All right, here we go to growing up. My younger
brother collected Pokemon cards and cool. Well not in the time,
I bet, I bet no one thought he was cool
at the time, but now it's cool.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
So much money now, it's crazy.
Speaker 5 (01:39):
That's funny saying that, because about a year ago he
calls me and he's back at our parents' house and
he's looking for those cards and I'm like, I don't know,
why do you even care? And Naplany tells me they're
worth a lot of money.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Yeah, yeah, yeah. My husband's one of his buddies. That's
all he does is he's like, sells and trades Pokemon cards.
Really well, it's a side hustle right now, but it's
about to be a living.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
He's seriously making that much money doing it.
Speaker 4 (02:07):
One of friends.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
It sounds like me and my husband very cool people.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
Okay, did you know where they were or no?

Well, a few moms went by and I so happened
to be in our parents' house and I'm sitting there
and I'm like, wait a minute. He had to build
a time capsule when we were little for school, and
he put most of his cards in that time capsule
and I'm like, I wonder if they're still there.

Okay, so this is something you remembered, but your brother
had not remembered, right, and.

I was he wasn't at our parents house. He had
been visiting before, and at it was just me, right, Okay,
So I did go and check and dug it up
and you guys in the box, and yes, buy a
tree in the backyard.
Speaker 4 (02:59):
In the attic. Yeah, I just thought digging smelt like
a lot of work.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
You didn't want to get didn't You didn't have any
higher to help a little pool.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
In the backyard when you're supposed to the pool. He's like,
I built an actual you dig it up?
Speaker 5 (03:21):
I did, And yes, it is a lot of freaking work.

Were the cards in good condition? I would assume they're

Well, there was this weird chat thing creature thing one
and he said, this one, though, is worth forty thousand.

And so then you told your brother, hey, I found
your sixty five thousand dollars cap card, cap card whatever
it was.

I finished my renovations with my kitchen, but you sold it.
