they bring it back to the campus matchup.

Speaker 1 (01:26:32):
Yeah, I betro because I think it's finna get back
equal with a lot of people. I think a lot
of people in Atlanta and you know around Atlanta, they
don't realize Georgia Tech is in the city.

Speaker 3 (01:26:47):
Thank you.

Speaker 9 (01:26:49):
I wonder why, Like that is like you got a
lot of Georgia fans, but fans and Tech.

Speaker 3 (01:26:54):
You we see Tech every day, No bullshit, you gotta
they win. That's what ain't to not.

Speaker 2 (01:27:01):
Winning before the winning because in.

Speaker 4 (01:27:04):
That uh Jim Donning era Georgia Georgie tail when Joe
Hamilton quarterback George t used to be whooping Georgia and
I was saying it live and I think.

Speaker 6 (01:27:13):
Our fan base was a little bit better than that,
and of course we were too young to be around it,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (01:27:18):
But recent history you got a typic cap right now.
You they winning, you gotta respect with.

Speaker 2 (01:27:26):
Definitely, definitely.

Speaker 1 (01:27:27):
But I'm saying before they was winning, Georgia still had
them down hard fans.

Speaker 8 (01:27:32):
Almost as a female whose years be to the streets.
Just Georgia just more lit than Georgia Tech.

Speaker 3 (01:27:40):
So they just they just go down there and get drunk.

Speaker 2 (01:27:44):
I'll tell you that.

Speaker 3 (01:27:45):
I ain't nowhere.

Speaker 2 (01:27:51):
Fan base.

Speaker 1 (01:27:52):
It's like Georgia Alabama, all them racist school they gonna
have the best atmosphere.

Speaker 5 (01:27:58):
Yeah, everybody want to be that's just.

Speaker 4 (01:28:00):
Winning though they're too nasty go everybody. Like when people
tell me they Atlanta sports fan, they say they.

Speaker 3 (01:28:07):
Like the Hawks Falcon break. I lose my mind.

Speaker 4 (01:28:10):
They be like, yo, the bulld I'm like, bro, you
got school right in the state. But when you winning, though,
everybody want to test themselves to let me tell you
someone check wins, you go crazy. Well you know she
got tied. Okay, family, I.

Speaker 3 (01:28:23):
Have family ties. I ain't no bulldof fan.

Speaker 1 (01:28:25):
I'm a Bulldog fan with brother like you know what
I'm saying, y'all don't take the rival.

Speaker 4 (01:28:32):
Oh yeah, like Thanksgiving time, like it be real cool,
like we chilling me watching the game. And then if
one team wins. You know what I'm saying, you be
cool by then you be saying stuff like man, they
almost had like my brother ship like that, Like dang boy,
they would they almost had them if they would.

Speaker 3 (01:28:51):
I was like, man, they trying to run that ship
in probably get.

Speaker 5 (01:28:54):
So mad that make it worse.

Speaker 1 (01:28:57):
LSU Verse Clempson, who y'all got give me so yeah, Hey,
l s U coach with my boy name bran Kell,
you're about time for them to start seeing that.

Speaker 6 (01:29:08):
There's too many rumblers about somebody else coming in taking
over that team not to pay attention to it.

Speaker 2 (01:29:15):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (01:29:15):
I get into QB one about that matchup too, But
right now, give.

Speaker 2 (01:29:25):
Notre dame in Miami, give me the U. Hey. Another thing.

Speaker 1 (01:29:32):
While I would have been a Miami Hurricane fan if
I grew up in that era, bro, I didn't even
realize that them boys was like that, like they bro
with Jimmy Johnson.

Speaker 2 (01:29:44):
They was talking all kind of ship, calling them convicted.
It was like CONVICX versus Catholics and all that, and
then Michael Irvin. I would have been Michael Irving straight up.

Speaker 3 (01:29:59):
Y'all seen Paul documented when they call him the president.

Speaker 2 (01:30:02):
Man, come on, call the president Michael Larry Why he was.

Speaker 3 (01:30:05):
A president of the White House. They bought a house.

Speaker 2 (01:30:09):
I bet it was the White House.

Speaker 3 (01:30:10):
The party faces. Oh yeah, you ain't seen.

Speaker 2 (01:30:14):
If you ain't knowing about your con you don't need that.

Speaker 5 (01:30:18):
We knew that, still know that.

Speaker 8 (01:30:21):
I'm going to Notre Dame though, not Dame man. Yeah,
and I'm going to Ohio over Texas.

Speaker 3 (01:30:27):
I'm going I'm going Notre Dame with this. We're in
the art man in area.

Speaker 2 (01:30:32):
Yeah, we finished.

Speaker 3 (01:30:34):
I'm going to Texas. Yeah, give me Texas in that match.

Speaker 2 (01:30:37):
Hey, what y'all think? This is all around room? Y'all?
We saw a glimpse of arch arch Man playing and
stuff like that. Is he is he one of them?

Speaker 6 (01:30:45):
No, I'm gonna go out on the limb. I'm not
gonna say he's not gonna be successful. I think Texas
is just one of them programs that we're gonna have
talent all around you.

Speaker 7 (01:30:54):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (01:30:55):
And we talked about it last year A few times.

Speaker 6 (01:30:58):
He shined but his uh, the lack of opposition kind
of hindered him to be successful.

Speaker 3 (01:31:05):
Last year.

Speaker 6 (01:31:06):
He was throwing fifty yard touchdown passes against teams like
Prayer View and shit like that. So he didn't beat
out yours as a freshman, and I think that said
a lot. So not to say and not to be
an overall hater of arch Man, and but I just
he ain't finna live up to Eli and Peyton, It's
all I'm saying. But that's not I mean, those are

(01:31:29):
two Hall of Fame quarterbacks.

Speaker 3 (01:31:30):
By saying this, this big shoe.

Speaker 4 (01:31:32):
Yeah, I think he good though, man, I think now
it's just he was dealing with what you're saying with yours.
I feel like they old that to him because of senior.
He ain't really get a chance to let it cut loose.
I think this is gonna be the year where, like
the offense, all your let's see what you got.

Speaker 1 (01:31:48):
I could agree, but I feel like he was showing
so much in practice. I don't give a damn. Don't
put him on the field, and ain't no way we
got this man behind.

Speaker 7 (01:31:55):
But you had the nil deal too for millions too, So.

Speaker 2 (01:31:59):
Yeah, but he of that and look what around. He went, Yeah,
it did.

Speaker 3 (01:32:02):
But Texes though they probably they.

Speaker 1 (01:32:05):
Don't really care about certain players, Like it's certain players
like our college like legends and like you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (01:32:13):
We know that like David Green in Georgia. You hear
that name.

Speaker 1 (01:32:17):
Look Pollock, we were just talking about Pollic. It's certain
players that at certain schools are just like legends.

Speaker 4 (01:32:22):
So you got like t Bow two though, t Bow,
we just said one of the big college player ever.
He got the league and I ain't really playing. So
I just feel like you was at a great college
career at Texas, and I think now with him out
the way, we probably get to see Manning and full of.

Speaker 2 (01:32:37):
See what he about. Yeah, we're gonna do QB one
with Reggie. What quarterbacks you're gonna talk about?

Speaker 6 (01:32:43):
We're just gonna highlight the games we talked about just now.
The Tech in the Colorado matchup, Haines king Man, this
boy sleeping in the stadium. I'm expecting big things out
of this guy. The only bad thing about Haines Kan
I think he's gonna pass me on a couple records
there Georgia Tech.

Speaker 2 (01:33:01):
Year.

Speaker 3 (01:33:02):
No, no, no, it's just just what second or third year.

Speaker 6 (01:33:04):
This might be the third Yeah, transfer to Texas and them,
but passing yards, he should pass me this year and
maybe overall yards. But you know, I'm still holding it
down for some in some respect.

Speaker 2 (01:33:16):
But y'all have a different type of offerin yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:33:19):
Two totally different offenses.

Speaker 2 (01:33:21):
That's the only thing that that I didn't like about Tick, Like,
was it.

Speaker 3 (01:33:25):
Like no, no, you know, I ain't do that tripletion
He ain't do that was before that, so I ain't.
I ain't getting asso like that. I ain't low key though.

Speaker 4 (01:33:32):
I think triple option didn't really show because Joshu Nibs
was a good ass quarterback bro and one of my
favorite didn't really show.

Speaker 2 (01:33:40):
Y'all was having the best receivers one of my favorites
and get out there and play park ball. I would
like man a Colorado the marriage tongue.

Speaker 6 (01:33:57):
Man Colorado Kadon Salter. He's a trainransferred from Liberty, dual
threat quarterback, also has spent about six or seven years
in college. I'm expecting him to do good, but I
just don't think this is a Colorado matchup that's favorable
to them.

Speaker 3 (01:34:11):
So give me tech.

Speaker 1 (01:34:11):
I'm taking over, though I feel like a lot of
points gonna get scored there game.

Speaker 6 (01:34:16):
This game is gonna dictate both quarterbacks as a season.
So shout out to Hains keen Man, take off Texas,
Ohio State arch Manning and Julian Saying is an up
and coming name around Ohio State. He's a red shirt
freshman making his first start arch man, and we already
know the hype behind him. And let me tell you something,
true freshman or freshman quarterbacks versus number one teams are

(01:34:39):
er in eighteen. So I'm gonna ride that trend. Give
me Texas in that one. No handle transfer you, no transfer,
He's just I think it was a Is he a transfer?
I don't know the transfer. I know he red shirt
the last year though. That's all I know about him.

Speaker 3 (01:34:55):
C J.

Speaker 6 (01:34:55):
Carr another red shirt freshman who's about to step up
and make his first start, going against Carson Beck down
in South day three oh five Miami.

Speaker 3 (01:35:04):
Let me tell you something.

Speaker 6 (01:35:06):
I have a funny ass feeling that Carson Beck will
go crazy this year. Sixth year in six year in college.
He has experience. He's going down to a lesser level
of competition in the aa ACC. Don't kill me for
the aa A c C fans. But I really think
Carson Beck will really do good this year.

Speaker 2 (01:35:24):
Carson Beaks.

Speaker 6 (01:35:26):
Let me tell Carson didn't have not He didn't have
one fucking receiver on Georgia's team. And I'm not one
to defend a Georgia player, but you saw the wide
receivers that Georgia had last year. He did have a
lot of drops, no the most drops in the nation.
So I really think Carson Beck is going to surprise
a lot of people.

Speaker 5 (01:35:46):
So I think he don't.

Speaker 6 (01:35:49):
This is my upset pick of the week, though I'm
gonna take Miami in this one. I know a lot
of people have or the Dame, but I'm going with experience.
We got L s U, Garrett Nusemeyer and K Club
Nick Club Nick is my uh my Heisman pick straight
up with that, I'm a right with Clemson this uh
in this matchup, I'm hearing too many rumblings about L.

(01:36:12):
S U has to protect a new Smier and what
that means is that if the d line can get
in his face to distract him at any given point,
he's going to fuck up. And if you can't play
an ad lib on the run in the game right now,
whether you're in college or the NFL, bro is is
not a good thing. So Club Club nick more of
a versatile quarterback, consistent. Uh this is his fifth year.

(01:36:36):
I'm just looking for him to just take off. So
give me Clemson in that now. Uh my five four
o five top quarterbacks that everybody needs to watch out for.

Speaker 3 (01:36:47):
Leonora sell Us, I've been talking about this by two years.

Speaker 6 (01:36:51):
I'm gonna tell you, hey, I ain't real. I just
feel real good about South Carolina this year. I feel
really good. I talked about Carson Beck. How think he's
gonna surprise some people.

Speaker 1 (01:37:01):
I'm putting his name, man, remember now, just remember, just remember,
like the Carson back overview.

Speaker 6 (01:37:09):
Club of course is a dark run, a dark horse
for that uh that heisman. I'm only putting a lar
the boyfriend Penn State in the mix because there aren't
too many teams with returning quarterbacks and veteran quarterbacks.

Speaker 3 (01:37:22):
So I'm gonna looking. I'm gonna look for him to
take off a little bit and scroll down the number five.
David Brown. I just put that ship on there because
they they he's got a lot of hype out of
a out of cal for his camp. So we'll see.
But now I ain't gonna lie to you.

Speaker 6 (01:37:36):
Man, if I'm wrong, I'm wrong me y'all know, y'all
know I have no problem for being accountable from when
I'm wrong.

Speaker 3 (01:37:43):
But I think Carson Beck is going to surprise everybody.

Speaker 1 (01:37:48):
Man. I think I don't seen enough with Carson Beak
to know the upside to him and the downside to him.
Like and when I say the upside, when he had
all that talent around, they was giving him the credit.

Speaker 2 (01:38:02):
You remember when he had the tight end.

Speaker 3 (01:38:04):
And they won the what But no, they they had
that defense too, and they won the what they want.
They would have won the Natty with anybody's quarterback, Bro,
they would.

Speaker 2 (01:38:13):
He would just throw that motherfucker up.

Speaker 1 (01:38:14):
Barros gonna get it with the other tight end the
big boys are talking about. Yeah they had the Washington
was Yeah, Washington so like Bro, a lot of that
we don't know how good.

Speaker 2 (01:38:26):
Well, I know he not all right? And in Miami
and they finished too.

Speaker 3 (01:38:31):
Hey, I was thinking about that Jeremiah Smith out there,
Ohio State he last, Yeah, I might have changed that pick.
I'm going too State.

Speaker 6 (01:38:43):
I like again, the trend is old eighteen with freshman
quarterbacks going against number one ranked opponent. Uh but Texas bro,
they they spent a lot of fucking money.

Speaker 3 (01:38:53):
Yeah, and I'm not.

Speaker 6 (01:38:53):
Saying Ohio State ain't got the money either, but that's
a lot of money. That's a lot of motivation coming
off that playoff loss.

Speaker 2 (01:38:59):
That's different kinds.

Speaker 6 (01:39:01):
It's a lot of hype behind arch Man and Man.
So I'm just gonna ride the wave on them. Ay
for your Jeremi Smith Herm, he should be the numer
one pig. I'm gonna say this, Bruh.

Speaker 1 (01:39:10):
Georgia, they in trouble, lay in trouble, and I'm glad
they're gonna be in trouble for a lot of years
to come because of not getting black quarterbacks to change.
You're gonna let so many black quarterbacks lead this state.
Not nothing caught up with you. Because the program y'all had,
Justin Fields would have left what two years ago, then

(01:39:33):
it would have been somebody behind justin feit like you
would have had a program with Carson Bank.

Speaker 2 (01:39:38):
It's no way Carson Bank was playing over.

Speaker 3 (01:39:43):
I don't get it.

Speaker 1 (01:39:44):
But y'all made all bed and they gonna see though.
Huh huh, that's crazy though.

Speaker 3 (01:39:52):
So you got TI being Georgia at the end of
the year, then I.

Speaker 2 (01:39:55):
Gotta see it. See a few games he Georgia defense.

Speaker 1 (01:40:02):
Now, one thing about it they offense, Bro, Watching them
on offense ain't fun. But you remember, I feel like
college doesn't change so much more. You remember what Georgia
always had a running back. Yeah, they always had a
running back. Now they done kind of got away out
of that where it's like, you know what I'm saying,
they don't.

Speaker 6 (01:40:20):
You gotta recruit, got a recruit. I ain't gonna lie
to tell you. Kirby smart. As far as the defensive
mind that he gets, he got a great defensive mind.
He recorded recruited you, he recruited my brother, and everybody
that I know he recruited personally is playing in the
league and done very well.

Speaker 3 (01:40:36):
So whatever recipe he got for that to side of
the buck, see something different, Bro, My brother was playing
in college.

Speaker 4 (01:40:42):
He said, back then, they knew Curve were gonna be
your coach because his dad was a coach, and they
was like he was a coach on the field to them.
Herby and then come underneath, saving the great football minds
right there.

Speaker 2 (01:40:53):
And like like to teach them the game and just
give them.

Speaker 6 (01:40:57):
Like you said, it's it's intuition to so that he's
seeing the guy, you know what I mean. And that's
all positions from D line to DB's. He got that
part figured out.

Speaker 1 (01:41:08):
Man, I just thought about it. I had seen it's
probably like eight years ago. You're probably twenty seventeen. Eddie Lacy, Yeah, yeah,
I see Eddie Lacy play with Morgan green Bay.

Speaker 2 (01:41:21):
So Eddie Laser was like, oh man, I was watching
all we were talking about you in the locker room.
He was like, man, you know you went to school.

Speaker 5 (01:41:27):
Morgan like heah, yeah, that my dog.

Speaker 2 (01:41:30):
But then that when it got out, like, what the
fuck is watching my shitt in brother?

Speaker 1 (01:41:35):
Millionaires watching your ship and you ain't got no money
in your pocket. That when you gotta start reevaluation. I said,
God damn. Getting niggas motivated before they go make millions.
Oh shout out to the Big Three. Uh, Mario Chalmers
hit the game winning the Big Three championship. We're gonna

(01:41:56):
say that for U.

Speaker 2 (01:41:57):
Get who they ended up being. Huh.

Speaker 3 (01:42:04):
This is where you go play.

Speaker 6 (01:42:07):
Amongst gentlemen, amongst men, and you make it make sense
when your game winning shot earns your team a million
motherfucking dollars.

Speaker 2 (01:42:15):
Is that what Joe Johnson and Pargo team didn't make it?

Speaker 3 (01:42:21):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:42:21):
That's hard. Look at what we were talking about. Event.

Speaker 1 (01:42:27):
You tell me, y'all love football, man. You talk about
football every time I see you.

Speaker 2 (01:42:34):
At your age. At your age, bro, could you be.

Speaker 1 (01:42:38):
On a football team where you pay dues and go
and you got to practice and you have game.

Speaker 2 (01:42:53):
Hey, nigga told me, Hey, nigga, Oh what I want
a nigga to be at home with their family.

Speaker 6 (01:43:00):

the semi pro leagues or for people who go put
out film and go on to another level, I said,
nigga list five. At the end of this week, jumping
me off for four five minutage, I said, thank you

Speaker 3 (01:43:17):

Speaker 4 (01:43:18):
That semi proge is a hobby. Bro Like bro, y'all

Bruh see it down, Bro conferred. I hope y'all got
good insurance because whatever team you playing for ain't paying
for your.

Speaker 9 (01:43:31):
I sprung my ankle four weeks ago and it's still
sprung right now.

Speaker 2 (01:43:37):
I told them last week, Man, I'm Memorial Day. Bro.

Speaker 1 (01:43:40):
You know how sometimes it's like, Bro, I ain't the
most autletic person, but it's some ship that you should
be able to bounce back fast.

Speaker 2 (01:43:48):
I'm on my phone on the scooter. I'm over there
in d R and I put my phone but it

Speaker 1 (01:43:55):

and play play football.

Speaker 5 (01:44:06):
Bro, every week it's a hobby.

Speaker 2 (01:44:09):
Now you can't take the damn trash out.

Speaker 4 (01:44:13):

the flat. Donna sit your motherfucker down.

Speaker 5 (01:44:36):

Speaker 3 (01:44:49):
